본 연구에서는 노인의 생계급여와 기초연금 수급, 건강상태, 지역사회만족, 우울 간의 구조적 관계분석을 통해 노인의 우울 감소 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석자료는 2017년 노인실태조사 패널데이터 중 노인 본인이 직접 응답한 2,493명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 생계급여와 기초연금 수급은 노인의 건강상태에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 지역사회만족에는 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 우울에는 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 노인의 건강상태는 지역사회만족에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 우울에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 노인의 지역사회만족은 우울에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 노인의 생계급여와 기초연금 수급과 우울사이에서 건강상태, 지역사회만족의 다중매개효과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

일반적으로 국내 기업의 매출액 대비 물류비 비율은 미국, 일본 등 선진국에 비해 높기 때문에 여전히 물류관리 수준 향상을 위한 많은 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 그러나 우리나라는 물류관리 수준 향상을 위해서 가장 중요한 요소인 해운항만물류인력이 부족한 상황이며 수급현황을 살펴볼 때 더욱 부족해질 전망이다. 그래서 정부는 2005년부터 '해운항만물류전문인력 양성사업'을 시행하고 있는 상황이며, 인력양성의 주축인 대학 역시 관련 학과를 개설하며 해운항만물류인력의 부족 현상은 점차 완화될 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 상황에서 해운항만물류인력 양성의 구조적 측면을 살펴봄으로써 지금까지의 양성 현황에 대해 살펴보고 앞으로의 양성 방향에 관해 연구해 볼 필요성에 따라 본 연구를 진행하였다.

국내에서는 전력산업의 구조개편이 한창 진행중에 있다. 과거에는 하나의 전력회사가 발전, 송전, 배전을 함께 운영하면서 소비자에게 전력을 공급하였다. 하지만 매년 전력사용량의 급격한 증가와 전력산업이 규모의 경제이론에서 점차 벗어남에 따라 구조개편에 대한 요구가 일어나기 시작하였다. 발전부문에서 경쟁이 도입되어지며 배전부문도 지역적으로 분할되어져 과거의 전력회사는 송전부문만을 담당하게 될 것이다. 여기에 풀(pool)시장이 생겨 전력의 수급을 담당하는 전력계통의 '운영기능'과 전력을 사고 파는 전력의 '시장 기능'을 함께 담당하게 될 것이다. 특히 전력사용량의 급격한 증가로 인해 머지않은 미래에 전력의 수급에 문제가 생길 것이 예측된다. 이러한 이유로 구조개편 이후에는 발전이나 송전부문에서의 변화보다 배전에서의 변화가 두드러질 것으로 보인다. 구조개편 후 지역적으로 나누어진 배전사업자들은 그들의 이익을 최대화하기 위해 여러 가지 부하삭감을 위한 수요관리 프로그램을 시행할 것이다. 이것은 발전량의 조절만으로 정제급전을 실시한 과거와는 달리 부하량의 감소가 함께 사용됨으로 보다 나은 편익을 발생시킬 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 고효율 전통기를 사용한 부하삭감으로 전력의 생산자 뿐만 아니라 소비자에게도 편익이 발생하여 사회적 후생을 증가시킬 수 있다는 것을 고효율 전동기 수요관리 프로그램에 참여하는 참여자의 비용과 편익을 분석함으로서 나타내었다.

우리의 대학 교육도 이제는 글로벌 인력의 전문화·다양화를 확대, 추진하고 국가 인력수급 계획에 맞춰 정원을 대폭 축소해야 할 것으로 생각한다. 또한 정부는 국·공립, 사립대학간의 적절한 역할 분담을 할 수 있도록 조정 역할을 하여야 할 것이다.

The public construction industry in Korea involves a variety of stakeholders, encompassing multiple layers of contractual relationships that crisscross between the State as project client and the contractors, as well as subcontractors. In such a hierarchical landscape, managerial crises of contractors involving bankruptcy or insolvency can result in unexpected damages for both clients and subcontractors. Accordingly, the applicable legal framework requires project clients to act as patrons in relation to making payments to subcontractors, and stipulates provisions pertaining to direct payments to subcontractors in order to promote the balanced development of the national economy in terms of the public interest by protecting small and medium-sized businesses working as subcontractors for large businesses. However, the relevant legal documents provide for different payment criteria and procedures from document to document, and leave room for variations in the interpretation and construction of applicable provisions, which leads to disputes and discrepancies in court rulings. For this reason, it is necessary not only to compare and analyze statutory provisions pertaining to direct payment to subcontractors, but also to review issues of contention in actual cases. This study aims to analyze issues in cases involving payment to subcontractors from the perspective of the project client overseeing and supervising the construction business. The conclusions from such an analysis will help to effectively resolve subsequent cases of a similar nature by suggesting a strategy to improve the relevant statutory provisions pertaining to direct payment to subcontractors.

Korea has been one of the top ranked countries in the per capita and total consumption of Cu, Zn, Pb, and Ni since economic development based on manufacturing industries. The current instability of mineral demand and supply in Korea is likely to continue or exacerbate in accordance with economic growth in developing countries such as BRICs. Korea needs to increase the self-development portion of strategic mineral resources including Cu, Zn, Pb, and Ni. Our analysis of mineral demand and supply data predicts a long-run instability of supply and demand for main minerals used in the Korean manufacturing industries, and suggests a long range government policy for stable supply of core mineral resources.

The most important thing in digital transformation is SW technology. However, many companies are having difficulty securing SW technology and manpower. In particular, it is reported that the shortage of SW manpower will increase further. The government is carrying out manpower training policies and many support projects to resolve SW manpower supply and demand policies, but accurate predictions of demand and supply of the software industry are essential for these policies to be effectively established. Therefore, this study developed a simulation using a system dynamics methodology that can perform dynamic structural analysis to resolve the supply and demand imbalance in the software industry. System dynamics is appropriate to find the cause and policy alternatives from a dynamic perspective on the imbalance in manpower supply and demand in the software industry. In detail, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) methodology was used to develop a prediction model for manpower demand and supply in the software industry, and scenario analysis was performed to derive policy implications.

The purpose of this study is to examine the life of single aged women receiving minimum living expenses. In order to accomplish desired result, I focus on social exclusion and Resisting women agent. So it provides them practical implication. This study approach life history study of qualitative study. Date were collected from four single aged women. Raw date were analyzed by Mendelbaum analysis frame offering dimension, turnings and adaptation. In research findings, their life was 'Begining of wandering' in childhood and then 'Floating life' since their marriage. After breaking up their husbands, They intend to do 'Existential life'. According to these results, I suggest the necessity of strengthening their own ability and taking the life of human nature.

OES survey as the national official statistics aims to provide the basic data for the national labor market policy and research such as the basic statistics for human resource supply policy, the prediction of employment by occupations, the decision of occupation, the occupational training and the finding jobs et al., at the levels of industrial and occupational classifications(3-digit). In order to achieve this objective, we analyze the OES data in 2005 and 2006 and propose the new sampling design using the long form data in Korea (10% sample data of census 2005). In this paper, we provide the criterion of sample allocation and derive the formular for estimator and error of it including the weighting procedure. From the proposed sampling design, we would expect that it contributes to the supply policy of human resource and the research for labor market.
