As we move into the aging society, social efforts to improve the IADL of the elderly are getting bigger. In this study, elderly people were taught using tablet PC - based contents in order to make ATM more convenient. The ATM contents used are the educational contents for the tablet PC developed in the same way as the ATM interface used in the actual bank. After the elderly used the content, they evaluated the usability of the content.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cognitive level of mild cognitive impaired elderly living in the community on participation in activities and social networks as well as leisure and daily life activities. Methods : The elderly people aged 65 years or older living in the community were selected for the mild cognitive impairment with a score of MMSE-K of 15 or more and 23 or less. MoCA-K was applied in order to examine the cognitive abilities of the subjects and K-ACS and LSNS-18 were applied to confirm the activity participation level and social network index. Results : As a result of examining the relationship between cognition and activity participation, various sub-abilities(spatio-temporal abilities, vocabulary abilities, attention, abstract thinking) of cognition had a significant influence on instrumental activities of daily living, leisure activities and social activities. In addition, all of the sub - abilities of cognition showed a significant correlation with sub-elements of social network. Conclusion : Through this study, it was found that the general elements of cognition influenced activity participation and social network of various areas of mild cognitive impaired elderly people. We suggest that measures for enhancing participation and social participation of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment are provided through follow up studies.

The pandemic over the past three years has brought drastic changes in our lives, and those changes are now becoming a natural part of our daily lives. Daily life and economic activities based on online, such as video conferencing, remote classes, telecommuting, and online streaming services, have become daily routines after Corona. And the result of rapid development of communication and graphic technology is the metaverse. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the possibility from the perspective of public design for the correct use of the metaverse space of local governments. To this end, in this study, big data analysis was performed on 'local government', 'public design', and 'metaverse'. As a result of this study, we should actively use metaverse with high topic and potential as a space for local governments' promotion or discussion as a means to restore the reliability of local governments and overcome negative perceptions. In addition, it is necessary to actively reflect public design in order to increase the public reliability of local governments' metaverse.

최근 소프트웨어의 비약적인 발전은 사람들의 일상생활에서부터 복잡한 산업현장까지 점점 더 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 특히, 기업들의 이익과 밀접하게 관련된 생산 산업 현장에서 다양한 보전활동 중에서 예지보전은 설비에 대한 전문적 지식을 요구하기 때문에 기업의 입장에서 전문가 인력을 보유하고 있어야 하는 부담을 가지고 있다. 설비의 보전을 위해 전문가들이 행하던 분석 및 해결의 과정을 컴퓨터를 이용하여 처리하는 전문가시스템은 전문가 인력을 대체할 중요한 수단으로 생각되고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결책으로 설비진단 전문가 인력을 대체할 수 있는 결정트리를 이용한 예지보전 전문가 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

디지털기술의 발달로 무역, 유통, 금융은 물론 일상생활과 기업전반의 사무활동들이 변화되고 있다. 이는 광활한 지역에서 의사소통수단이 전화로만 가능하던 것을 인터넷이 대체해 나감으로써 가시화되는 자료들을 세계 어느 곳에서나, 반복해서, 누구나 접할 수 있게 되는 즉 기본적으로 인간의 의사소통방식이 변화되었기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 이로써 기업들의 경쟁은 실질적인 무국경시대를 맞게 되었고, 치열해진 기업간 경쟁은 범지구화가 되어버렸다. IMF를 기점으로 한국경제는 경제의 주축이던 대기업들의 위상이 무너지게 되었고, 2000년을 들어 오일쇼크 등의 위험이 가중되는 등 그 존립의 위기감은 고조되어가고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 시점에서 기업들은 내수시장에서 국내소비자들의 이탈을 예방하고, 단골고객들의 소비자로서의 가치를 강화해갈 수 있는 방안으로 고객과의 관계를 보다 밀착시키는 관계마케에 보다 심혈을 기울일 때라고 할 수 있겠다.

