With increased social participation of married women and with the notion of importance of pre-school childhood on human development, the importance of nurseries is being emphasized. The transformation of the traditional family system into a nuclear family system and the deterioration of the traditional child education have also put nurseries as a primal social interest. But, at present, at the end of 1994, only 10% of the children have benefitted from such facilities, the supply not being able to meet demand. Also, the spatial organization and the management of such facilities has been unsatisfactory. In this perspective, this study aims to grasp the present condition of nurseries, to investigate and analyse case studies, to suggest standards and reform measures, and based on these, to produce basic information for the formation of an architectural spatial model. We've selected investigation of present conditions and case studies, interviews, and observation as investigative methods and through these we've assessed tangible spatial planning and spatial proportion by parts. 1. The most preferred grouping method is toddler/preschooler type, and the group size and staff-to-child ratios vary according to the children's age 2. The younger children's activity rooms are located in the lower level, and the activity room of the children on the similar development stages are located adjacent to one another 3. Most of the facilities do not have the public spaces(indoor playrooms, dinning rooms, napping rooms, bathrooms, sickrooms) For dinning and napping, activity rooms are being used, and for sickrooms, director's room or staff rooms 4. As for the correlations of the spaces(home bases, activity rooms and its outdoor spaces, day-care-centers and its community), closed plan type is 90% over, and modified open plan is 10% min.

국지성 집중호우에 따른 도심지 내수 침수 피해의 주원인으로 하수관거의 설계기준을 초과하는 강우가 침수피해의 주요 원인이며, 도심화로 인해 불투수 면적이 증가함에 따라 유출되는 시간이 짧아 저지대의 피해는 불가피하다. 2010년과 2011년에 100년 이상의 강우사상이 서울시에 연이어 나타나면서 집중호우로 인한 피해지역이 유사하게 나타났으며, 광화문 거리의 연이은 침수는 현재 서울시의 하수관거의 용량과 빗물펌프장 및 저류조 시설로 구성된 기존 수방대책의 한계점을 보이고 있다. 이에 서울시는 광화문 일대의 배수능력을 향상시키기 위하여 효자배수분구 빗물배수터널을 계획하고 있다. 일본, 미국 및 유럽 등지에서는 대심도 지하수로 시설에 대한 수리실험 및 수치 연구를 바탕으로 다양한 지하방수로가 건설되어 국지성 집중 강우에 대해 적절히 대응하고 있으나, 국내의 경우에는 대심도 지하방수로 시설에 대한 연구가 미비하여 지하방수로 설계 지침 및 기술적 자료가 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 대심도 빗물배수터널 시설에서의 흐름특성 분석에 관한 수리실험 및 수치해석 등의 구체적인 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 수리모형 실험의 물질적 및 시간적 한계를 극복하기 위하여 일반적으로 3차원 유체거동의 특성분석에 많이 사용되는 Fluent 6.3 모형을 이용하여 대심도 빗물배수터널 시설의 접선식 유입구에 대한 흐름특성을 수치모의 하였다. 접선식 유입구 및 수직갱(drop shaft)에 대한 기하 모형의 격자망은 수치해석의 안정성 확보를 위하여 그림 1과 같이 6면체 격자로 구성하였다. 맨홀 내의 다상유동을 고려하기 위하여 VOF(Volume of Fluid) Scheme을 적용하였으며, 수치해석 방법으로는 비정상류, 1st order implicit method를 사용하였다. Fluent에서의 난류 흐름을 계산하는 방법에는 난류 운동에너지와 난류 에너지 소산율 $\epsilon$의 전달 방정식을 도입한 k-$\epsilon$ 난류 모형을 채택하였다.

Multi shopping malls provide us new life-style nowadays with the term, malling. Multi shopping malls are consisted of selling space, entertainment space and convenience space so that arrangement and circulation planning of each facilities have large influence to users. Based on this influences, this study aims to provide basic data for multi shopping malls' circulation planning. Therefore, this study selected 6 multi shopping malls in Seoul and conducted survey that satisfaction of circulation planning of multi shopping malls. For user satisfaction investigation, we studied concept of multi shopping mall following Korean building act and selected composition and characteristics of circulation. Also, we classified the malls to size and circulation shapes for comparison of the satisfaction results. Classified types are high-rise and low-rise and they are separated to small size and big size. In addition, classified circulation shapes are categorized to net type, loop type, cyclical loop type and multi type by forms of central space and main stream of the malls.

