An Effects of the Distribution Information Technology Application on the Communication strategies and CRM performance (유통정보기술 활용이 커뮤니케이션 전략과 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Customer Relationship Management(CRM) paradigm has emerged that suggests organizations will be more successfully if they concentrate on obtaining and maintaining a share of each customer rather than a share of the entire market, with information technology(IT) being the enabling factor. This paper presents five key elements that provide the necessary steps that allow and organization to position its people, business process, and information system to establish and take advantage of this paradigm. The key elements are : (1) IT investment, (2) Website application, (3) IT System application, (4) Communication strategies, (5) CRM Performance. The results show that IT investment, IT system application, and Website application play a vital role in enhancing an Organizational Communication. Also, the results show that IT investment, IT system application, Website application, and Organizational Communication play a vital role in enhancing an organization's performance of customer relationship management. Further, this paper discusses the importance of integrating these four elements for achieving effective customer interaction. The author provides academical and managerial implication for business strategies.

  • Recently, it has been observed that as the level of Science and Technology in Korea is improving, the demand for technology transfer from overseas buyers is also increasing. A technical value is an important factor for the technology transfer process and the valuation of technology should be performed reasonably. Specifically, a non-economical value has to be examined thoroughly when conducting the valuation for a technology that depends on public values. Since public technology has public benefit as its purpose when compared to technology from the private sector, its discount rate should be appropriately assessed and reflected in its valuation process. In this context, this study presents the methodology of valuation of public technology particularly relating to the transfer of technology from the national defense industries. To be specific, both an application method of the discount rate according to the characteristics and the purpose of the target technology and a qualitative and quantitative evaluation method to reflect the public values are presented. The proposed method for the valuation of defense technology could be used practically both in strengthening bargaining capability based on the reasonably derived technical values for transfer of national defense technology abroad and in the compilation of budgets for technology development in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to service quality and customer satisfactory perception gap and service quality affect customer satisfactorily and this leads and there is the goal the fundamental data of resort marketing strategic establishment provides. As a result of factor analysis, customer quality was a difference to customer satisfactory recognition, the service quality was analyzed with the fact that affects customer satisfactorily. This study which sees with the scholastic questionable matter which analyzes the customer satisfaction of the resort market which had become maturity provided fundamental information a together for new marketing strategic establishment in the resort marketing person in charge.

  • New domains in the analysis of the behavior of moving objects, particularly within human social settings, are generating research interest due to significant advances in the accuracy and production cost of global positioning system (GPS) devices. However, although potential applications have been described in multiple research areas, practical and viable business implementations of GPS technology remain challenging. This paper combines the potential of GPS capabilities with the analytical power of OLAP and data visualization to examine data on the movements of visitors in a zoological garden. Based on this example, the benefits and limitations of the application of GPS technology to the analysis of human spatial behavior are discussed.

  • The broad meaning of system integration is to satisfy user requirement, and to secure and offer Hardware, Software, network, System development, maintenance, education and manpower in his own responsibility for successful business. But the basic concept of system integration is not justified and the methodology of propel procedure is not established. A Research Analysis of QR code based on big data in Korea

  • Recently, Information and Communication Technology and SMART Phone Technology have been rapidly developed. According to the increase of data use, the era of big data has come. With the approach of non-contact society, QR Codes are becoming inseparable in our lives. In this paper, we are trying to figure out the implications of QR Code research based on Big Data in Korea. The purpose of this study is to first examine the previous studies on "QR Code" and conduct an analysis on keywords by field using Big Data. Second, for data visualization WordCloud analysis and network analysis are performed on "QR Code" frequent keyword. Third, we would like to present the research direction to future researchers regarding "QR Code". In the results, First of all, research trends showed that research is on the rise and that various fields are being utilized. Second, the results of the analysis of frequent keyword resulted in similar results overall, with some differences depending on the field and year. Third, we found that the visualization results according to the frequent keyword were also analyzed in the same way as the frequent keyword analysis results. The practical implications of the theoretical findings are as follows. First, 'QR Code' needs to be studied as a means of information delivery, not as a technical aspect. Second, it can be seen that "QR Code" is developing reflecting social trends or issues. With both theoretical and practical implications, we are trying to provide the strategic ways of QR-code in future.

  • The number of studies on e-government has increased rapidly in South Korea while the government has implemented world-class e-government. However, there has been little effort to assess the achievements and limitations of e-government studies up to the present. This article analyzes 146 research papers from 43 academic journals by using the meta-analysis method. Our analysis focuses on the papers' perspectives and topics, methodologies and methods, and use of theories. Comparisons to similar foreign studies are also conducted. Our finding shows that there have been substantial improvements and practical contributions of e-government research, mainly in Public Administration and Information Systems literature. Some recommendations are suggested on ways to strengthen e-government research: a multi-disciplinary approach, the rigor and diversity of research methods, theory building, salience, and plasticity.

