현재 우리나라 상수도 시스템의 경우 대부분 각 가정집에 설치된 계량기의 측정값을 검침원이 육안으로 확인, 수기 기입 방법으로 수도 검침이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 방법은 사생활 침해 및 범죄로 이어질 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 상수도의 검침데이터를 무선주파수 및 코드분할다중접속방식을 사용하여 송수신 가능한 네트워크 망을 구축, 수신된 데이터 값을 활용하여 각 상수도 수용가의 사용량을 자동으로 검침하여 청구 내역서까지 작성해 주는 상수도 자동검침시스템을 소개한다. 상수도 자동검침시스템은 검침을 디지털화하고 이를 무선송신 가능한 검침기와 검침기의 검침데이터 값을 송수신 할 수 있는 중계기 및 집중기, 그리고 CDMA 망을 통한 검침데이터를 수신할 수 있는 애플리케이션 서버 등을 구축하여 지역 내 원격 검침 네트워크 망을 구축하는 것을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구의 시스템은 화재, 가스, 전기 등의 검침데이터를 통합으로 수집하여 데이터를 관리하는 통합 시스템으로 확대가 용이하며 이러한 상수도 자동검침시스템은 누수 및 독거노인 등의 생활보호대상자의 안전을 확인하는 기초 정보로도 활용할 수 있다.

위치기반 서비스는 일반적으로 사용자에게 매우 유용한 정보를 제공하기 때문에 위치기반 서비스를 제공하는 시스템 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 위치기반 서비스 시스템 개발 초기에 설계중인 시스템을 최적화하기 위한 방법에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 논문은 설계중인 위치기반 서비스 시스템을 분석하는 시뮬레이션 방법을 소개한다. 제안하는 방법은 자연어로 기술된 전통적인 위치기반 서비스 시스템의 페트리 넷 모형을 구축하고, 시뮬레이션을 실행하여 설계 중인 시스템이 사용자가 요구하는 서비스의 질을 만족하는지 그렇지 않은지를 판단한다. 전자의 경우에는 자원을 절약하여 시스템 구축비용을 절감하는 방안을 모색할 수 있으며, 후자의 경우에는 설계 중인 시스템을 최소의 비용으로 보강하는 방안을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 모색할 수 있다 .

본 연구에서는 철도시스템의 RAM 체계구축과 관련하여 R. A. M 중 하나의 필수 요소이며, 실제 운행하고 있는 철도시스템이 얼마나 잘 운행되고 있는지를 나타내는 지표인 철도시스템 가용도(Availability)에 대하여 해외규격, 국내외 발주사양 등을 통해, 가용도 계산방법 등을 비교분석해 보았다. 그 결과, 백분율 % 값으로 계수화된 가용도 목표가 요구된 발주사양의 경우에도 수요처에 따라 가용도 목표의 계산방법이 다르며, 각각의 시스템에 맞춰 수정된 방법을 요구하고 있다. 우리나라도 우리나라 철도환경 및 시스템에 맞는 가용도 계산이 필요하며, 이에 따라 우리나라 철도시스템에 맞는 가용도 연구를 위해 본 연구에서는 해외규격, 국내외 발주사양 분석 결과들과 관련 문헌들을 바탕으로 철도시스템 가용도 계산 방법(안)을 만들어 국내 철도시스템에 제안해 보았다.

Actually a diffusion of a semantic web application and utilization are situations insufficient extremely. Technology most important in semantic web application is construction of the ontology which contents itself with characteristics of semantic web. Proposed a suitable a method of building web ontology for characteristics or semantic web and web ontology as we compared the existing ontology construction ana ontology construction techniques proposed for web ontology construction, and we analyzed. And modeling old ontology to bases to description logic and the any axiom rule that used an expression way of SWRL, and established inference-based web ontology according to proposed ways. Verified performance of ontology established through ontology inference experiment. Also established an web ontology-based intelligence image retrieval system, to experiment systems for performance evaluation of established web ontology, and present an example of implementation of a semantic web application and utilization. Demonstrated excellence of a semantic web application to be based on ontology through inference experiment of an experiment system.

