벤처기업 CEO의 본질적 역량과 역할은 조직의 자원을 얼마나 효율적으로 운영하는가에 따라 관리자로서 조직성과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 CEO 역량 수준이 조직이 내재하는 자원에 미치는 영향에 대한 이론적 고찰과 CEO의 역량 수준과 조직성과 간의 관계가 조직 구성원의 역량에 따라서 어떻게 달라지는가에 관한 실증연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 기존 선행연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 자원기반이론(resource-based view of the firm)을 바탕으로 프로스포츠 산업에서의 조직 구성원의 역량에 따른 관리자의 감독역할에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 본 연구에서는 기존의 스포츠 기업가정신(sport entrepreneurship) 연구 분야의 이론을 경영전략의 자원기반관점과 융합하여 벤처기업 CEO와 프로스포츠 감독의 역할이 조직구조와 성과 메커니즘의 측면에서 매우 흡사하며 조직의 자원을 효율적으로 운영하고 성과를 도출하는 측면에서 모두 기업가(entrepreneur)적 특성을 반드시 내재해야 한다고 본다. 이러한 맥락에서 프로스포츠팀에서의 관리자로서의 감독 역량과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 조직의 자원 효율성의 매개효과와 조직 구성원 역량에 대한 조절효과를 설명하고자 한다. 미국프로농구(NBA) 30개 구단과 한국프로농구(KBL) 10개 구단의 9개 시즌(2013~2014시즌 - 2021~2022시즌)의 감독과 팀 데이터를 실증분석에 있어 프로세스 매크로 58 모형을 적용하여 본 연구의 가설을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 미국프로농구과 한국프로농구 데이터 모두에서 (1) 프로농구팀의 자원 효율성은 감독의 역량과 승률 간의 정(+)의 관계를 매개하고, (2) 조직 구성원의 역량은 농구팀의 자원 효율성을 통한 감독 역량이 승률에 미치는 간접효과를 조절(p<.05) 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비교적 객관적으로 조직의 성과측정이 가능한 프로스포츠 데이터를 활용하여 프로스포츠 산업에서 벤처기업의 CEO와 유사한 기업가적 역할을 수반해야 하는 감독 및 조직 구성원의 역량이 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 한편 스포츠 애널리틱스(sport analytics) 분야와 경영학 연구를 융합하였다는 의의가 있다.

It is not easy to present a generalized operating model because the operating environment of a sport event is composed of a complex matrix structure. In this study, we propose 'standardization' which provides guidance of concept and process of sport event management to solve this sports event management problem. To purpose complete of this study, the frame was developed by the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 is applied. The standards framework for sports event process management system structure proposed in this study consists of scope of application, citing standard, Terms and definitions, organizational situation, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement. This sport event process management system standard can be applied to any organization that wants to host, prepare, and operate sport events regardless of the form or scale of the sport event. In addition, this standard was focused on process management of life-cycle stages of sporting events, therefor it was possible to manage interrelationships and dependencies between processes and processes.

In proportion as increasing priority of sports service industries, the necessity and importance of service marketing has raising. Because of such point, this study investigates on the relationship of physical evidence and performance in using commercial sport centers. A study model and several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. To test the model and the hypotheses empirically, we distributed 350 copies of survey and collected 283 copies. 278 copies appear valid for our empirical study, except 5 copies that are considered inappropriate for our purpose. The results and implications are as follows. First, Service physical evidence had a positive effects on overall perceived quality and satisfaction. second, Results indicate that overall perceived quality and satisfaction playa significant role in the relationship between physical evidence and customer loyalty.

This study empirically analyzes the effect of a sports club's performance and social media operations on online information search volume, reflecting fan engagement. Additionally, it confirms that such effect can vary depending on the issuance of sports fan tokens. The analysis of the data resulted in the support of all four hypotheses presented in this study. The team's goal differentials during the games exhibited a significant and positive effect on the online information search volume by fans. Furthermore, the quantity of a team's social media posts also showed a significant and positive effect on the online information search volume. The aforementioned effects of the team's game-related performance and social media activity on the online information search volume appeared to be strengthened when the sports fan tokens of the team were issued. This study conducts an empirical analysis of fan engagement in sports clubs and delves into the marketing dimensions of sports fan tokens. By doing so, it broadens the research scope within sports marketing and offers practical insights for the development of marketing strategies by sports clubs.

The role of venture CEO and their intrinsic capabilities on organizational performance can be determined by the level of resource synchronization initiated by the focal managers. Despite the important role of venture CEOs, a systematic lack of in-depth theoretical and empirical studies on ruminating the relationship between the effects of a CEO's capabilities and organizational performance depending on the level of resource synchronization exist for the rationale of investigation. To supplement the limitations of previous studies, this research empirically analyzes the role of managers specifically synchronizing organizational resources that affect organizational performance in the professional sports industry. Based on the entrepreneurship theory and resource-based view (RBV), this research conceptualizes the roles of venture CEO and basketball head coach in the professional sports industry as very similar in terms of organizational structure and performance mechanism embedding entrepreneurial characteristics necessary for managing organizational resources. In this research, we hypothesized (1) organizational resource synchronization will mediate the positive relationship between the ability of professional basketball head coach and organizational performance and (2) the indirect effect of the professional basketball head coach's capabilities on organizational performance mediated by resource synchronization will be moderated by the capabilities of players. To test these hypotheses, we utilized the PROCESS macro model 58 with the empirical data of 9 seasons (2013~2014-2021~2022) of 30 National Basketball Association (NBA) and 10 Korean Basketball League (KBL) teams. The statistical results showed that (1) resource synchronization mediates the positive relationship between professional basketball head coach capabilities and organizational performance and (2) the capabilities of players moderated the indirect effects of the abilities of head coaches on team performance via resource synchronization. This paper contributes to both academic and practical domains of entrepreneurship by empirically testing the research model through objective professional sports data.

