In this paper, I developed a scenario-based admission management virtual reality (SAM VR) content for practical training for nursing students and verified the effectiveness. The SAM VR contents used in the study was developed by the researcher using Gear VR and smartphone according to the standard practical procedure suggested by the Korea Acreditation Board of Nursing Education and Evaluation. In the 30 experimental groups who received practical training using SAM VR contents, learning flow, learning confidence, and learning satisfaction increased statistically significantly after the practical training (p<.001). In the control group, who received practical training in the traditional way, learning confidence increased after the practical training (p<.005), but there was no change in learning flow and learning satisfaction (p>.005). It was verified that the SAM VR contents are effective practical education contents for nursing students' learning flow, learning confidence and learning satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cadaver practice education on self-efficacy, attitude to death, and nursing professional self-concept of nursing students. The study was designed using a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design, data was collected November 1 and 30, 2016. The participants were 59, 2-year nursing students (29 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group) attending 1 university located in D City. Cadaver practice education program was performed 3 sessions combined 3 hours theoretical explanation and 4 hours cadaver practice a session. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, ${\chi}^2$ test, and t-test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The results of the study indicate that the cadaver practice education were effective in the experimental group reported a significant increase in self-efficacy(t=2.62, p=.028), attitude to death(t=5.67, p=.000), and nursing professional self-concept(t=2.57, p=.013) compared to students in the control group in nursing students. The results of the study indicate that the cadaver practice education was effective in increasing self-efficacy, attitude to death, and nursing professional self-concept of nursing students. These results provide basic data to develop future anatomy practice curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to develop a Industrial Professional Practice(IPP) at university education as a way of innovation strategy in order to effectively respond industrial needs in dynamic environment. A Industrial Professional Practice model was developed by using a structured on the job training model and had a 7 steps which were "planning Industrial Professional Practice, selecting enterprises and students, matching enterprises and students, job analysis, design and development program, implementation, evaluation and feedback. Based on the Industrial Professional Practice model, the directions for the future studies was discussed.

This study is a similar experimental study before and after non-equivalence control to examine the effect of fundamental nursing practice education applying reciprocal peer tutoring on confidence in performance, core nursing skills, and practice satisfaction of nursing students. Data collected by 83 people sophomore P university nursing students, the study period is from May 17 to 11 March 2019. As a results, the fundamental nursing practice education applied with the reciprocal peer tutoring method had an effect on the confidence in performance and core nursing skills of 'medium' degree of difficulty, and had a positive effect on the satisfaction of practice. In the future, this study suggests that the method of reciprocal peer teaching is extended to various practical majors and the effects of core nursing skills are tested.

In this study, the effect of field practice on the career exploration of college students was analyzed and the effect of adjusting the psychological variable, enterprising, was tested. To this end, the survey was conducted on university students who participated in the field practice. An analysis of 193 data showed that the effectiveness of field practice and the suitability of field practice companies were factors that increased the ability of college students to explore their career path. In addition, individual initiative was analyzed as a parameter, which strengthens the effectiveness of the practice and the suitability of the practical company on the ability of the career exploration. Universities should find quality practice companies and maintain the right field practice, and need to come up with pre-education programs that can improve career-related psychological capabilities.

In nursing education, there has been efforts for enhancing the quality, with a growing interest in the utilization of digital technologies. In clinical training of nursing curriculum, the emphasis on digital technology is pronounced, as it has the potential to offer learners effective and accessible educational experience while enabling the integrated management of individualized learning outcomes. This study developed a digital nursing education platform, allowing educators and learners to select functionalities based on the educational content and characteristics of the learning tools. Additionally, the user interface was designed to facilitate learners' accurate understanding and execution of assigned tasks and objectives. The detailed design and implementation process of the platform are elaborated and then the validation of its usefulness was provided based on feedback from ten educators who are responsible for diverse subjects. The high usability of the digital nursing practicum education platform was confirmed, with potential implications for significant improvements in learner performance. The potential of this digital platform is to lead to innovative shifts in educational methodologies within the field of integrative nursing education.

This study was progessed from March 3, 2015 to March 31 for purpose of evaluating the effects of the trauma-patient practice education using simulation on knowledge, satisfaction and problem-solving in paramedic students. To closely examine the adequacy of education for paramedic students in one university, a comparison was made by dividing 28 male and female students into two groups of experimental group with 14 students and control group with 14 students. The experimental group was carried out the practice education of the trauma-patient simulation using simulator. The control group was conducted the theoretical and practical education through a traditional instructor-led class. As a result of the research, the experimental group can be known to be significantly higher(t=2.09, p<.05) than the control group in the post-knowledge survey and satisfaction following the development in each educational method for 4 weeks. Also, in consequence of the variable-based correlation in the sub-factors of satisfaction, a correlation was shown between interest and clinical help or between interest and problem-solving ability(p<.05, p<.01). Based on the results of this study, it is considered that the simulation practice education in the emergency department is demanded and that the practice education will need to be continuously applied through developing a proper scenario.

This study explored the effectiveness of virtual reality education interventions for nursing students in adult nursing practicum. This systematic review extracted intervention methods, research topics, outcome variables, and evidence synthesis of effectiveness. Seven studies were extracted from the databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and RISS. This study showed effects on knowledge, performance, attitude, critical thinking, self-efficacy, information assessment ability, problem-solving ability, self-confidence, and efficiency of nursing students. Therefore, virtual reality educational intervention contribute to enhance the competencies in adult nursing practicum.

Objectives: This study aims to confirm the educational necessity and utilization of VR media. And it was conducted to prepare basic data necessary for the use of VR in various dental hygiene education in the future and the development of innovative practical training courses. Methods: Before and after using VR in oral radiology practice classes, learning interest (4 items), learning commitment (9 items), learning motivation (5 items), educational media preference (4 items), and satisfaction (10 items) were investigated and analyzed. Friedman two way ANOVA by ran a nonparametric analysis corresponding to repeated measures ANOVA was performed. The statistical significance level was 0.05. Results: It was found that there were statistically significant differences in learning interest, learning immersion, and learning motivation according to the type of oral radiology practice education medium (p<0.05). Conclusions: VR is expected that the use of learning media using VR will lead to students' interest, immersion, and learning motivation in class, and that positive learning effects on VR education media can be sufficiently obtained.

This study was conducted to compare and evaluate the expectations and satisfaction of clinical practice for students who conducted practice at clinical practice institutions of various sizes before and after COVID-19, and to suggest future clinical practice guidance methods and operation directions. There was a significant difference in the evaluation of satisfaction with practice before and after COVID-19, especially after the evaluation of satisfaction with practice guidance, practice environment, and practice time. As a result of analyzing the decisive influencing factors related to practice satisfaction, students who conducted practice at university hospitals highly evaluated the institutional environmental factors, and students who conducted practice at small and medium-sized hospitals showed high satisfaction in participation-oriented practice. Therefore, it is thought that practice that utilizes the strengths and weaknesses of university hospitals and small and medium-sized hospitals will be more effective than clinical practice that relies only on university hospitals. However, in order to diversify the training institution to small and medium-sized hospitals, it is necessary to create a manual on standardized training courses, training methods, and evaluation methods suitable for the training goals and curriculum, and provide them to the institution. In addition, if it is operated through sufficient exchange of opinions and consultation with institutions, schools will be able to obtain opportunities to cultivate practical talents, and small and medium-sized hospitals with difficulties in expanding manpower will be able to secure excellent human resources first.