Children with language developmental disabilities often struggle through their lives from a lot of challenges in everyday life and social activities. They're often easily deprived of the opportunity to engage in social activities, because they find difficulty in understanding or using language, a core means of communication. With regard to this issue, AAC(Augmentative and Alternative Communication) can be an effective communication tool for children who are suffering from language disabilities. In this paper, we propose a deep learning-based AI service to make full use of the pictogram as an AAC tool for children with language developmental disabilities to improve not only the ability to interact with others but the capacity to understand language. Using this service, we strive to help these children to more effectively communicate their intention or desire and enhance the quality of life.

As Korea enters an aging age, social efforts to improve the IADL of the elderly are increasing. In this study, to improve the performance of financial management activities that the elderly is particularly burdened, we aim to learn the elderly through ATM simulation education contents so that they can use ATM smoothly. To this end, interviews were conducted with seniors to derive four major financial activities (deposits, withdrawals, deposit inquiries and bank account arrangements), and developed tablet PC-based ATM education contents identical to the existing bank ATM interfaces. The experiment was conducted on 20 elderly people in the Elderly Day Care Center, and their satisfaction, fatigue and performance were measured before and after education. The results of this study can provide ATM design guidelines for the elderly who have difficulty using ATM.

This study aims to evaluate the availability of ABM (Active-Based Model), FEATHERS, as a policy evaluation tool. To achieve the goal, scenario analysis on flexible working policy was conducted to measure its impact on activity-travel behavior. As a consequence, there seems no significant change in worker's daily life, other than mitigating traffic congestion due to decreasing commuting travel in the rush hour. The result of VKT (vehicle kilometers traveled) shows an opposite pattern according to given household/individual constraints. The scenario analysis on telecommuting indicates a decreasing trend in both travel frequency and distance because of the diminished number of commuting trips. As the activity space of telecommuters is shifted to a residential area, there are more short-distance trips by using non-motorized transport, which leads to decrease in VKT (using a private vehicle). Thus, the sensitivity of VKT by population groups varies due to transport mode shift (between personal and another mode) and growing non-work trips (using a private mode). This study found few things. First, it is necessary to evaluate the details of policy impact by population groups since it can be varied depending on household/individual characteristics. Second, the case study shows a promising performance of ABM as policy measurement that provides reality in policy evaluation. Third, ABM allows us to do more accurate analysis (i.e. time-series analysis by population groups) of policy assessment than those of FSM (Four-Step Model). Lastly, a further effort in data collection, literature review, and expert survey should be made to enhance the accuracy and confidence of future research.

전력은 산업활동의 원동력임과 동시에 국민 일상생활에 없어서는 안될 필수불가결한 2차 에너지다. 특히 깨끗하고 편리한 전력 특성상 국민소득수준향상에 따라 그 선호도는 증가하고 있어, 총 에너지중 전력이 차지하는 비중은 점차 증대될 전망이다. '87년 현재 우리나라의 총 2차 에너지중 전력생산에 투입되는 비중은 25%수준에 이를 것으로 추정되고 있으며, 미국등 선진국의 경우에는 현재 약 50%수준에 이르고 있다. 이와 같은 전력수요증가를 충족시키기 위하여는 지속적으로 대규모 전력설비투자가 이루어져야 한다. 또한, 에너지의 해외의존도도 증가하지 않을수 없게 된다. 따라서, 전력사용의 합리화는 전력분야의 투자 효율성 제고는 물론 국가경제 전체의 효율성 측면에도 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 최근에는 전력설비투자의 경제성을 도모하기 위하여 중요정책수단으로 대두되고 있는 부하관리에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다.

The objective of this study is to explore the way to improve baby boom generation's ICT skills in their daily life. This study explores the effect of leisure activities on ICT skills. The analysis used 2016 Korea Media Panel data. Results show that the more leisure activities baby-boomers participate, the higher ICT skills they could get. The result of 2SLS regression also supports the leisure activities' effect on the improvement of ICT skills. More specifically, watching performing art such as movies, musicals, affects the improvement of the integrated ICT skills, and creative hobbies such as cooking, painting, affect the ability to use video contents and e-commerce; shopping affects the improvement of communication and information searching with a digital device. These findings suggest that leisure activities could improve ICT skills for baby boom generation who are familiar with face to face communication.
