The purpose of this study is to identify childcare teachers' self-reported perception of child abuse and neglect, reporting procedures, and reporting experience in Korea. The total average score of knowledge in child abuse and neglect was relatively high and most childcare teachers consider child abuse and neglect as a highly serious problem. About eighty six percent daycare teachers perceived reporting legislation toward child abuse and neglect, and most teachers in the study population perceived themselves as mandatory reporters. As the Child Welfare Act included a clause on mandated reporters, childcare teachers' role in intervening in child abuse cases has become more critical. In order to increase childcare teachers' reporting, education program should be designed for childcare teachers to effectively involve them in reporting child abuse and neglect.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to find out the perception on childe abuse of pre-service childcare teachers who will become the closest witnesses to child abuse, and also whether they have the proper knowledge and attitude to report abuse. Methods: Surveys were conducted at five universities in Seoul and Kyonggi-province. We investigated students from child development major, and additionally students from other majors as a comparative group. Results: The results of this study are as follows: First, pre-service childcare teachers' level of abuse severity was significantly higher than other major students. They were more aware of child abuse reporting system and reporting obligations than other major students. Second, pre-service teachers had higher intention of reporting then other major students. However, both groups barely know about child protection institution, and have negative perception on the effect of reporting. Conclusion/Implications: In conclusion, this study suggests that pre-service teachers are more aware of child abuse and willing to report than other major students, however it is necessary to increase the reliability of report effectiveness. Also, it provide implications for future policy-making related to child abuse by suggesting that information transmission and promotion through mass media is necessary and efforts should be made to reduce the risk of disclosure of the identity of the complainant in reporting abuse.

This is the study to find out the differences between the mandated reporters who reported child abuse and who did not report and to know which factors affect the reporting behavior The researcher sent questioners to 595 doctors, teachers, nurses and social workers in 3 different cities as a sample. 477 people responded to questioner and only 116 people who said that they have found out abused child during the last year were used for analysis of this research. Among 116 people, only 35.4% reported child abuse. There were significant differences between two groups, groups that reported child abuse and groups that did not report, in attitude about Abuse, the experience of child abuse training and knowledge about abuse. However, the result of Logistic regression showed that reporting behavior are significantly affected by occupation, experience of child abuse training and severity of abuse.

This study was conducted to identify nursing students' perceived professional responsibility for child abuse, perceived behavior control, children's rights awareness, and degree of intention to report child abuse, and to identify influencing factors on the intention to report child abuse. Data collection was collected through a questionnaire among 150 nursing students from University C and University D in Province C from April 28 to May 15, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistics 29.0 program. The factor influencing nursing students' perceived intention to report child abuse was the perception of children's rights. The explanatory power of intent to report child abuse was 13.6% overall. Nursing students' perceived intention to report child abuse was positively correlated with perceived behavioral control and perception of children's rights. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to study educational programs and environments to increase awareness of children's rights in order to increase the willingness of nursing students to report child abuse.

This study describes visiting caregivers' perceptions and reporting of elder abuse. From January 13 to February 10, 2014, data were collected from 249 visiting caregivers working at homes by using a structured questionnaire. The caregivers' perceptions of abuse were high overall. Physical abuse was the most common type, followed by financial, verbal, negligence, and emotional abuse. Most visitors recognized that it is important to require reporting for the prevention of elder abuse, but most of them had no experience with reporting abuse, and the agencies that they knew were mostly the police. A majority of the visiting caregivers had attended an elder abuse program and recognized the importance of such programs. The caregivers hoped that the programs would have specific examples of how to deal with elder abuse and family counseling methods, and other practical content for their work. Programs should focus on coping with individual cases, proper counseling methods, and awareness of elder abuse.

소방 본부의 119 종합상황실에서는 24시간 국민의 안전을 위해 긴급 신고를 접수한다. 수보사 분들은 24시간 교대 근무를 하며 신고 전화에 접수 및 응대 뿐만 아니라 출동, 지휘, 관제 업무를 함께 수행한다. 이 논문에서는 이 같은 수보사의 업무 지원을 위해 우리가 구축한 음성 인식과 결합된 실시간 텍스트 분석 시스템에 대해서 소개하고, 출동 지령서 자동 작성을 위한 키워드 검출 및 대화 요약 및 개체명 인식에 기반한 대화 상태 추척 방법에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 대화 요약 기술은 음성 인식 결과를 실시간으로 분석하여 중요한 키워드의 검출 및 지령서 자동 작성을 위한 후처리를 수행하며, 문장 수준에서 개체명 인식 및 관계 분석을 통한 목적 대화의 대화 상태 추적을 수행한다. 이 같은 응용 시스템은 딥러닝 및 기계학습 기반의 자연어 처리 시스템이 실시간으로 텍스트 분석을 수행할 수 있는 기술 수준이 되었음을 보여주며, 긴급한 상황에서 많은 신고 전화를 접수하는 수보사의 업무 효율 증진 뿐만 아니라, 정확하고 신속한 위치 파악으로 신고자를 도와주어 국민안전 증진에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

신규 화물운송사업자는 여러 형태의 선박을 확보하게 되는데 그 중 수입하는 선박, 즉 중고리스, 국내신조 BBCHP, 국외건조 BBCHP, 중고선이 국내외 신조 또는 중고 BBCH(bare boat charter hire purchase) 선박인 경우 수입신고 대상인지 명확하게 인식하지 못하는 사례가 빈번하다. 수입신고를 하지 않거나 선박출항 후 신고는 무신고죄 즉 밀수입죄를 적용 받는다. 따라서 반드시 수입신고 절차를 확인한 뒤 이를 신고해야 한다. 다음은 한국선주협회가 수입선박에 대한 수입신고절차 등을 정리한 것이다.

현재 국내에도 컴퓨터 포렌식의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확산됨에 따라 민·관·군의 여러 단체에서 포렌식 연구를 수행하고 있고, 침해사고 대응 센터와 같은 CERT 관련 단체들이 많아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내의 신고 시스템을 아직 1∼1.5세대 정도로 분류된다. 또한 선진국들의 신고 시스템을 보면 어느 정도의 전문 지식이 없으면 신고서를 작성하기가 힘들게 되어있다. 본고에서는 선진국의 체계적인 신고 시스템을 바탕으로 일반인도 좀 더 쉽게 신고할 수 있는 시스템의 체계를 설계, 구현한 시스템을 제안해 보고자 한다.

This study is a descriptive survey research aimed at examining the relationship between nursing college students' attitudes toward child corporal punishment, their Recognition of children's rights, and their intention to report child abuse. It also seeks to identify factors influencing the intention to report child abuse. Data were collected from April 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023, using a structured questionnaire administered to 194 nursing college students. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS/WIN 26.0 software and included descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Multiple Regression analysis. The research results showed a significant negative correlation between attitudes towards child corporal punishment and awareness of children's rights, and a positive correlation between awareness of children's rights and the intention to report child abuse. Attitudes towards child corporal punishment and the intention to report child abuse collectively explained 19% of the variance in the intention to report child abuse. Therefore, it is necessary to develop educational programs that allow prospective nurses, who have a legal obligation to report child abuse, to experience cases of child abuse, enhance their sensitivity to child abuse, and improve their intention to report child abuse.
