The purpose of this study is to examine the impact relation among the visitor satisfaction, it's antecedents and the modification of images of Korea perceived by Chinese and Russian Tourists after their visits to Korea. According to the data analysis, the satisfaction of Russian tourists is higher than that of Chinese tourists within statistical significance. The result produced by structural equation model shows that the satisfaction of Chinese tourists is affected by destination attractiveness, public order, shopping, food and accommodations positively. Especially the public order and shopping of Korea are relative major attributes. In comparison, the satisfaction of Russian tourists is affected by only destination attractiveness, public order and food positively. Then again, the impact relation between overall satisfaction and the modification of images of Korea perceived by tourist visited Korea is affected positively within statistical significance.

Lifts are used as an essential means of transportation within the building in an emergency situation, when used as a means of escape, so expect a lot of research has been conducted high effect. Thirteen types of business and sixteen administrative districts in Korea are categorized and segmented based on their similarities and visually plotted on multidimensional space. The similarities are determined by five characteristics of quantitative evaluation (simplified process of trading, reduced price, direct contact with supplier, faster process of trading, et cetera). Hence, domestic types of business and administrative districts can be categorized into certain clusters. Also, forms and characteristics of types of business and administrative districts can be evaluated between and within the clusters.

최근 인공지능 시대 및 제 4차 산업 혁명 시대의 도래로 제품 간, 제품과 서비스 간, 서비스 간 산업이 다양한 형태로 진화 중이며, 이종기술 산업 간의 융 복합화로 새로운 제3의 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 또한 소위 말하는 O2O(Online to Offline)는 이미 운송, 금융(핀테크), 자동차(카테크), 숙박, 음식, 의료(헬스케어테크) 등 많은 산업 분야에 진출, 기존 전통 산업과 충돌, 인허가에 어려움을 겪고 있으며 이러한 O2O는 IOT(사물인터넷)로 급속도로 가속화 되고 있다. 이렇듯 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 신산업의 탄생은 산업의 경계를 붕괴하고 있음에도 산업별로 구분된 제도, 규제, 지원정책 등은 여전히 신산업 창업의 장애가 되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 국내 벤처특별법, 창업지원법, 1인 창조기업법 내 투자 지원 업종과 미국을 비롯한 해외 창업 관련법 내 창업 지원 제한 업종과의 비교 분석, 몇 가지 중요한 시사점을 도출했다. 먼저, 우리나라가 선진국에 비해 지나치게 투자 제한 업종이 많음을 확인했다. 또한 선진국은 미풍양속을 해치는 업종, 투기적 사업 등 사회통념상 문제가 되는 사행성 업종을 제외하고는 대다수의 업종이 정책 지원 대상이다. 업종과 더불어 투자 행위로 투자 심사를 해 신산업 투자에 매우 탄력적으로 운영할 수 있게 설계되어 있다. 심지어 미국의 경우, 적극적 창업 투자를 위해 업종 및 투자 행위에 대한 심의를 중소기업청이 직접 수행한다. 특히, 우리나라의 중소기업창업투자회사제도는 미국의 중소기업투자회사(SBIC) 제도와 유사한 반면 투자 제한 업종 뿐 아니라 제도 운영 특히, 창업투자회사에 대한 관리 측면에서 매우 큰 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 우리나라 중기청은 간접관리를 하는 반면, 미국은 중기청 내에서 직접 관리를 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 창업 벤처 투자 제한을 미국을 비롯한 기타 외국의 사례에서와 같이 사회통념상 불가피한 업종과 더불어 투자 행위로 정의하길 제안한다.