Recently, several sporting events have been canceled or postponed due to the influence of COVID-19's imposed social distancing in life, or are being played without spectators. As a result, the market for sports products has been stagnant, and many are experiencing difficulties. To get over it, sports market players are exploring various new markets such as online fan services and online sales. Therefore, this study proposed a way to manage the authenticity of sports-related products. The block structure, system flow, and network model were designed and prototypes were developed accordingly. Experts were invited through the derived method to conduct a target group interview (FGI) to evaluate the reliability and stability of the transaction process, the reliability and stability of payment, the tracking of accidents, and the reliability and stability of the system. Through this study, consumers can have reliability when trading sports-related products such as goods, favorite items, and sign balls.

The importance of record management is emphasized in various fields. In the field of sports in particular, the importance of record management is key, and many efforts are being made to keep a record of the history of many sports. Therefore, in this study, a plan to develop a sports record information service centered on basketball was proposed. In this study, the sports records information service development plan that is described not only has an eye toward developing technology, but is also described from the perspective of records management, which has recently been in high demand. To this end, a demand analysis was conducted on prospective users through FGI, and procedural elements of record analysis were derived. In addition, the system structure and database schema were designed, and a screen for managing and browsing records was presented. Through this study, it is expected that research on sports record management will be able to be actively conducted in the record management field.

경기(競技)필름은 팀의 성과(成果)를 평가(評價)하는데나, 어떤 스포츠환경(環境)에서의 의사결정(意思決定)을 위해 하나의 귀중한 자원(資源)이 된다. 경영정보(經營情報)시스팀은 하나의 경영활동(經營活動)을 평가(評價)하는데 있어서 이와 똑같은 목적을 위해 도움을 주며, 소중한 자원(資源)인 것이다. 옛날의 한 금언(金言)을 의역(意譯)해본다면, 문제(問題)는 이겼느냐, 또는 졌느냐가 아니라 어떻게 그 게임을 운영(運營)(management)했느냐 하는 점이다. 잠재력(潛在力)을 평가(評價)하고, 나중의 작전계획(作戰計劃)을 개발 하는데 있어 반드시 기억해 두어야 할 말이다. 우리가 그 시스팀의 욕구(欲求)를 식별(識別)해냈다고 할 때, 성과(成果)가 진정하게 측정(測定)되었는가 하는 것은 기대(期待)에 비해 나타난 결과들을 평가(評價)해봄으로써 판단할 수 있다. 기업경영(企業經營)의 성공(成功)은, 이 비교(比較)가 얼마나 잘 될 수 있는가에 달려있으며, 제자원(諸資源)의 질(質)을 높이고, 새로운 기회(機會)을 개발하는데 있어, 정보(情報)를 얼마나 효과적(效果的)으로 활용(活用)하는가에 또한 달려있다고 하겠다. 잘 정의(定義)돼 있고 초점이 맞는 경영정보(經營情報)시스팀은 이러한 목적(目的)을 위해 필수불가결한 것이라 하지 않을 수 없다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-management, stress coping, and physical self-concept of health exercise participants. To this end, a total of 274 questionnaire results were obtained by visiting 12 fitness center in the metropolitan area that is running a health exercise program. This was analyzed through the SPSS program, and the following results were obtained. It showed a significant explanatory power in the relationship between self-management and stress coping of health exercise participants. In addition, it also showed significant explanatory power in the relationship between self-management and physical self-concept. Finally, it showed significant explanatory power in the relationship between stress coping and physical self-concept. Through this study, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship between self-management, stress coping, and physical self-concept of healthy exercise participants. In follow-up studies, an in-depth analysis of self-management is required through the causal relationship with environmental factors related to self-management.

지난 2월 경주 모 리조트에서 발생한 체육관 붕괴사고 이후 휴양 여가시설의 안전성에 대한 우려가 높아지고 있는 가운데, 빈틈없는 안전관리로 이름을 떨치고 있는 리조트가 있어 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 강원도 평창 대관령면에 위치한 '알펜시아 리조트'다. 이곳은 '2018 평창 동계올림픽'을 위해 조성된 곳으로, 올림픽 주요 경기가 열리는 스포츠파크를 비롯해 특1급 호텔, 콘도, 스키장, 워터파크, 골프장 등을 갖추고 있다. 국내를 대표하는 사계절 종합 리조트인 동시에 전세계적으로 우리 스포츠문화의 위상을 알리는 상징적인 장소인 것이다. 평창 동계올림픽의 성공적 개최를 뒷받침하고 리조트 방문객들에게 편안함과 즐거움을 선사하기 위해서는 무엇보다 철저한 안전관리가 바탕이 되어야 한다고 말하는 이곳 '알펜시아 리조트'를 찾아가 봤다.
