본 연구는 간호대학생이 성공적으로 임상실습을 경험하여 전문역량을 갖춘 전문인으로서 성장하기 위해 간호대학생의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 임상수행능력을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G도 J시 소재 J대학의 간호학과 4학년 학생들이다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 11월 5일부터 11월 9일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석항 결과 대상자의 DISC 행동유형별 임상수행능력 하위 영역별 살펴보면 간호과정은 D형(주도형) $3.67{\pm}0.43$, C형(신중형) $3.66{\pm}0.40$, I형(사교형) $3.61{\pm}0.47$, S형(안정형) $3.55{\pm}0.43$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고(F=4.03, p=.005), 간호기술은 D형(주도형) $4.03{\pm}0.45$, C형(신중형) $4.02{\pm}0.41$, I형(사교형) $4.01{\pm}0.47$, S형(안정형) $3.91{\pm}0.37$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(F=5.07, p=.001), 전문직 발전영역은 D형(주도형) $3.77{\pm}0.47$, I형(사교형) $3.61{\pm}0.53$, C형(신중형) $3.60{\pm}0.37$, S형(안정형) $3.56{\pm}0.49$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(F=5.07, p=.001). 이상의 결과로 간호대학생의 다양성을 이해하고 강점을 개발할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 할 것이다.

국내 보험사 FC의 사업 영속성은 1년 이내로 짧기에 창업이전에 FC에 대한 정확한 분석을 통해 창업 성공률을 높여야 할 필요가 있다, 이는 FC 본인뿐만 아니라 해당 기업의 성과에도 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 문제이자 관심사이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인간행동 유형에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 William M. Marston의 DiSC 행동모델을 사용하여 FC의 행동유형과 영업성과간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 주도형(D형), 신중형(C형)행동경향의 경우 영업성과 변인별로 유의미한 관계를 보였다. 주도형 행동경향의 경우 총수수료와 보유 고객면에서 높은 성과를 나타냈으며, 신중형(C형)행동경향의 FC는 행동경향이 높을수록 영업성과면에서는 평균에 못미치는 낮은 결과를 나타냈다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 계속적으로 증가하고 있는 국내FC의 창업성공률을 높이기 위해서는 사전에 FC의 주요 행동유형을 분석할 필요가 있으며, 이를 통해 영업성과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 주도형 행동경향의 FC육성을 위한 창업교육이 사전에 반드시 필요하다는 점이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyzing the DISC behavioral styles of deluxe hotel employees, that Dominance(D), Influence(I), Steadiness(S), Consciousness(C) on the organizational culture and the organizational effectiveness of the hotel employees and is to presenting the influence of DISC behavioral patterns on the organizational culture and the organizational effectiveness. To accomplish the aim, the study conducted literature investigations and positive analysis. The results were as in the followings. Employees with a dominant and influencing behavior style adapt themselves to innovative culture and collusive culture. also, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were affected by dominant and influencing behavioral employees. and employees with a steady style adapt themselves to rationality culture. so, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were affected by steady style. furthermore, the result shows that it can be reduced turnover rate when the conscious behavioral employees adapt to the collusive culture. Customer's needs and wants are changed fastly. In addition, there is a keen competition between a five-star hotel. Because the number of five-star hotel are increased. Lastly I suggest that the DISC behavioral style is using at recruit.

In this study, the personality type of youths was divided into 4 areas: Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown, and the four different types were analysed according to the impact on smartphone addiction. The survey was conducted on 406 middle school students in Jeonbuk province to assess the relationship between smartphone addiction of youth and the personality type. The results of this study are as follows: First, the difference of smartphone addiction in youth between genders is not large, but males were largely affected by tolerance, while females by difficulty of daily living. Second, the differences of smartphone addiction between grades found that difficulty of daily living and tolerance had a statistically significant impact. Third, the result of co-relationship between the Johari window type of mind and smartphone addiction showed that blind type and unknown type had a statistically significant positive relationship but open type had a negative impact. Finally, analysis of variables about whether a type of mind affected smartphone addiction showed that there was a relationship. The most serious type of addiction to smartphones showed in hidden type and unknown type. Therefore in developing programs to treat smartphone addiction it should seek specific measures to help these groups.

The purpose of this study was to identify differences in the personality type, diabetes-related distress, and diabetes self-management among older adults with type 2 diabetes. The data of 180 older adults was collected at S Senior Center from between August 14 and October 14, 2012. There were significant differences in self-management between individual personality types(p<.001). The self-management level was lower in the dominance personality type than in the steadiness and conscientiousness types. In particular, foot care subunit self-management was significantly lower in the dominance personality than in the other personality types(p<.001). Moreover, dominance personality was the most important factors influencing diabetes self-management negatively. Using hypoglycemic agent and drinking also influence on diabetes self-management negatively(modified R²=16%). Therefore, when we provide intervention to the older adults with type 2 diabetes, we should consider their personality type and check whether using hypoglycemic agent and drinking alcohol or not. Furthermore, we need to develop intervention program focus on the older adults with dominance personality type, using hypoglycemic agent and having drinking behavior.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of scalp and hair care behaviors according to DiSC behaviors of beauty consumer. For the study, 251 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS v.18.0 statistical package program. First, there was statistically significant difference in psychological stability, favorable image, and maintaining state of scalp and hair management according to DiSC behavior type. In case of Shin Jung - hyung (C), psychological stability, Positive images, and maintaining good condition. Second, DiSC and hair management behaviors according to DiSC behaviors showed statistically significant difference in state cognition management and product use management. In the case of cognition type (C) and social type (I) Product use management. The results of this study suggest that hair management awareness and behavior, which is dependent on DiSC behaviors of consumers, are provided as basic data for corporate marketing strategy.

This study wanted to confirm whether the DiSC behavior types of student pilots and instructors in the training course of Helicopter pilots affect the flight training achievement. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the distribution of DiSC behavior types of student pilots and instructors, student pilots had the largest number of Dominance with 40.2 percent, while Instructors had the highest number of conscientiousness with 46.5 percent. Second, it was analyzed that the flight training achievement was influenced by the behavior type of student pilots. In basic flight and aircraft type conversion flight, Steadiness had the highest achievement in flight training, and in tactical flight, conscientiousness was the highest. Third, the behavior patterns of student pilots and instructors have been confirmed to have interaction effects in tactical flight.

This Study aims to examine the differences in stress arising from clinical fieldwork of some of the students of occupational therapy department in accordance with the DISC behavioral style and the differences in the coping strategy. It is to provide basic data for the presentation of means of coping with stress that can occur at the time of clinical fieldwork in accordance with the behavioral styles of the students. As the results of the study, it was found that there are differences in the detailed items of clinical fieldwork stress in accordance with the DISC behavioral styles and differences in the strategy for copying with stress in accordance with the DISC behavioral styles. Therefore, there is a need to develop manual for fieldwork instructions and consultations in order for the students of occupational therapy department to cope with the clinical fieldwork stress at the time of clinical fieldwork by considering the behavioral styles of the students through additional researches in the future on the basis of aforementioned results of the study.

Computer aided simulation is an essential part in planning, design, and operation of railway systems. To determine the adequate performance and specification of railway system, it is necessary to calculate train performances such as distance, speed, power during train's running. This paper presents result of train performance simulation using the program that developed for Korea high speed train. To verify result of simulation, we have compared that with experiment data.
