A Text Mining Analysis of Attributes for Satisfaction and Effect of Consumer Ratings to Korea and China Duty Free Stores - Focusing on Chinese Tourists - (텍스트 마이닝을 통한 한국과 중국 시내면세점 만족 속성과 소비자 평점에 미치는 영향 분석 -중국인 관광객을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to find new attributes by analyzing Korea and China duty free store online reviews and examine the influence of these attributes on star ratings(satisfaction)of duty free store. For study, we used Dazhong Dianping that largest online review site in China. Using R, we analyzed 5,659 reviews of Korea duty free store and 4,051 reviews of China duty free store. According to the analysis, Sale, Food and Membership attributes had a positive effect on star rating of Korea duty free store. Sale, Product, Airport, Food and Membership had a positive effect on star rating of China duty free store. This study has identified new factors such as food that showed the importance of providing space of restaurants while shopping at duty free store. This study has contributed to the existing literature by finding new attribute such as food. Practically, this finding will help to duty free industry workers better understand the impact of providing space of restaurants on duty free store.

A Study on Revitalization of Dental Medical Tourism in Korea

  • Medical tourism refers to visiting overseas to receive medical services and tourism at the same time. In other words, it can be said that it is a tourism activity that combines medical service, various cultural activities, leisure, and shopping. As such, medical tourism is not limited to simple medical services, but is a new high-value-added industry that creates new profits by fusion with tourism services. Many countries are making continuous efforts to foster their own tourism industry by attracting foreign tourists. Therefore, in order to secure competitiveness in dental services among the medical tourism industry in Korea, this study was to examine the relationship between dentist's treatment, hospital facilities, dental staff, and patient satisfaction. As a result, it was found that the dentist's treatment had a positive effect on both the staff of the dental facility in the hospital and the satisfaction of the patient.

The Effects of Chinese Tourists' Perceived Experiential Value on Product and Store Satisfaction (중국 관광객의 지각된 쇼핑 경험 가치가 제품 및 점포 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The influence of tourists on the retail market in Korea continues to grow, and China has become the largest outbound-spending nation in the world. Korea's retail industry must comprehend the sophisticated consumption behavior of Chinese tourists. Hence, we explored how the experiential value of shopping in Korea affected Chinese tourists' satisfaction levels regarding stores and products. Findings from this study suggest entertainment and escapism mediate the effect of experiential value on consumer attitudes toward products and stores. This research was conducted with Chinese female tourists who shopped in Korea during their latest visit to this country. CFA and SEM were implemented using AMOS 20.0. The analysis of survey data produced interesting results. Visual appeal, crowding, and service excellence had positive impacts on entertainment, and they had a positive influence on both store satisfaction and product satisfaction. Regarding escapism, crowding and economic benefits had positive impacts, whereas visual appeal and service excellence had no effects. Results showed that escapism had a negative influence on attitudes toward both products and stores. To be clear, escapism refers to the status of absorption by which consumers are highly occupied with pleasant feelings, therefore, shopping when the motive of escapism is high is likely to be less rational and more impulsive. In this study, the diverse roles of different emotions associated with entertainment and escapism in the context of tourism shopping were identified. The findings provide practical implications for developing retail strategies and highlight the importance of the experiential values of shopping for tourists.

  • Exchange of data between users and system is made by users' inputting their information into HTML input forms like when signing up in websites or buying in online shopping malls. If users make a mistake of inputting their information, the system gives an error message in order for users to correct their mistakes. Although ISO recommends immediate feedback, Bargas et al. gave a report that feedback in all after filling forms out is more usable than feedback one by one when inputting data online. We made a comparative experiment on usability under each case of feedback one by one and feedback in all. The result is immediate feedback is more usable and satisfactory. The analysis of data resulted that immediate feedback produced fewer error and gets higher subjective ratings.