The present research has been conducted on the arranged form, the number and kinds, the area, the location of the rooms and the variation on exterior designs, based on a layout and a ground plan of each step, which are general plan, VE proposal and the final negotiation, for 11 elementary and middle and high schools that are designed in the way of BTL project. In consequence, it has been found out that there are some changes in the number and position of the rooms. However, the changes are not exceeding the overall arrangement form. This could not have led to the original aim, which is to induce creativity by PFI. It can be supposed that it is because the BTL system is stick to the old process, the method of financial investment and it is true to say that there needs to be solution for that.

This paper is concerned to remote monitoring It management system on the bring up house of agricultural, lomestic animal, aquatic products. That is necessary for traffic network and monitoring unit for transmission the environment data of temperature, humidity and electric etc.. This study is executed the experimental research for structure of system. which are composed sensing interface, multi-processing, traffic network and algorithm. Result, that is respected the effective management, increase of produce and prevent of calamity on the bring up house by low cost of set & remain.

Deterioration of the educational facilities built before 1985 is a serious situation. The purpose of this study is to present the efficient remodeling method of old educational facilities. This paper, part III, presents the systemic and synthetic judgment method of deterioration grade of finished materials. Evaluation of the deterioration is carried out in every eight classrooms or building elements divided by the use. And classrooms are divided by several parts for example floor, wall and ceiling etc.. The whole deterioration of the building judges the result of every part collectively.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for planning of school foodservice facilities to operate with hygiene and efficiency corresponding a decrease of the number of students. This study analyzes the composition of space for foodservice facilities categorizing by the functions which are preparation area, cooking area, cleaning area, storage, and worker's room on elementary, middle and high school in Seoul Metropolitan city since 2009 that the Seoul School Health Promotion Center published a manual for school foodservice facilities. The calculation can be a basis for school planners and the general schools to use available area in each school and can manage the school usage plan appropriately. The number of students in each school has been regarded as the space planning element, but the number of students would considered with using the specific area and time.

현대 의학기술의 발달에 따라 양질의 의료서비스를 원하는 것은 민간뿐만 아니라 군내에서도 활발히 이루어져 의료서비스를 제공 및 제공받는 것이 기존 의료수혜의 수준을 벗어난 당연한 권리이며 우리 의무병과는 이러한 권리를 보장해 줄 의무를 갖고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이 글에서는 미군이 1984년도 시험평가 후 광범위하게 사용하고 있는 DEPMEDS(전개형의무시설)을 미군야전교범을 토대로 하여 개발배경, 추진경과, 설치운용시 고려사항 및 각 구성품(Component)별 기능과 배치도에 대해 고찰해 보았따. 또한 독일군이 1998년 이후 전력화하여 유럽 각국 및 NATO에서 실전배치하고 있는 EADS Dornier사의 TransHospital 장비 관련자료 등 서방국가 전개형의무시설에 대한 고찰을 통하여 한국적 전개형의무시설 개발의 필요성과 차후 정책추진 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Facing the aging society in Korea, the supply of elderly care services has to be increased. Among these services short-stay care service is one of the alternative service connecting home and communities and this service is at the beginning stage in Korea. This paper aims to identify the current status and characteristics of short-stay care facilities in Korea. On the bases of survey and analysis the basic data for architectural planning and design of short-stay care facilities for elderly have been proposed.

Most of the unused facility in urban areas is perceived as an unreasonable space that damages cityscapes. However, unused space has the advantage of having historical value and potential for new development. In consideration of this, various plans have recently been made in terms of cultural use of unused space. The core is the performing arts culture space where various expressions can be expressed. Changes in the educational space that meet the various conditions required in future societies are also one of the topics to be discussed. In this study, we analyze the performance facilities utilizing the unused space and study the direction of educational facilities based on performance.
