Method for Message Processing According to Priority in MQTT Broker (MQTT Broker에서 우선순위에 따른 메시지 처리를 위한 방법에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, IoT has been studying a lightweight protocol to satisfy device communication in a limited network environment. MQTT is a typical lightweight protocol. It supports small fixed headers to minimize overhead, and adopts publish/subscribe structure to guarantee real-time performance. However, MQTT does not support prioritization of important data and can not provide QoS in a specific IoT service. In this paper, we propose a message processing method to consider the priority of various IoT services in MQTT. In the proposed method, the priority flag is added to the fixed header of the MQTT in the node to transmit the message, and the broker confirms the priority of the corresponding message and processes it preferentially. Through experiment and evaluation, we confirmed the reduction of end-to-end delay between nodes according to priority.

  • 하천주변 저지대에 주택이나 공장 등의 시설물 집중과 산지의 개발 및 인구 집중으로 인한 도시화 지역의 증가로 홍수 피해는 더욱 커지고 있다. 특히, 상습침수지구의 주민들은 항상 재해로부터 위험을 느끼고 있으므로 새로운 재해관리체계를 구축하여 이에 대한 확고한 대책이 필요하다. 최근 인터넷 사용의 증가로 많은 사용자들이 웹을 통해 다양한 데이터를 공유하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 더욱 더 증가할 것이다. 인터넷은 다양한 정보를 네트워크를 통해 사용자에게 실시간으로 제공하고 있으며, 통신기술의 발전, 네트워크 통합화 속에서 그 내용과 방식이 더욱 다양해지고 있다. GIS분야에 있어서도 인터넷 네트워크를 이용하여 분산되어 있는 많은 조직이나 사용자들에게 그 기능과 서비스를 제공하는 추세로 바뀌고 있다. Internet GIS는 원격 지리정보 데이타에 대한 접근, 전송, 분석 및 GIS를 표현하는 수단으로 인터넷을 이용하는 특별한 GIS 도구이다. Internet GIS는 전통적인 GIS 소프트웨어가 가지고 있는 대부분의 기능은 물론 인터넷 및 그와 관련된 WWW 및 FTP 프로토콜의 장점을 가지는 부가적인 기능들을 포함할 수 있다. 이들 부가적인 기능은 원격 데이타 및 응용 프로그램의 교환, 지역 컴퓨터에 GIS 응용 프로그램 없이 GIS 분석 기능을 수행, 인터넷상에서 상호작용하는 지도 및 데이타를 표현하는 기능들을 포함한다. Internet GIS는 객체지향적이고 상호운영적이며, 분산적이라는 주요한 특징을 갖는다. 인터넷에서 각각의 GIS 데이타 및 기능성은 하나의 객체로서 서로 다른 서버에 위치하며 필요시 조합 또는 통합되어 운영된다. Internet GIS를 이용한 상습침수지구 지역정보 제공사이트를 구축하기 위해서는 인터넷으로 서비스 할 수 있는 인터넷용 상습침수지구 GIS기본도를 구축이 필요하다. 인터넷 서비스를 위한 상습침수지구 기본도는 또 다른 형태의 주제도라고 볼 수 있으며, 이를 구축하기 위해서는 자료변환 및 가공이 필요하다. 즉, 각 상습침수지구에 필요한 지형도는 국립지리원에서 제작된 1:5,000 수치지형도가 있으나 이는 자료가 방대하고 상습침수지구에 필요하지 않은 자료들을 많이 포함하고 있으므로 상습침수지구의 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 서비스하기 위해서는 많은 불필요한 레이어의 삭제, 서비스 속도를 고려한 데이터의 일반화작업, 지도의 축소.확대 등 자료제공 방식에 따른 작업 그리고 가시성을 고려한 심볼 및 색채 디자인 등의 작업이 수반되어야 하며, 이들을 고려한 인터넷용 GIS기본도를 신규 제작한다. 상습침수지구와 관련된 각종 GIS데이타와 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 공공정보 가운데 공간정보와 연계되어야 하는 자료를 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 단계별 구축전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 상습침수구역관련 정보를 검색, 처리 및 분석할 수 있는 상습침수 구역 종합정보화 시스템을 구축토록 하였다.

