This study aims to develop strategies for improving the affective characteristics of Korean students based on results from international achievement tests. In pursuing the goal, different research methods are employed including a) analysis of the theories and literature regarding the affective domains included in PISA and TIMSS studies; b) analysis of the current situation and needs of Korean students with respect to the affective factors based on PISA and TIMSS results; c) case studies of best practices in relation to students' affective domains in Korea and abroad; and d) development of strategies for improving and supporting Korean students' affective characteristics. Especially, this paper describes meta-analyses of the results from the previous PISA and TIMSS studies. Afterwards, it reports statistical analyses results on the relationship between students' affective achievements and educational context variables. Data from TIMSS 2011, TIMSS 2007, PISA 2006, and PISA 2003 are used for the analyses, and contextual variables are selected through rigorous statistical analyses including frequency and correlation, and expert consultation. The effects of educational contextual variables on students' affective achievement in mathematics and science are analyzed through Hierarchical Linear Model.

Public rental housing is constructed, owned, and managed by the public sector. The public institution for the public rental housing controls the whole building life cycle from the construction to the demolition. The construction company for the house built for sale is strongly interested in the cost for the initial investment, while the public institution is more focused on the maintenance cost for the preservation of the buildings Nevertheless, the maintenance cost of the public rental housing has been only managed as the accounting factor without the systemic research and analysis on the actual condition. This paper shows how expenses are related to the degree of obsolescence and presents the differences of the maintenance costs by the housing area and expenditure trends (vs time) of the maintenance costs, through analyzing time series data of public rental housing maintenance cost. Further, this paper helps understanding the causes of the differences of the maintenance costs by housing areas and characteristics of the expenditure trends. After all, this paper contributes to the improvement of the reliability and the practicality for the Life Cycle Cost modeling and the maintenance cost estimating.

This paper describes the checking results and some problems of guard lamps installed in the field. The guard lamp providing night security for people is installed outdoors and exposed to the natural factors causing secular ageing and the people's vandalism, etc., thus it is prone to get troubles in function. In fact, the guard lamps has been left without considering the fundamental measures in the legislative system in spite of the loss of lives due to the electric shock accidents repetitively taking place every year. This study arouses people's attention to the risk due to the lack of management and maintenance of the guard lamp by investigating the recent technology and the actual operating conditions and some problems and countermeasures were ultimately deduced. In this process, we reflected on the various opinions through fieldwork and had a couple of consultations with field staffs, manufacturers concerned and active officers with local autonomous entities.

This study collected basic data for the design of and research and development for golf wear with an eye toward various consumer needs such as design, activity, function, comfort, and durability as requirements for golf wear. 64 men and women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s were surveyed on the state of wearing golf wear and their satisfaction of the garments. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality of golf wear participants currently possessed did not sufficiently satisfy the research group consumers. Therefore, research and development of golf wear for these consumers should be advanced, while considering reasonable price, age-appropriate design, pattern development, and material selection with keeping in mind the intended activity level as well as comfort. It was thought that the development of functional golf wear would contribute to more comfortable golf activities.

이 논문은 주택 및 영세사업장의 모의설비 시스템을 구성하여 전기화재원인 분석 및 이상신호 검출이 가능한 하드웨어 개발과 소프트웨어 개발이 주목표이다. 이를 위하여 주택 및 영세사업장 현장실태 조사를 통하여 모의설비 시스템을 구성하고 개발된 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 정착하여 전압 및 전류에 대한 각각의 정상 및 이상신호를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 전기화재 신호 분석용 시스템을 통하여 전기화재 감지장치의 기준값 설정과 전기재해 취약장소에 설치하여 전기화재를 조기에 경보하여 국민의 인적 물적 재산상의 손실을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

우리나라에서의 실내공기 중 미생물에 대한 연구는 사무실, 유치원, 극장, 도서관등 다중이용시설과 병실 내 공간에 존재하는 곰팡이를 비롯한 오염 미생물 수에 대한 조사가 이루어지고 있으나 노인요양시설을 대상으로 한 바이오에어로졸이 포함되어 있는 미생물의 종류에 대한 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 조사에서는 1개 광역도 1개 도농복합도시 지역의 노인요양시설을 대상으로 실내 미생물 오염상태가 건강에 미치는 영향과 적절한 실내 환경유지를 위한 미생물 오염 방지 및 개선방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 노인요양시설의 실내 미생물의 오염실태를 조사하였다. 2007년 4월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 2개월 동안 1개 광역도 1개 도농복합도시 지역의 노인요양시설 5곳을 대상으로 실내 외의 공기 중 바이오에어로졸 조사하기 위해 관성충돌 채취법을 적용한 미생물 채취기인 air IDEALTM(Biomerieux)를 이용하여 면양혈액한천배지와 Sabouraud Dextrose Ager를 사용하여 채취하여 배양하였다. 배양하여 분리 동정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 각 시설별 전체 미생물의 분리는 300 L 실내에서 S 요양원이 263 cfu/m3로 가장 많았고, U 요양원이 123 cfu/m3로 가장 낮은 수가 분리되었다. 진균의 수는 300 L 실내에서 G 요양원이 73 cfu/m3로 가장 많았으며, C 요양원은 40 cfu/m3로 가장 낮은 비율로 분리되었다.