  • The purpose of this study was to apply a teaching method that fits the characteristics of learners through the improvement and application of subjects for reinforcing SWP, and to seek ways to strengthen field practice. As a result of the study, first, as a method of applying learner motivation, it is necessary to conduct discussions by inviting practitioners in the field, and to watch the progress of projects by type of social welfare site. Second, as a way to participate in learners, it is necessary to analyze excellent proposals, participate in events held at welfare sites, present various dilemma cases in the field, and try to overcome ethical dilemmas by sharing cases overcoming dilemma, and to make efforts to list practical skills required in social welfare field practice. Third, it is necessary to apply such methods as phone calls, e-campus, Kakao Talk, Zoom, and counseling techniques that are conducted in the case management process as a way to apply interaction, and discuss issues that are important in the welfare field.

  • 홍수 방류량 하류 도달시간 산정은 댐운영 및 홍수예경보의 기초자료로 인식되고 있어 정확한 유하시간 산정이 필요하다. 수자원공사에서는 댐 방류에 따른 하류도달시간을 댐운영실무편람('06)에 있는 자료를 활용하여 댐 운영에 활용하고 있다. 금강 하류부의 경우 '97년 금강홍수예경보 자료를 활용하고 있으나, 수치모형 결과 자료로 실측에 의한 검증이 이루어지지 않았다. 댐 방류수에 대한 하류도달 시간에 대한 실측 기술을 확보하여 실측을 통한 수치모형의 검증 및 보완 필요하며, 보정된 수치모형을 이용한 홍수도달시간 실시간 예측을 통한 댐운영의 효율성 확보 및 대내외 검증된 결과 제시가 요구되고 있다. 현재 댐 방류에 따른 하류도달 시간에 대한 실측이 요구되고 있으나, 관련 기술에 대한 국내외 개발 및 적용 사례가 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 현장계측과 수치모형을 연계한 신뢰성 높은 도달시간을 분석하는 기술을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장구간 내에서 홍수의 흐름과 동일하게 하천에 흘러갈 수 있는 부유물을 개발하였으며, 주야간에 상관없어 주요 계측지점에서 도달시간 산정을 위해 자동 인식될 수 있는 센서기술을 개발하였다. 또한, 인식된 센서를 안정적으로 통신망에 연동하여 실시간 계측이 가능하며, GIS 기반의 원격 모니터링이 가능하도록 시스템을 구성하였다. 나아가. 기존 수치모형에 의존하여 예측된 도달시간 산정방법을 개선하기 위하여 수치모형의 매개변수를 검보정을 위한 시계열 및 지속적으로 자료를 취득하였다. 이러한 센서기술, 모니터링기술, 분석기술을 융합하여 향후 매개변수를 보정한 홍수도달시간 수치모형을 이용하여 신뢰성 높은 예측결과를 홍수예경보 및 댐 운영에 있어 활용함으로써 홍수재해로부터 안전성을 확보하고 물관리의 효율화를 달성할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 국가 수자원 관리에 가장 기초가 되는 수문조사는 측정과 자료 분석을 위해 행해지는 모든 과정에서 자료의 정확성과 신뢰성이 담보되어야 한다. 현재 수문조사는 국토교통부를 비롯하여 환경부, 수자원공사 등 다양한 부처와 기관에서 수행하고 있으며, 수문조사 방법 및 기준표준화 연구(2009), 수문조사 관련 법정 행정규칙 마련, 수자원 조사법 제정, 수문자료 공인 및 저장, 배포, 활용, 기준고시 등을 통해 수문조사 발전 및 표준화를 위한 노력을 해오고 있다. 하지만 국가차원의 표준화(기준과 매뉴얼)가 아직 미진하여 기관별 생산 자료의 품질차이가 발생하고 있다. 국내의 현장여건은 식생, 공사, 모래하상 등으로 과거와 다르게 점차 다양화 되고 있으며, 국외와 차별화 된 국내 하천만의 특성으로 반영되고 있다. 또한 최근 ADCP와 같은 첨단장비 활용이 증대되는 추세인데 비해 첨단장비 관련 기준은 아직 미비한 부분이 많다. 국내 측정환경이 고려된 수문조사 표준화를 위해서는 USGS와 같은 선진국의 국제기준 검토와 함께 각 하천 환경에 맞는 유량측정 방법 및 기술을 개발하고, 다양한 현장 특성이 반영된 측정방법의 적용과, 자료 분석을 통한 기준제시가 필요하다. 첨단 장비 및 관련 기술을 활용한 수문조사 선진화를 위해서는 정확한 첨단장비 활용에 대한 표준이 필요하다. 즉 수문조사 전반에 대한 표준화와 이를 통한 공유와 활용이 이루어져야 한다. 한국수자원조사기술원(구 유량조사사업단)에서는 2007년부터 수문조사를 수행하면서 국내 하천유량조사 경험과 기술 노하우를 바탕으로 수문조사 분야별 측정방법, 장비, 레이팅, 자료 분석 등에 대한 수문조사매뉴얼과 가이드라인을 발간하여 실무에 적용, 활용하고 있다. 이러한 노력은 국내 수문조사 표준화를 정착, 발전시키고 국제 표준화에 기여할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각된다.