This paper describes to experiments on the estimation of tourist images in Busan. Preliminary tasks were performed to find out the condition of tourism souvenir and products proper to ocean city with situation in Busan. This survey analyzed by factor analysis taken in local residents, foreigners and other city. Result of factor analysis shows that the local residents and others think of Busan as similar image both. Outsider recognized Busan to tourist attractions of seaside environment and tourist facilities, and have good image of sightseeing and shopping in city. The local people remind Busan as progressive, feels sweet, activity, friendly image beside that foreign tourist remind as clean, modern, abundant, and others think as stable, changing, novelty, friendly. To abstract 8 factors among the images, take out of relevance to condition of tourist and image factors. Important factors for development of tourist industry in Busan are a feeling safe, clean, novelty in priority. And find way that enhancing image to abundant, friendly, activity were proper to tourist industry.

Campus dormitories function as residence halls, which are quarters or entire buildings for residents to conveniently sleep, eat, and study in. And these functions lead us to refer to dormitories as quarters providing residence, food, and an academic atmosphere. Yet, of these functions, the restaurant service acts on dormitory applicants' and their parents' choice of dormitories as strongly as the others do. It is not optional for the residents but compulsory. All residents are required to eat at the restaurants attached to their dormitories. Therefore, when most of the dormitory applicants and their parents look for their favorite dormitories, they won't miss looking into how good the restaurant service is. Considering this tendency, this research, which takes samples of residents as subjects of investigation, aims to survey the service quality of the dormitory restaurants and to find how to enhance the service quality. The result, which is measured and analyzed on the basis of statistical methods, indicates that the responsiveness and empathy to the restaurant service are statistically the significant factors for dormitory applicants and their parents in choosing their favorite dormitories.

This paper aims to investigate the value and resilience of Nogeoldae which was written at the end of Koryo dynasty and has been used as the most important foreign language education materials throughout the 500 years of Chosun dynasty. To this end, 106 volumes of dialogues, 12 of meeting, 17 of lodging, 21 of Daedo bound, 34 of Daedo lives and 11 of return in Nogeoldae are analyzed by an average length of the sentences, an average length of words, type-token ratio, number of words before main verbs and number of words before nouns to identify the progressive degree of the complexity. The result of the analysis shows that Nogeoldae presents a desired progressive complexity found in modern foreign language textbooks.

This study was conducted to suggest new development model for national & public parks by applying fascinating theme to the existing standardized development of those park. For this purpose, YeonIn Mountain Provincial Park was chosen as object of this research, which is located in GaPyeong, Kyonggi Province. The results from analysis of demand for tourism trend and development were as follows. Most of visitors(87%) come from the metropolitan area and their age are between the ages of 20 and 30. And the visitors' preference for accommodation is the independent villa style. For commercial facility, the strong expansion for food and beverage facilities and stores was needed. The future facilities and activities which they want to experience and e are health-recreation facility and ecological experience based on nature. From these results, It might conclude that we have to develop the qualified nature park with various theme focused on experience and recreation, and that we do preserve the environment.

This paper suggests facility planning ideas for recreational fishing complexes suitable for family anglers. Existing recreational fishing parks are only equipped with facilities for angling. There are many needs for recreational fishing complexes in coastal fishing villages that include not only angling facilities but also various marine leisure and sports facilities. In this paper we suggest concepts for recreational fishing complexes and define four types of complexes in terms of facilities planning. These four types of complexes are: 1) suburban leisure sports, 2) suburban healing and relaxation, 3) penturban experience and activities, and 4) penturban culture and recreation. Then we propose facility composition in detail for each type. Also we suggest site selection criteria for the village complex, facility infrastructure planning ideas, and leisure facilities (elementary and specialized) for recreational fishing complexes.

In recent, a rapid growth of the air tourism and leisure industry and the massive amount of investing plan by the national government, the local authorities have drawn new investment of new market entrance companies and increasing investment of current companies which have been diversified their business area. Whereas, few research literature on the asset structure formation which is the base of investment activity has been studied. In this study, we suggest the results of the impact of the asset structure to the managerial outcomes by the analysis of the asset structure of air transport industry, the sea transport industry, and the ground passenger transport industry that have been representing of the air tourism and leisure industry. As results of this study, we suggest the reference point of future invest direction and the way of improving effectiveness of air tourism and leisure industry.