Implementation of Smartphone Adaptor for Real-Time Live Simulations (실시간 Live 시뮬레이션을 위한 스마트폰 연동기 구현)

  • Defense M&S for weapons effectiveness is a realistic way to support virtual warfare similar to real warfare. As the war paradigm becomes platform-centric to network-centric, people try to utilize smartphones as the source of sensor, and command/control data in the simulation-based weapons effectiveness analysis. However, there have been limited researches on integrating smartphones into the weapon simulators, partly due to high modeling cost - modeling cost to accomodate client-server architecture, and re-engineering cost to adapt the simulator on various devices and platforms -, lack of efficient mechanisms to exchange large amount of simulation data, and low-level of security. In this paper, we design and implement Smartphone Adaptor to utilize smartphones for the simulationbased weapons effectiveness analysis. Smartphone Adaptor automatically sends sensor information, GPS and motion data of a client's smartphone to a simulator and receives simulation results from the simulator on the server. Also, we make it possible for data to be transferred safely and quickly through JSON and SEED. Smartphone Adaptor is applied to OpenSIM (Open simulation engine for Interoperable Models) which is an integrated simulation environment for weapons effectiveness analysis, under development of our research team. In this paper, we will show Smartphone Adaptor can be used effectively in constructing a Live simulation, with an example of a chemical simulator.

The Agriculture Decision-making System(ADS) based on Deep Learning for improving crop productivity (농산물 생산성 향상을 위한 딥러닝 기반 농업 의사결정시스템)

  • This paper proposes "The Agriculture Decision-making System(ADS) based on Deep Learning for improving crop productivity" that collects weather information based on location supporting precision agriculture, predicts current crop condition by using the collected information and real time crop data, and notifies a farmer of the result. The system works as follows. The ICM(Information Collection Module) collects weather information based on location supporting precision agriculture. The DRCM(Deep learning based Risk Calculation Module) predicts whether the C, H, N and moisture content of soil are appropriate to grow specific crops according to current weather. The RNM(Risk Notification Module) notifies a farmer of the prediction result based on the DRCM. The proposed system improves the stability because it reduces the accuracy reduction rate as the amount of data increases and is apply the unsupervised learning to the analysis stage compared to the existing system. As a result, the simulation result shows that the ADS improved the success rate of data analysis by about 6%. And the ADS predicts the current crop growth condition accurately, prevents in advance the crop diseases in various environments, and provides the optimized condition for growing crops.

  • In the early 1990s, IETF(Internet Engineering TaskForce) had started the discussion on new address protocol that can modify and supplement various drawbacks of existing IPv4 address protocol with the introduction of CIDR(Classless Inter-Domain Routing) which is a temporary solution for IPv4 address depletion, NAT, private IP address. While various standards related to new address protocol has been proposed, the SIPP(Simple Internet Protocol Plus) was adopted among them because it is regarded as the most promising solution. And this protocol has been developed into current IPv6. The new concepts are introduced with modifying a lot of deficiencies in the exisitng IPv4 such as real-time data processing, performance on QoS, security and the efficiency of routing. Since many security threats in IPv6 environment still exist, the necessity of stable data communication environment has been brought up continuously. This paper deveopled one-way communication algorithm in IPv6 based on the high possibility of protecting the system from uncertain and potential risk factors if the data is transmitted in one way. After the analysis of existing IPv6 and ICMPv6, this paper suggests one-way communication algorithm as a solution for existing IPv6 and ICMPv6 environment.

  • This paper aimed at the development of a unified wireless control system in order to control various forms of vibration of bridges. This unified wireless control system unified all different systems each of which functioned for difference purpose such as measurement, analysis, judgement, and control of data acquired from the movement of structure. It was designed to control structures with feedback which was returned according to each different situation after analyzing various signals measured about the structure. In this system, every information in each step from measurement to control was wirelessly transmitted to its central system so that a manager was able to effectively monitor the whole process. Just for the case when any system control need to intervene occurred, a graph user interface was designed for better access. In order to evaluate its basic performance, an experiment was carried out to see how signal input and output were done by comparing its results with those of a wired system. On the basis of the experiment, a vibration control experiment was performed on a model of cable-stayed bridge to see if the unified wireless control system worked well in realtime. This was carried out under four conditions, and the graph and quantitative result under each condition were compared each other. All experiments proved that the unified wireless control system functioned as well as the wired one in terms of its basic performance and vibration control.

Study on Developing Instrument System for Measuring Action time of K4 Grenade Machine Gun for Improving Quality Assurance on 40mm High Velocity Grenade (40mm 고속유탄의 품질보증 향상을 위한 K4 기관총의 Action Time 계측시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • From the moment that a firing pin triggers the detonator to the moment that a grenade leaves a barrel is called Action Time. Since a loading and percussion of 40mm grenade happens simultaneously, action time should be within a certain time in order to prevent a Jamming malfunction. Previously, unreliable action time device of 40mm grenade made it difficult to improve quality assurance of K4 Grenade Machine Gun. Here, various sensors were compared and a special device was designed to seek an accurate measurement on action time. In this device, the gap between a signal from an optical sensor in Firing Pin and that from Eddy current probe in the barrel was recorded and data were sent to a computer in real time. Confirming if action time is within the criteria, it is expected that action time plays an important role in quality assurance on 40mm grenade.