Evaluation of VMD Sensibility according to Purchasing Psychological Steps and Weights (구매심리의 단계와 가중치에 따른 VMD 감성평가 -의류브랜드를 중심으로-)

  • To improve VMD technology and suggest the comprehensive evaluation method for VMD, this study investigated and compared two methods of VMD evaluations; expert evaluation and questionnaire to consumers. We analyzed VMD factors of 4 stores with the same brand according to purchasing psychological steps of consumers at the purchasing point. The results are following: Customer Attraction and Purchase Stimulus by VMD showed higher scores in road shop than in department stores, while Put-on Imagination and Comparison Process by VMD showed higher scores in department stores than road shop. Visual Satisfaction and Shop Visit Satisfaction increased the purchasing desire of consumers. High-scored VMD shop evaluated by expert had high score in product purchasing intention of consumers. We found out that questionnaire method to consumers or their response is needed for evaluate VMD of shop in terms of analyze possibility of the related to their purchasing intention.

  • Recently, the web sites, such as e-business sites and shopping mall sites, deal with lots of catalog image information and contents. As a result, it is required to support semantic-based image retrieval efficiently on such image data. This paper presents a semantic-based image retrieval system, which adopts XML and Fuzzy technology. To support semantic-based retrieval on product catalog images containing multiple objects, we use a multi-level metadata structure which represents the product information and semantics of image data. To enable semantic-based retrieval on such image data, we design a XML database for storing the proposed metadata and study how to apply fuzzy data. This paper proposes a system, generate the fuzzy data automatically to use the image metadata, that can support semantic-based image retrieval by utilizing the generating fuzzy data. Therefore, it will contribute in improving the retrieval correctness and the user's satisfaction on semantic-based e-catalog image retrieval.

  • 소비자의 기호가 다양화되면서 다품종 소량생산에 따른 대량 맞춤화에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 1990년대 후반부터 급격히 확산되고 있는 인터넷의 발달 및 디지털 기기의 확산에 따라 인터넷을 기반으로 한 전자상거래 환경에서의 대량 맞춤화 프로세스는 최근 의류 분야에서 주요한 경향으로 받아들여지고 있다. 대량 맞춤화 의류 제품의 수요는 인터넷 등 IT 기술의 발달과 맞물려 최근 개인의 특성과 취향을 고려한 인터넷 맞춤서비스를 기반으로 증가추세에 있으며, CAD 등의 테크놀러지의 활용을 통하여 디자인, 패턴제작, 재단 등의 자동 시스템을 도입함으로써 그 영역을 확장하고 있다. 이에 발맞추어 국내에서는 '디지털 패션 시스템'을 통해 3차원 바디 스캔, 3차원 컴퓨터 그래픽스, 3차원 Simulation, DID, DTP, 맞춤주문형 제품의 대량 생산기술 등의 단위 기술이 기업단위로 활용되는 등 가상현실을 이용한 3차원 가상쇼핑 등을 포함하는 기술로서 차세대 섬유패션 산업의 창출에 기여하고 있다. 그 중, 디지털 텍스타일 프린팅은 디자인에서부터 날염까지 전체 공정을 컴퓨터로 처리하여 기존의 복잡한 날염 공정을 단축하여 다품종 소량생산이 가능한 날염 방식으로, 대량 맞춤형 프로세스를 지원하며, 프로슈머(prosumer)로서의 소비자가 직접 참여하여 그들의 욕구를 최대화 할 수 있는 소비자 만족을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 대량 맞춤화 프로세스 중 하나의 단계로 소비자의 수요 반영하는 요소로 작용하고 있다. 즉, 디지털 패션 시스템에서의 디지털 텍스타일 프린팅은 대량 맞춤형 의류 제품에 있어 소비자 만족도와 직결되는 요인으로 분석된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 디지털 패션 시스템 기반의 대량맞춤형 섬유제품 및 디지털 텍스타일 프린팅 적용 섬유제품에 대한 기초 평가 문항을 제시하고, 소비자 태도를 분석하여 제시하였다. 또한, 분석된 기초 소비자 태도를 반영하여, 디지털 패션 시스템 기반의 디지털 텍스타일 프린팅(Digital Textile Printing) 의류 제품의 선호도, 인지도, 수요도 및 구입의향을 분석하여 최종적으로 디지털 패션 시스템에 적용된 디지털 텍스타일 프린팅 의류 제품의 수요 경향을 제시하였다.

