  • Korean satellite development projects were divided military objectives such as national security, and commercial communication satellites. The First geostationary Korean earth observation satellite, GeoKOMPSAT is a turning point to concern another way to utilizing satellite. In the past, the main concern was the sharp ground images, now days, it is more important to make high added value from satellite data. In particular, environmental payload, GEMS mounted on the satellite GeoKOMPSAT-2 will monitor air quality which is not observed by visual material, may be referred to as case by utilizing the satellite. Satellite data utilization is likely to receive a great influence on the appropriate public policy data. If the public is expected to be fully revealed that potential demand. It is time to change the management policy on the security aspects of weak satellite data. Depending on the expanding use of satellites, it is necessary to investigate the status of disclosing satellite data, and suggests policy options for the distribution of materials for the environment satellite characteristics.

  • This study suggests a new platform in which VI can communicate with their guardians who serve as a system administrator optimizing personal characteristics. In terms of interaction between platform components, this study can contribute to enhancing stability of walking by giving substantial information to VI through server processing and setups of guardians with real-time interaction to VI through server processing and setups of guardians with real-time interaction. Therefore, developing smart phone applications can facilitate both portability and cost effectiveness, by the users' downloading the application and registration. In terms of guardians' cost, this system is cost-effective because they can access to the administration system through personal computers or smart phones, not through specialized system devices. This system is web-based, which automatically communicates with the surroundings of, such as provides the guardians with the necessary information or approaches to the danger through IoT devices, which results in enhancing safety. Moreover, it is possible for guardians to utilize the personalized platform since the system not only senses personal characteristics but also sends a number of information to VI. a new platform makes it possible for guardians to provide electronic support and interaction with the application with the application users, which contributes to systematic and safe walk for VI.

『전경』과 『태평경』의 사회이상에 대한 비교 연구

  • 『태평경』과 『전경』은 저술된 시기에 있어 큰 차이가 있지만 사회이상의 구상적 측면에서 매우 큰 유사성을 보이고 있어 주목할 만하다. 전체적으로 보았을 때, 태평경이 추구하는 '태평세도'와 『전경』에서 언급된 '후천선경'의 내용은 매우 유사하다. 증산께서는 '해원상생'이라는 구제의 방법을 통해, '후천선경' 혹은 '지상천국'을 실현하고자 하셨는데, 이는 당시 민중의 심리적 요구에 부합되는 것이었다. 이후 대순진리회에서는 '후천선경'을 이루는 것을 종단의 목표로 삼고 있다. 구제 원리의 측면에서 『태평경』은 '해원결'이나 '해승부'를 통해 '삼기상통'(三氣相通)을 이루고자 하는데, 이는 『전경』의 해원상생과 상통하는 면이 있다. 중외고금에서 사회이상 실현을 논하는 측면에서 볼 때, 대부분 유사한 측면을 발견할 수 있는데 이는 대체로 의식에 대한 걱정이 없고, 전쟁과 재해가 사라지며, 백성들이 스스로 만족하며 즐거워한다는 것이다. 그리고 그 중에서도 특히 『태평경』과 『전경』의 인본주의 사상, 남녀평등, 불로장생에 대하여 유사점을 비교해 보았다. 한편으로 양자는 차이점도 지니고 있는데 『전경』에서는 현대적 의의를 바탕으로 전지구적인 시각으로 문제를 바로 보고 있다는 것이다. 예를 들면, 후천선경이라는 사회적 청사진을 제시하는 내용에 있어 이후 언어가 통일된다고 하는 내용은 태평경과 뚜렷한 차이점을 지닌다. 또한 구제의 순서에 있어 『전경』과 『태평경』의 차이점은 『전경』에서는 신의 해원을 통해 인간의 원결이 해소될 수 있다고 보며, 『태평경』에서는 사회의 재난이 인간, 즉 인간의 승부로 인해 야기된 것으로 봄으로 사람의 승부 특히 제왕의 승부를 해소하는 것이 중요하다고 강조한다.