My company currently is operating more than 30 numbers of wide area waterworks which are divided provincially into seven section and integrated operation system (hearafter IOS) in each center plan to operate several decades of waterworks facilities. Four of them, Jeonbuk, Metropolitan, Cheung Chong and JeonNam, has been completed and the others, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam and Gangwon, are under construction. Above all, the methods are reviewed, which have been applied in IOS system to be installed already. I propose the optimal way to communicate efficiently.

As the need to establish a big data system for rapid provision of big data and efficient management of resources has emerged due to rapid entry into the hyper-connected intelligence information society, public institutions are pushing to establish a big data system. Therefore, this study analyzed and combined the success factors of big data-related studies and the specific aspects of big data in public institutions based on the measurement of environmental factors for establishing an integrated information system for higher education institutions. In addition, 19 measurement items reflecting big data characteristics were derived from big data experts using brainstorming and Delphi methods, and a plan to successfully apply them to public institutions that want to build big data systems was proposed. We hope that this research results will be used as a foundation for the successful establishment of big data systems in public institutions.

여러 산업 분야에서 인터넷의 채택으로 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래 시스템 구축이 일반화되고 있으며, 전자상거래에 연관된 표준들이 제기되고 있다. 전자상거래가 인터넷의 네트워크를 고려한다면, 전자상거래 시스템은 클라이언트/서버나 분산 아키텍쳐를 요구한다. 즉, 객체지향 패러다임이 새롭고 효율적인 개발 방법으로써 널리 받아들여져 왔다. OMG의 CORBA가 객체지향 분산 아키텍쳐를 위한 실제적인 표준으로 잡음으로써, 진보된 인터넷 상거래시스템들 구축하는데 있어 CORBA를 이용하기 위한 기술을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 CORBA 기반의 전자상거래 시스템의 아키텍쳐를 제시하며, CORBA가 인터넷 상거래 시스템의 성능과 다른 특성들을 어떻게 향상시킬 수 있는지를 제안한다.

정보화가 진전됨에 따라 조직이 보유하고 있는 정보를 효율적으로 관리 하고자하는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 EDI의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있으며 전자 문서의 효과적인 교환, 유지 그리고 정보로의 가공이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 EDI를 산업정보 시스템에 어떻게 적용시킬 것인가와 그에 따른 기술로서 XML을 도입하여 XML/EDI 시스템 구축 방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 우선 EDI 시스템에 대한 개념, 구성 요소, 도입 효과에 대해 다루었고 전통적인 EDI 시스템이 갖고 있는 문제점을 파악하여 그에 따른 해결 방법으로 XML을 어떻게 도입하여 효과적인 XML/EDI 시스템을 구축할 수 있는지에 대한 XML/EDI 시스템의 구축방안에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 재정 예산 혁신을 위한 'IT정책자금 재정 집행 실시간 통합 관리 시스템'의 설계와 구축 관련하여 정보통신부의 전체 예산을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 구현된 시스템에서는 본부 와 산하기관간의 예산 시스템 연계 방법 과 데이터 처리 방법 그리고 수집된 데이터를 최고 관리자, 예산 관리자, 기관별 예산 담당자 등 분야별 당사자들이 권한에 따라 제한된 범위의 관리 대상 항목들을 처리할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 집행된 예산에 대하여 표준화된 비목 별로 구분하여 관리 하고 이를 정성적으로 분석하여 집행 상태를 개선시킬 수 있는 방법을 구현하였다. 이를 통하여 정부 공공 예산의 계획 및 집행에 대하여 본부 및 산하 기관 전체를 연계하여 예산 집행 상황을 실시간으로 모니터링 하고 관리하는 방법을 구현하였으며, 정부 IT 예산에 대한 적기 집행과 집행 예산의 배정부터 집행까지의 흐름 상황을 실시간으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 구현에 대하여 최적화된 방법을 제시하였다.
