본 연구에서는 대학도서관 사서의 정보기술 수용행태를 설명할 수 있는 정보기술 수용모형을 검증해 보고 사서가 정보기술을 수용함에 있어서 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여, 도서관에서 정보기술이 성공적으로 활용되는 데 기여하고자 하였다.

전력산업 구조개편이 진행되면서 국내의 수요관리에 대한 정책도 변화하고 있는 실정이다. 수용 가에 계량 및 원격제어를 할 수 있는 시스템이 설치되고 이를 통하여 원격에서 부하를 하단하고 참여하는 수용가에 보상금을 지급하는 방식인 직접부하제어 방식은 부하 관리 자원 이용 가능성의 우의, 성과계량의 용이, 비용 효과 증대 동의 이유로 인하여 최근 많은 각광을 받고 있으며 한국전력, 에너지 관리공단에 의하여 시범적으로 국내에 도입되었다. 또한, 다수의 수용가에 대한 대표성을 가지며 수용가의 부하를 관리하여 직접부하제어를 대 행하는 민간기관인 부하관리 사업자가 국내에 생겨나게 되었다. 부하관리 사업자는 약정을 체결한 다수의 수용가 부하를 자원으로 하여 현재의 수요관리에서 직접부하 관리에 참여 할 수 있으며 향 후 도매경쟁체제에서는 확보한 부하 자원을 이용하여 다양한 방법으로 시장에 참 여할 수 있는 기회를 가지게 된다. 부하관리 사업자를 활성화하기 위해서는 수익을 창출할 수 있는 사업모델이 필요하며 활성화 되면 활용할 수 있는 부하자원의 양이 많아지게 되어 전력시장의 안정화를 위한 역할을 할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 전력회사와 수용가가 실시간으로 상호 협력하면 서 여름철 냉방부하를 효율적으로 관리하여 첨두부하를 저감하기 위한 기법에 대하여 기술한다. 전력회사가 필요 관리량을 수용가 측에 요청하면 부하관리 요청을 받은 수용가, 예를 들면 대규모 아파트 단지의 중앙 지능관리 서버가 자율적인 관리를 통하여 요구받은 관리전력 이내로 부하율을 조정하도록 한다. CIMS는 관리전력량에 따라 냉방기를 가동할 수 있는 권리에 해당하는 적정 수의 토큰(Token)을 발행하고 각 세대내의 냉방기를 제어할 수 있는 다수의 로컬 지능관리 서버들이 각 상황에 따라 냉방기를 가동하기 원할 경우에 전체 관리 서버에게 냉방기를 가동할 수 있는 권리에 해당하는 토큰을 요청하도록 한다. 제안하는 관리 기법을 기초로 서울의 한 아파트단지의 여름철 전력수요 데이터를 예로 하여 예상되는 대기 시간과 지원 받을 수 있는 전력요금 규모를 산정해 보았으며 비교적 적은 수용가의 불편으로 큰 부하관리 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

지하구는 도시의 신경망이라 할 수 있는 통신, 전력, 상수도, 난방, 쓰레기 처리시설 등 도시 운용/관리를 위한 주요시설물을 안전하게 수용하고, 유지 관리하기 위한 시설로 IT기술을 이용하여 수용된 시설을 효과적으로 유지/관리하고, 재난으로부터 안전하게 보호함과 동시에 최소의 비용과 에너지로 수용된 시설물을 유지관리하기 위한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지하구(공동구, 통신구, 전력구)의 운용 및 유지관리와 지하구에서 발생될 수 있는 각종 재난에 대응하기 위한 지하구 운용 및 유지관리에 대해 알아보고, 지하구 내부에 수용된 시설물을 효과적으로 유지관리하고 재난에 신속히 대응하기 위한 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템에 대해 기술 하고자 한다. 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템은 지하구 내부에는 전력, 상수도, 통신, 난방 등 다양한 시설물이 수용되어 있으며, 이러한 시설물의 부식, 고장 등으로부터 보호하기 위해 지하구내부의 환기시스템의 송풍기와 지하수와 기상재해로 인한 지하구 및 수용시설물의 침수를 막기 위한 양수펌프에 대해 실시간 상태모니터링 통해 송풍기 및 펌프의 고장여부를 판단하여 관리자에게 알림으로써 관리자가 신속하게 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다. 송풍기의 제어는 지하의 내부와 외부에 설치된 온/습도 센서를 통해 지하구 내부환경을 최적으로 유지할 수 있도록 함으로써 쾌적한 지하 내부환경 유지하고, 급/배기가 필요할 경우에만 송풍기를 가동함으로써 에너지를 절약 할 수 있으며, 화재, 침수 등에 대한 재난시 환풍기의 급/배기, 정지 등을 신속하게 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 지하구내부에서 발생된 재난을 유/무선을 이용하여 신속하게 지하구 주변의 장치(U-Pole 또는 통합컨트롤러)를 통해 경보를 전파함으로써 주변 시민들이 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템을 검증하기 위해 실제 지하구 및 실험실에 시스템 및 Test Board을 설치하여 운용시험을 실시 하였다.