As the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution arrives and the culture of contact-less was established due to the long-term COVID-19, the construction industry is striving to develop smart home services to expand the scope of information and communications technology (ICT) to provide convenience to residents. However, various defects are occurring in information and communications technology facilities in apartments, and related research is lacking. In this study, case studies and research methods of related prior studies are analyzed as a basis for identifying the types and causes of defects that occur in information and communications technology facilities. To analyze various studies, we divided them into studies on smart home Internet of Things (IoT), information and communications technology construction of apartments, and investigated their features and limitations. Plus, future research will be conducted on apartments within 10 years of completion among apartments completed by domestic construction companies to supplement the limitations of prior research. In addition, we will prepare basic data on defects of ICT construction by analyzing the major causes of defect types through the analysis of defect types and frequency by detailed work type of information and communications technology construction.

국립수의과학검역원은 30일 식육가공품(식육추출가공품)에 대한 HACCP평가기준과 HACCP적용 작업장의 지정변경사항 중 소재지변경을 추가하는 축산물위해요소중점관리기준(검역원고시 제2008-28호)을 개정했다고 밝혔다. 식육추출가공품 HACCP 평가기준은 2008년 3월부터 학계, 협회, 업계, 공무원 등 전문가를 중심으로 T/F팀을 구성하여 현장실태조사, 실무 및 전문가 협의회 등을 통해 개발됐으며 HACCP적용 작업장 지정 변경사항의 경우에도 현행 중요관리점 회사명 대표자 변경 등에 한하여 변경지정이 허용되고 있었으나, 이번 개정고시에서는 불가피하게 HACCP적용 작업장이 소재지를 이전하는 경우에도 HACCP관리의 지속성을 감안하여 지정변경이 가능하도록 반영했다. 소재지 변경의 경우 무분별한 소재지변경에 따른 HACCP 수준저하문제가 발생하지 않도록 하기 위하여 작업장의 현장실사를 실시하고 소재지 변경이 완료되기 전까지는 HACCP 로고를 사용하지 못하도록 하는 조치도 함께 마련됐다. 검역원은 이번 식육추출가공품 HACCP 평가기준 개발과 HACCP 적용 작업장의 소재지 지정변경 인정으로 축산물 가공품 안전성 확보와 HACCP 제도가 더욱 활성화 되어 국민보건 향상에 기여할 것이 기대된다고 밝혔다.

정전기방전(Electro-Static Discharge)에 의한 피해는 전기전자제품의 파괴, 분체의 유도성 폭발, 도장 시 화재 등의 산업 각 분야에 걸쳐 인명이나 물질적 형태로 방대하게 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 여러 형태의 ESD 피해형태 중 전기전자제품 관련분야에 대한 국내외적인 동향을 소개하고자 한다. 반도체, 디스플레이, 등 전기전자 산업분야의 소형화, 고속화는 ESD에 대한 민감도를 증가시키고 있으며, 전기전자 환경의 모든 산업분야에서 제품의 생산성, 신뢰성, 안전성에 커다란 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러므로 ESD 관련 국내 산업의 피해실태와 원인, ESD 방지를 위한 국내기술의 수준을 파악하고, 국제적인 기술동향을 분석하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 이를 바탕으로 한 국내 관련 산업의 국제적인 경쟁력 확보를 위한 국가차원의 관리시스템 및 교육제도 도입성의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

This study was a descriptive study performed to identify factors affecting medical satisfaction in multicultural members. The survey participants were 301 multicultural members in A city. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Independent t-tests, One-way ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 14.0 program. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictors of satisfaction among the medical staff were satisfaction with age and health insurance, which accounted for 28% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with the medical environment were age and jobs, which accounted for 17% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with medical expenses were multicultural form, educational level, and jobs, which accounted for 33% of all variance. These results suggest that we need to develop and implement strategies and programs that can enhance satisfaction with medical use among multicultural members.
