지난해 옥션, SK브로드밴드, GS칼텍스 등의 고객정보 유출사건이 반복적으로 발생하면서 집단소송제 제기 등 개인정보보호의 문제는 사회적인 분쟁으로 확산되고 있는 실정이다. 이런 상황에서 정부의 안일한 대응과 체계적이지 못한 시스템 미비 등이 문제의 근원으로 지적되고 있다. 하지만 보다 근본적인 원인은 바로 턱없이 부족한 개인정보보호의 예산과 실효성 없는 대책에 있다. 따라서 일련의 사건들이 재발되지 않고 개인정보 유출이라는 불법행위가 근절되기 위해서는 개인정보보호 예산 편성 강화와 인터넷상 주민번호를 대체할 식별번호(i-PIN)의 도입을 통한 제도적, 기술적 보완을 강구해야 한다. 특히 정보통신 시설 및 개인정보 보호에 관한 법제를 정비하는 것이 시급하다.

산업제어시스템은 전기, 수도, 수송, 화학, 제지, 자동차, 석유 및 가스와 같은 국가 주요 기반시설을 제어하는 시스템이다. 산업제어시스템이 기존의 고립적이고 폐쇄적인 시스템에서 점차 개방적이고 표준화된 시스템으로 전환되고 있으며, IT 망과의 통합이 이루어지고 있다. 산업제어시스템의 정보보호 기술은 일반적인 IT 정보보호 기술과는 특성상 여러 가지 차이점이 존재한다. 국내에서의 산업제어시스템 정보보호 기술에 대한 연구는 아직 미약한 수준이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국가 주요 정보하부구조를 구성하고 있는 산업제어시스템의 정보보호 기술 개요에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

The objectives of this study is to identify the Effects of Sex Education Program on careworkers' Knowledge, Attitudes and Coping toward sexuality of the Elders. The experimental design for this study was nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Research was done from September 10, 2013 to October 10, 2013. Participants included a total of 37 subjects. 19 in the experimental group and 18 in the control group. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlation coefficients, Shapiro - Wilk test, ${\chi}^2$-test, Independent Samples t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, paired t-test, Wilcox signed rank test using SPSS/PC WIN 18.0 program. The results showed that program was effective in increasing the knowledge of sex, but attitude and positive coping, negative coping did not differ significantly between the groups. In conclusion, this study showed that sex education could be effective higher sex knowledge of careworkers, but could not be effective sex attitudes and coping. Therefore, it is necessary that develop sex education program to be effective sex attitudes and coping of careworkers.

This study examined effects of attitude toward the elderly, empathy and job stress on quality of service among caregivers in long-term care facilities. The participants were 133 caregivers in C province. Data were collected from May 1 to August 31, 2019 through self reported structured questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise regression. Empathy correlated negatively with job stress and correlated positively quality of service. Attitude toward the elderly and job stress were negatively correlated with quality of service. Job stress, empathy and attitude toward the elderly explained 31.6% of variance in quality of service among caregivers in long-term care facilities. The findings indicate that caregivers' job stress, empathy and attitude toward the elderly are important factors to be considered for the improving quality of service among caregivers in long-term care facilities.

Critical information infrastructure designations for cloud service providers continue to spread around the world as energy, financial services, health, telecommunications, and transportation sectors move to the cloud. In addition, in the case of Ukraine, the removal of restrictions on the use of cloud for national critical facilities and the rapid transition of critical data to the cloud enabled the country to effectively respond to cyberattacks targeting Russian infrastructure. In Korea, the ISMS-P is operated to implement a systematic and comprehensive information protection management system and to improve the level of information protection and personal information protection management in organizations. Control items considering the cloud environment have been modified and added to the audit of companies. However, due to the different technical levels of clouds between domestic and global, it is not easy to obtain information on the findings of cloud providers such as Microsoft for the training of domestic certification auditors on hyperscale scale. Therefore, this paper analyzes findings in hyperscale clouds and suggests ways to improve cloud-specific control items by considering the compatibility of hyperscale environments with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC(System and Organization Control) security international standards.

최근, 에너지, 정보통신, 방위산업, 정부, 금융 등 국가기반시설(national critical infrastructures)들에 대한 사이버 보안 위협이 급격히 증가하고 있으며 이에 대응하기 위해 미국을 비롯한 주요 국가에서는 감시제어 및 데이터 취득 시스템(SCADA: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)에 대한 사이버 보안에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 주요 국가 기반시설은 다양한 실시간 분산 제어시스템 및 네트워크를 통해 사이버 세계(cyber world)와 물리적 세계(physical world)를 연계한다. 하지만 이 같은 역동성(dynamic), 확장성(scalability), 다양성(diversity)으로 특징지어질수 있는 실시간 분산 제어시스템간의 상호연결과 연동을 통해 구성되는 해당시설은 기존의 보안기술 적용을 통해 보안성향상을 기대할 수 없다. 따라서 본고에서는 실시간 분산 제어시스템과 다양한 네트워크로 구성되는 기반시설들을 대상으로 하는 여러 가지 보안 위협 및 특징을 소개하고 이에 대응하기 위한 전략 및 연구기술 동향을 간략히 서술한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest of facilities improvement and plan at children shelters. To this purpose, the researcher visited and interviewed users of three children shelters. To achieve a concrete goal of the study, (1) property room size per admitted children, (2) space satisfaction as bedroom, living room in a establishment, (3) facilities satisfaction as corridor, sanitation fixture. furniture (4) environment satisfaction as electricity, cooling and heating, ventilation, (5) exterior satisfaction as building image, color, landscape was analysed by interviewing. Based on the results of the analysis, a improvement for children shelters was presented.

The purpose of this study is to identify educational needs of institutionalized unmarried teenage mothers and difficulties of running social welfare facilities for them. To achieve this purpose of the study, structured interviews with 4 social workers are conducted. At first, social workers who were working with teenage mothers told the general characteristics of institutionalized teenage mothers. Secondly, they presented their ideas about teenage mothers' educational needs, especially for preventing their repeated pregnancy. Thirdly, they pleaded their own sorry situation for running facilities such as depending on volunteers too much, financial problems, and limitations for running systematic educational programs.

Facing the aging society in Korea, the supply of elderly care services has to be increased. Among these services short-stay care service is one of the alternative service connecting home and communities and this service is at the beginning stage in Korea. This paper aims to identify the current status and characteristics of short-stay care facilities in Korea. On the bases of survey and analysis the basic data for architectural planning and design of short-stay care facilities for elderly have been proposed.
