The subjects of this study consisted of 98 female elderly people living in rural and urban areas who exercise health and cheerleading at least twice a week at the regional center(REG; n=46, 77.53±6.37 yrs, 151.81±5.26 cm, 60.00±9.42 kg, UEG; n=53, 73.57±2.70 yrs, 154.07±3.52 cm, 57.37±2.06 kg). Physical strength was measured for muscular endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, and flexibility. Falling efficacy was measured using 10 items of Fall Efficacy Scale developed by Tinetti et al. Significant differences in flexibility and fall efficacy were found in urban older adults (p<.01, p<.05). There was no significant difference in muscular endurance and cardiac endurance (p>.05). In the future, studies to improve the imbalance of health factors of the elderly in the region should be continuously conducted.

  • This study measured the social value of social economy enterprises in Incheon Metropolitan City using the Social Value Index (SVI) developed by the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The results showed that the social value orientation of the business activities of SSEs averaged 9.3 out of 15 points, and their innovation efforts were 8.0 out of 10 points. The average monetary and non-monetary social contribution efforts of SSEs was 5.1 out of 10. When comparing the average sales and social value scores by industry, the manufacturing sector shows that social enterprises have higher average sales and social value orientation of business activities, but lower social return efforts. Social work facility management and business support services have high average sales, but low social value orientation of business activities and efforts to make monetary or non-monetary social contributions. On the other hand, education services; arts, sports, and leisure-related services; and publishing, video, broadcasting, communication, and information services have lower average revenues but higher social value orientation of business activities. These SVI indicators are well utilized by local governments, but not yet by the central government. In the future, governments and public institutions should reflect the differences between sectors when formulating policies for social enterprises.

First, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to extract the main variables and to verify the validity of the study. Second, correlation analysis was performed to find out the correlation between major variables. Third, path analysis was performed to derive the final result of this study. In addition, we conducted a reliability analysis of major measurement tools to determine internal consistency(Conbach's ${\alpha}$) utilizing IBM SPSS 21.0 and IBM AMOS 21.0. The results show that past recall had a statistically significant negative impact on negative emotions and future expectations had a negative impact on positive emotions. Also, future expectations showed a statistically significant effect on euphoria and positive emotions had positive effects on happiness.

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the isokinetic muscular strength of the knee joint between female volleyball and table tennis players. A total of 27 elite volleyball players and 27 table tennis players participated in the study. This study measured both knee extensor and flexor strengths of volleyball and table tennis players using the isokinetic dynamic test. Peak torque was measured by performing maximal voluntary flexion and extension three times at $60^{\circ}/s$. Volleyball players had higher knee extensor and flexor strengths than table tennis players. No significant difference in both knee strengths was noted in table tennis players. However, volleyball players showed significant differences in both knee strengths. Height and weight showed a positive correlation with knee strength. This study found that volleyball players had greater knee strength than that of table tennis players. We also found that volleyball players have asymmetrical knee strength. Comparison with other sport players is warranted to better understand isokinetic muscular strength of the knee joint.

  • This study aim to verify the difference in muscle activity due to difference in the direction of the stroking method for the stroke direction of the muscles using a tool made by a 3D printer. The subjects were conducted with 20 healthy adults in their 20s, and IASTM applied the intervention of the perpendicular stroking on the direction of muscle driving and intervention of the pararell stroking on the direction of muscle driving, with 10 each deployed. All subjects measured the muscle activity before intervention, and the muscle activity was measured and compared with the independent T test and the paired T test. The results of this study showed a significant increase in muscle activity in vertical groups, although the muscle activity in horizontal groups decreased. It was that differences in direction are significant in the application of IASTM.