Since legalization of performance management system in Korea Government, it has been very diffused throughout in Local Governments. So it is needed check about acceptance of performance management system. The aim of this paper is to find application for policy and draw up improving the system after analyzing cause of acceptance of performance management system. In summary, it is empirically proven that fair institution, education program and sympathy among employee are needed. Moreover, improving suitable evaluation system for organizational culture and developing manual for drawing KPI are properly required. Improving acceptance of performance management system, reforming performance management system and continuation of the system are guaranteed by Legal.

u-Park means national parks with environmentally sound information networks and integrated ubiquitous services are available. u-Park is totally managed based on u-IT (Ubiquitous IT Technologies) which provides ubiquitous service through sophisticated resources of national park and establishments. It is necessary in changing the existing park management system into u-IT based u-Park management system that park managers should accept new technology, u-Park management system, and be able to utilize it. The purposes of this research is to analyze managers' acceptance behavior on ubiquitous computing technology. Technology acceptance model (TAM) was introduced to specifies the causal relationships among variables related to managers' technology acceptance behavior. The hypothesized model was tested by surveying 157 managers at 5 national parks in Korea. TAM accounted for 55.2% of the variance in intention to use. The most important finding is that perceived compatibleness was the most influential variable in determining intention to use. This means that u-Park management system should be compatible with manager's task and business style.

In this study, we investigated the influence of smart factory's implementing energy management system on innovation resistance and work performance. We surveyed and analyzed 211 employees of system construction companies in the metropolitan area. In order to increase the introduction performance through diffusion of the energy management system, it is found that it is important to support the organizational-level management strategy to reduce the user's resistance to innovation. In conclusion, this study has implications for positively leading to the efficiency and management performance of the manufacturing process of the manufacturing enterprises, and it is necessary to follow - up studies considering the characteristics of the energy management system and the expansion of the research scope in the future.

This paper investigates potential favor and intention for acceptance of digital home services through the situational inducement. The result shows that digital home services for the interactive TV, security management, family management and geographical image affect users' intention for acceptance. And it shows that favorable attitudes of the interactive TV services increase in the younger generation and internet users, favorable attitudes of the family management services increase in the thirties, and favorable attitudes of the medical management services increase in the ages of the fifties. In addition it shows that relationship between favor and intention for acceptance of digital home services affects affirmatively, which was illustrated in the coefficient value (0.661) of the R-square by the regression analysis.

고부가 서비스용 수용가 통합자원관리 시스템에 관련된 국내외 표준에 대해 조사하였다. 국가 표준은 KSC 부문이 있고, 국제 표준은 주로 IEC가 제정한 것이다. 그밖에 여러 국제 표준화 기구가 있지만 고부가 서비스용 수용가 통합자원관리 시스템 개발에 적용될 수 있는 국제 표준을 찾을 수는 없었다. 그래서 고부가 서비스용 수용가 통합자원관리 시스템을 개발하는 과정에서 필요하다고 생각되는 표준이 국내외 표준으로 제안되는 것이 좋겠다. 제안되는 표준안이 국내외에서 표준으로 채택된다면 다양한 기술 개발안이 연구되며 경쟁함으로써 빚어지는 연구역량의 낭비를 줄이고, 기술의 진보 방향을 우리나라에서 주도함으로써 미래 기술 영역을 선점하는 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