An Analysis on Statistical Graphs in Elementary Textbooks of Other Subjects to Improve Teaching Graphs in Mathematics Education (타 교과 통계 그래프 분석을 통한 초등학교 수학 수업에서의 그래프 지도 개선 방안 탐색)

  • This study was carried out in order to draw some implications for teaching statistical graph in mathematics education with respect to practical statistics education for promoting students' statistical literacy. We analyze 133 graphs appearing in 99 elementary textbooks of other subjects (subjects except from mathematics) by subjects and types, and identify some cases of graphs addressed by other subjects. As a results, statistical graph was most addressed in social studies, and bar graphs, line graphs, tables, and circle graphs are most used in other subjects. Moreover, there are some issues related to contents-(1) the problem of curricular sequencing between mathematics and other subjects, (2) the level of addressing ratio graph, and (3) the use of wavy lines. In terms of forms, (1) the visual variation of graphical representations, (2) representation combining multiple graphs, and (2) graphs specialized for particular subjects are drawn as other issues. We suggest some implications to be considered when teaching the statistical graph in elementary mathematics classes.

The Influences of Small Group Discussion and Students' Visual Learning Style on Learning with Multiple Representations Using Drawing and Writing: Focused on Chemical Concepts (소집단 토론과 시각적 학습 양식이 그리기와 쓰기를 활용한 다중 표상 학습에 미치는 영향: 화학 개념을 중심으로)

  • This study investigated the influences of small group discussion and students' visual learning style in learning chemical concepts with drawing and writing as methods to assist students in connecting and integrating multiple external representations. Seventh graders (N=449) at a coed middle school were assigned to individual drawing (ID), pair drawing (PD), individual writing (IW), and pair writing (PW) groups. All students learned "Boyle's Law" and "Charles's Law" for two class periods. Analyses of the results revealed that the students in the PD group, regardless of students' visual learning style, scored significantly higher than those in the ID group in a conception test. The scores of the students with strong visual learning preference in the PW group were significantly higher than those in the IW group in the conception test, while the scores of the students with weak visual learning preference were not significantly different between the two groups. Although the conception test scores of the PD group were higher than those of the PW group, the difference was relatively small. It was found that most students in both PD and PW groups perceived pair drawing and pair writing positively upon cognitive and motivational aspects.

  • 본 연구에서는 수변구역의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 토지에 대한 자연적인 형상을 나타내는 수치정사 영상과 필지를 중심으로 토지에 대한 물리적 현황 및 소유권이 미치는 범위를 나타내는 지적도면을 중첩한 수치정사영상지적도의 제작방법의 효율성을 모색하였다. 이를 통하여 수변구역 경계관리를 위하여 작성된 수치정사영상지적도는 수변구역의 경계관리 목적 이외에도 다양한 분야에서 매우 광범위하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 향후 지적재조사사업 시행시 임야 및 농경지의 경계를 새로이 설정할 경우 경제적이고 시각적이며 활용적인 측면에서 매우 효과적인 방법임을 확인할 수 있다.

  • A new algorithm for the rate control of videos considering the sensitivity of the human visual system is presented. The method adopts the three-step structure of MPEG2 TM5 rate control, and a new measure of macroblock activity based on spatio-temporal sensitivity is introduced for the adaptive quantization. Experimental results show that the spatio-temporal activity measure outperforms the spatial activity of TM5 in picture quality.

  • Spatial detection system such as AVI, GPS, and Beacon etc. can provide spatial travel time only after a vehicle Passes through a road section. In this context, majority of the existing studies on the link travel time estimation area has focused on the arrival time-based link travel time estimation. rather than departure time-based link travel time estimation. Even if some of the researches on this area have developed departure time-based link travel time estimation algorithms, they are limited in that they are not applicable in a real-time mode. The objective of this study is to develop an departure time-based link travel time estimation algorithm which is applicable in a real-tine mode. Firstly, this study discussed the tradeoff between accuracy and timeliness of the departure time-based on-line link travel time estimates. Secondly, this study developed an departure time-based on-line link travel time estimation algorithm which utilizes the Baysian inference logic. It was found that the proposed approach could estimate departure time-based link travel times in a real-time context with an acceptable accuracy and timeliness.

  • Recently, switchboards for MV/LV distribution customers have been united and digitalized rapidly. This paper suggestes the effective information visualization method for the data mesured from cubicle switchboard for MV/LV distribution customers. We developed the algorithm that analyzes a large number of mesured data and displays them to users overall, such as fire index, power condition index, switchboard safety index, and power diminution index. Using a touch screen made users to operate it easily. User interface was also strengthened by taking graph visualization. We guess the information visualiztion method suggested in this paper shows the new direction that heavy electrical equipments including switchboards are going to develop in the future.