  • 일반적인 로봇시스템은 자신이 이동해야 할 목표 지점을 자율적으로 생성할 수 없으므로 어떤 다른 시스템의 정보를 이용하여 주변을 탐색하거나 장애물을 인식하고 식별하여 자신의 제어전략을 수립한다. 그러므로 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템은 초소형 비행체를 이용하여 주위 환경과 자율 이동로봇의 위치 정보를 탐색할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하였다 이러한 시스템의 성능은 로봇이 위치하고 있는 주위의 불완전한 정보로부터 적절한 결론을 유도해 낼 수 있어야 한다. 그러한 비선형적인 문제는 현재까지도 문제 해결을 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자율이동로봇의 행동 환경을 공간상의 제약을 받지 않는 비선형 시스템인 초소형 비행체에 극초단파(UHF16채널) 영상장치를 이용하여 호스트 PC로 전송하고 호스트 PC는 로봇의 현재 위치, 이동해야 할 목표위치, 장애물의 위치와 형태 등을 분석한다. 분석된 결과 파라메타는 RF-Module을 이용해서 로봇에 전송하고, 로봇은 그 데이터를 분석하여 동작하게 된다. 로봇이 오동작 또는 장애물로 인해 정확한 목적지까지 도달하지 못할 때 호스트 PC는 새로운 최단경로를 생성하거나 장애물을 회피 할 새로운 전략을 로봇에게 보내준다. 본 연구에 적용한 알고리즘은 초소형 비행체에서 탐지한 불완전한 영상정보에서도 비교적 신뢰도 놀은 결과를 보이는 A* 알고리즘을 사용하였다 적용한 알고리즘은 실험을 통하여 실시간으로 정보를 처리할 수 있었으며, 자율 이동로봇의 충돌회피나 최단 경로 생성과 같은 문제를 실험을 통하여 그 성능과 타당성을 검토하였다.delta}textitH]$를 도출하였다.rc}C$에서 30 ㎫의 압력으로 1시간동안 행하였다 소결한 시편들은 직사각형 형태로 가공하였으며 표면은 0.5$\mu\textrm{m}$의 다이아몬드 입자로 연마하였다. XRD, SEM 및 TEM을 이용하여 상분석 및 미세조직관찰을 행하였다. 파괴강도는 3중점 굽힘 법으로 (3-point bending test) 측정하였다. 이때 시편 하부의 지지 점간의 거리는 30mm, cross-head 속도는 0.5 mm/min으로 하였고 5개의 시편을 측정하여 평균값을 구하였다.ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 혼합재료 3은 0.123$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 0.017$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 혼합재료 4는 0.055$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 0.016$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 혼합재료 5는 0.031$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 0.015$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 혼합재료 6은 0.111$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$, 0.020$\ell/\textrm{cm}^3$로 나타났다. 3. 단일재료의 악취흡착성능 실험결과 암모니아는 코코넛, 소나무수피, 왕겨에서 흡착능력이 우수하게 나타났으며, 황화수소는 펄라이트, 왕겨, 소나무수피에서 다른 재료에 비하여 상대적으로

  • A railway SCADA system is a control systems that provide the trains with the electricity. A railway SCADA system sends commands to the RTUs(remote terminal unit) and then it gathers status information of the field devices in the RTUs or controls field devices connected with the RTUs. The RTU can controls input output modules directly, gathers the status information of the field devices connected with it, and send the information to the control center. In this way, a railway SCADA system monitors and controls the electricity power for running trains. The cyber attackers may use some vulnerabilities in the railway SCADA system software to attack critical infrastructures. The vulnerabilities might be created in the railway software development process. Therefore it need to detect and remove the vulnerabilities in the control system. In this paper we propose a new control protocol fuzzing method to detect the vulnerabilities in the DNP3 protocol based application running on VxWorks in RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) that is a component of the centralized traffic control system for railway. Debug-channel based fuzzing method is required to obtain process status information from the VxWorks.

  • An effective integration of web-based learning environment and mobile device technology is considered as a new challenge to the developers. The screen size, however, of the mobile device is too small, and its performance is too inferior. Due to the foregoing limit of mobile technology, displaying bulk data on the mobile screen, such as a cyber lecture accompanied with real-time image transmission on the web, raises a lot of problems. Users have difficulty in recognizing learning contents exactly by means of a mobile device, and continuous transmission of video stream with bulky information to the mobile device arouses a lot of load for the mobile system. Thus, an application which is developed to be applied in PC is improper to be used for the mobile device as it is, a player which is fitting for the mobile device should be developed. Accordingly, this paper suggests mobile presentation using transcoding techniques of the field concerned. To display continuous video frames of learning image, such as a cyber lecture or remote lecture, by means of a mobile device, the performance difference between high-resolution digital image and mobile device should be surmounted. As the transcoding techniques to settle the performance difference causes damage of image quality, high-quality image may be guaranteed by application of trial and error between transcoding and selected learning resources.
