  • In this research, the bidirectional-communication-media-system which is not able to implement by using the existing coaxial cable was manufactured and the method applicable to Educational Environment was proposed. Also, it is implemented that we can use various media contents through narrow bandwidth by network-linking. The unified broadcasting system applicable to Educational Environment based on IPTV was implemented in the last.

  • In this paper, the physical and conductivity properties due to the electron beam irradiation for low density polyethylene using insulating materials of the distribution cable and ultra-high voltage cable are studied. The specimens of the low density polyethylene of thickness 100[$\mu\textrm{m}$] irradiated as each 1 [Mrad], 2[Mrad], 4[Mrad], 8[Mrad], 16[Mrad] and virgin are used in this experiment. In order to measure the conductivity properties, the micro electrometer is used, the range of temperature and app1ying voltage are 20 to 120[$^{\circ}C$], from 100 to 1000[V] respectively So. as a result of the conductivity properties, it is confirmed that the conductivity is increased nearly to 50[$^{\circ}C$], and is not changed until the crystalline melting point from the temperature over 60[$^{\circ}C$] because of the defects of morphology and the formation of many trap centers by means of electron beam irradiation

  • A silicone rubber has been used so many dielectric materials for extremely high voltage(EBW) electric appliances. The reason why it is very stable in the thermal, mechanical and electrical environment. In this paper, we have studied the dependence of dielectric characteristics of silicone rubber on frequency-dependent variation. The dielectric characteristics were measured in the temperature range of 25[$^{\circ}C$] and 150[$^{\circ}C$]. Also we measured in the voltage range of 1[V] and 20[V]. The energy of activation on the dielectric loss obtained 2.44[kcal/mol], 2.1[kcal/mol], 1.63[kcal/mol] and 1.57[kcal/mol] by appling respectively.

  • In order to prepare the modified belite (C2S-C4A3S-C4AF-CS) cement with low energy, clinkers were synthesized by converter slag, limestone, gypsum and clay. The synthesized clinkers were characterized and the hydration processes were investigated by XRD, SEM and microconduction calorimetry. The hydrates were mainly C-S-H and ettringite. The needle-like ettringite formed by the hydration of C4A3S at the early stage of hydration was filled in the inner vacant spaces of the hardened body and it might contribute to the rapid-hardening phenomena. The hardened body became stronger due to the hydration of C2S at the later period. The compressive strengths of the cement-3 mortars hydrated for 3, 7 and 28 days were 115, 128 and 211 Kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$, respectively.

  • Synthetic fluid, class 7 group 2, as an insulating and cooling material is selected as. specimen, arid it is studied for the physical and electrical properties. Also, Benzotriazole(following as BT A) known as a suppressant of streaming electrification is added to it, and the change of physical and electrical properties by addition of BT A is investigated. From the spectrum of FT-IR, it is confirmed that the absorption peak in wavenumbers $3400{\sim}3450[cm^{-1}]$ is small or disappears when BTA is added. AC breakdown strength and volume resistivity of each specimen are investigated. It is considered that the effective content of BTA is about 10[ppm] for the suppression of electrification in this experiment.

  • The electrical properties due to the Benzotriazole(following as BTA) additive in fluids for insulating and cooling the ultra-high voltage transformer is studied in this paper. Specimen having the several contents of BTA, such as 5[ppm]. 10[ppm] and 30[ppm] is used in order to investigate the characteristics on volume resistivity in case of fluid flow in experimental device made in lab. Volume resistivity is decreased with an increase of fluid flow velocity and increased with BTA content in low temperature region, but volume resistivity of specimen contained BTA 10[ppm] is the largest thing over $30[^{\circ}C]{\sim}50[^{\circ}C]$ than the others in experiment.

  • The electrical breakdown characteristics of the synthetic fluids No.2 of KS class VII used for insulating and cooling the materials for the ignition coil are studied. Also, Benzotriazole(BTA) as the streaming electrification suppressant additive is added to the oil, and the change of electrical properties due to different BTA concentration is investigated. To investigate the electrical characteristics, the breakdown strength of each specimen by an experiment for AC breakdown are analyzed. The breakdown strength of specimen by adding BTA is higher than virgin specimen in low e region, but lower than that in high region because of melting BTA. It is considered that the effective content of BTA as charge suppressant additive is about 10[ppm] from the results of AC breakdown.

  • Therapeutic duplication (TD) is frequently reported inappropriate drug use in healthcare settings in Korea. This study was aimed to develop TD criteria for psycho-nervous system drugs (KFDA classification 117 and 119). ATC classification was used to determine therapeutic and/or chemical similarities among the 93 ingredients reviewed. Clinical practice guidelines, textbooks and product labels were referenced for principles and evidences of possible drug combination usage. 16 groups that listed ingredients to be considered as TD were established and the criteria would be helpful to prevent TDs.

  • In this paper, the volume resistivity properties due to mixture ration of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) and ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) are studied. Electrodes is composed of upper electrode 37(mm $\Phi$), guardring electrode(inner 55(mm $\Phi$ ), and lower electrode 87(mm $\Phi$ In order to measure the leakage current, We used electrometer and stable oven with temperature controller. Measurement method is to measure the leakage current of next specimen after applying the voltage according to 'Step Apply Methods' for ten minutes. In order to measure the volume resistivity properties, the micro electrometer is used, the range of temperature and applying voltage are 25 to 100[$^{\circ}C$] to 100[V] respectively.

  • Yak-ju treatment is regarded as a new way to give a medication, and used many parts of medical field such as musculo-skeletal, aesthetic and cosmetic part. Recently I've experienced a good result by Yak-ju treatment for managing obese patient who had failed to lose his weight by conventional existing treatments comprised of herbal medicine, electro-lypolysis, negative pressure, ear acupuncture, behavior modification therapy and education for diet and exercise. This method can be recommended as a new method for curing obesity that can make up for the weak point of existing ways.
