본 연구에서는 기업 부패를 인과론적인 시각에서 벗어나, 총체적이고 시스템적인 관점에서 고찰하였다. 특히 기업 부패가 기업 환경 전반에 시스템적으로 만연하여 제도화되어가는 과정을 시스템다이내믹스를 통해서 탐구하였다. 기업 부패 과정에 대한 시스템다이내믹스 모형은 주인과 대리인의 양자관계에서 나타날 수 있는 부패 전이와 통제의 복합적 역학관계를 중심으로 구성되었고, 확산 과정을 설명하기 위해서 퍼컬레이션 규칙을 도입하였다. 그리고 양자관계에 의한 시스템다이내믹스 모형을 격자구조로 확장하여 퍼컬레이션 과정을 모형화하였다. 본 연구모형의 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 첫째, 시스템적으로 만연되어 있는 부패의 형성 및 발전과정을 다이내믹스로 나타내고, 둘째, 이러한 부패 과정의 다이내믹스를 통해서 기업 부패 과정을 4가지 구조적 유형으로 설명하며, 셋째, 부패는 제도화를 통해서 다시 미인식의 영역으로 순환하게 되면서 사회전반적인 불신으로 정착하게 됨을 설명함으로써, 기업 부패 과정에 대한 이론적 함의뿐만 아니라 정책적인 시사점을 도출하였다.

To measure the effect of school zone on housing cost, Linear Regression Model is widely used, and school zone is known as a key determinant of housing cost in Korea. However, when the Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM) is applied with the same data, school effect on housing cost becomes statistically non-significant. It is because HLM effectively separates the effect of individual housing's attributes from the group effect. In sum, the housing cost of Kangnam, where good public schools are located, is apparently is higher than that of Kangbuk. However, the school effect on housing cost (Level 2) becomes non-significant when individual housing's attributes (Level 1) are controlled with HLM.

본 논문은 선행연구인 정회성${\cdot}$전대욱 (2005)의 모형을 중심으로 선행연구에서 미처 다루지 못한 체계 변화 및 모형 확장 등에 대해 다루고 있다. 선행연구에서는 우리나라의 참게 복원사업에 대한 개체수 동태모형(population dynamics)과 자원 경제학적 이론모형을 근거로 생태${\cdot}$경제 통합시스템에 대한 동태모형을 도출하고 이를 통해 실증분석을 수행하였는데, 본 논문에서는 이 통합 모형에 있어서 밀도 제약(density restriction)과 공식 행위(cannibalistic behavior), 주민참여에 의한 환경개선 등 일련의 가정들에 대한 확장을 통해 보다 일반화된 통합체계 및 시스템 다이내믹스 분석을 제시한다. 이와 같은 모형 확장 및 파라메터의 내생화 등은 관련 피드백 루프들의 변형과 추가 등을 의미하며, 이와 같은 변화를 포함한 확장 모델을 제시하고 분석함으로써 참게 복원사업에 대한 보다 폭넓은 논의를 제시하고자 한다.

System Dynamics(SD) is one of the complexity theories that has attracted attention as a computer-aided simulation methodology to analyze a dynamic problem and to develop a policy(strategy) in social science. Though there are properly unproven cases in research models which were developed in various fields by SD methodology during the last five decades, they are utilized as models to represent SD sub-theories. For this reason, this study targeted the population dynamics model which was frequently utilized to explain SD fundamentals and it proved errors of reasoning a structure of the existing causal and dominant feedback loop. Consequently, we presented a strategy to strengthen the coherence between CLD(causal loop diagram) and SFD(stocks-and-flows diagram) for improving validity of the existing model. The findings of this study contribute to the advancement of the existing SD and to the reinforcement of validation for policy research models of SD.

조직행동론의 제 분야들 중에서 가장 다양한 이론들이 제시되고 있는 영역은 개인의 성취동기와 관련된 분야이다. 개인의 성취동기와 관련된 현상을 이해하고 설명하며 예측을 시도하려는 노력으로 다양한 이론들 내지는 개념적 모형들이 제시되어 왔다. 그러나 이론들을 일관성 있는 체계로서 통합하기란 상당히 어렵다. 이는 다양한 이론들을 통해 일관성 있게 정의된 구성개념이 없어 이론이나 모형들 간의 분명한 비교와 평가가 어렵기 때문이다. 또한 만족과 같은 주요 변수들에 대한 명확한 정의가 부족하기 때문이다 (Schwab ＆ Cummings, 1970)(중략)

This study examines the effect that the prepaid trust has in saving the troubled business through the development of a formal system dynamics model. Building on existing case studies of corporate turnaround. we develop a mathematical model on the relationship between the prepaid trust and turnaround. With it. we build a system dynamics model in order to show how the prepaid trust can shift an organizational system from fragile condition of a firm to resilient condition of a firm. The model, which is oriented by attribution theory and problem-sharing by crisis communication. is developed in the aspect of the process from 'clouds' to 'evaporating clouds' This study offers a new characterization of the conditions under which organizations may be recovered the performance by prepaid trust through simulations of the model, and provides both theoretical insights into the corporate turnaround and practical suggestions for those charged with corporate turnaround.

The purpose of this study is to use system dynamics to establish the relation among each variable through the construction process of Community Planning Model, and examine what changes policy scenarios per alternative cause in Community Planning through policy simulation of the constructed model. Therefore, this study extracted chief variables of Community Planning Projects through precedent researches related to Community Planning, and extracted variables were prepared as causal map to examine in what causal cycle feedback structure within Community Planning they can be explained. Next, Community Planning Model was constructed based on the prepared causal map. The model was verified by specialists' interviews and simulation of example areas. This study, which aimed to construct Community Planning Model using system dynamics, has a significance in that it prepared the foundation to provide useful methodology in monitoring the progress of project or establishing the plan of future Community Planning Projects.

최근, 기업 활동은 물론 개인 실생활에 있어서도 지대한 영향을 끼치고 있는 인터넷과 이동통신은 정보통신산업의 양대 축을 이루고 있다. 특히 이 두 주역의 결합으로 등장한 것이 무선 인터넷이다. 아직은 초기 단계라 서비스에 여러 가지 제약이 있으나, 관련 기술이 급속히 발전하고 있고 그 동안의 인터넷과 이동통신의 급속한 발전 패턴을 고려해볼 때 향후 무선 인터넷의 성장 잠재력은 매우 클 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 추세에 따라 많은 연구기관들이 앞다투어 무선인터넷서비스 시장에 대해 연구하고 있으나 대부분의 경우 현황분석에 머무르는 경우가 많거나 신기술 도입 및 확산모형에 따라 막연한 예측을 제공하는데 그치는 경우가 많아 정책적 핵심요소와 방향을 제시하는 데에는 한계를 지니고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 다양한 요인간의 인과관계와 피드백 메커니즘에 근간을 둔 시스템 다이내믹스 개념을 도입하여 무선인터넷 시장의 동적 구조를 분석함으로써 정책수립 및 시행을 위한 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 분석 틀을 제시하고자 하였다.

This study examines the effect that the prepaid trust has in saving the troubled business. Developing a formal system dynamics model, building on case studies of corporate turnaround, we developed a mathematical model on the relationship between the prepaid trust and corporate turnaround. The Model shows how the prepaid trust can shift an organizational system from fragile condition to resilient condition of a firm. This study elaborartes a new set of conditions under which organizations may turn around via prepaid trust of stakeholders.