정책정보 - 한국 식품의 대중국 수출 확대방안_중국인의 한국식품에 대한 인식조사를 바탕으로

  • 중국 중산층의 확대로 중국 식품시장이 큰 폭의 성장세를 지속하고 있다. 특히 새로운 맛과 안전한 먹거리에 대한 국민적 관심이 높아지면서 최근 5년간 중국의 농수산 식품 수입 증가율은 22.8%로 동 기간 전제 수입증가율 15.8%를 상회했다. 세부 식품별로는 어류, 육류, 과일류 등 미가공식품들의 수입 비중이 여전히 높지만, 근년들어 제과제빵류, 낙농품, 알콜 및 음료 등 가공식품 중심으로 수입이 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 중국내 도시화와 서구화된 식습관이 확산되면서 중국인들이 과거 미가공식품 중심에서 가공식품중심으로 식품소비가 바뀌고 있음을 알 수 있다. 중국인들은 한국 식품에 대해 전반적으로 만족하고 있으며 특히 경쟁국 식품과 비교할 때 품질과 맛, 디자인 강점이라고 인식하고 있는 것으로 설문조사 결과 나타났다. 가격 조건에 대해서는 바이어가 개인구매자 보다 덜 민감한 한펀 한국식품의 맛에 대해서는 젊은층이 장년층 보다 만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 특히 한국의 육류/해산물(가공품 포함), 건강식품, 제과제빵류, 소스류(장류)는 향후 중국에서 인가를 얻을 것이라는 응답이 높게 나타났다. 실제로 작년 중국의 대한국 수입 통계를 보면 어류 당류 등 미가공식품의 비중이 여전히 높지만, 최근 5년간 제과제빵류 채소/과일조제품, 알콜/음료 등 가공식품의 수입이 빠르게 늘고 있는 추세이다. 향후대중국 식품수출 확대를 위해서 중국인들의 식습관 변화를 면밀히 모니터링함으로써 새로운 가공식품과 고급식품에 대한 수요를 파악, 상품화하는데 보다 주력해야 한다. 한류 영향으로 된장, 고추장 등 한국 전통 장류에 대한 중국인들의 관심과 기대가 높은 만큼 현지 마트 등을 중심으로 장류를 이용한 한식 요리교실 개최 등 한식을 알리기 위해 보다 적극적인 마케팅 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 또한 방한 중국인 관광객들이 귀국 후에 온라인 쇼핑몰을 통해 한식 식자재를 구매할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것도 효과적일 것이다. 마지막으로 평소 철저한 품질관리를 통해 구제역 등의 질병을 사전에 예방하는 노력이 무엇보다도 중요하다.

Comparing Factors Influencing Fashion Shopping Service Satisfaction of Plus-size and Regular-size Women (플러스사이즈 여성과 일반여성의 패션쇼핑 서비스 만족도 영향요인 비교)

  • This study analyzes the mechanism that explains how various service quality factors are related to consumer satisfaction when plus-size and regular-size women are engaged in fashion shopping. We constructed and tested service quality- perceived value-satisfaction model with size as a control variable. We defined plus-size women as those with a BMI over 25 and regular-size women below 25. Data were collected during April and May, 2012 and responses from 189 plus-size women and 246 regular-size women were used in the final analysis. The results are as follows. First, among service quality factors, attention was significantly related to perceived service value for both plus-size women and regular-size women. However, store facilities were significantly related to perceived service value for only plus-size women and kindness was significantly related to perceived service value only in the case of regular-size women. Second, perceived service value was significantly related to product satisfaction and service satisfaction for plus-size women and regular- size women. However a moderating effect was found between the groups where the influences of perceived service value on product satisfaction and service satisfaction in the case of plus-size women were greater than regular-size women. Third, in the case of regular-size women, service satisfaction was positively affected by product satisfaction. However, the relationship between them was not found in the case of plus-size women.

Development of e-Commerce System Based on Social Network Service (SNS 기반 e커머스 시스템 개발)

  • Fundamental problems of e-commerce are exaggerated advertising of products, lack of trust in products or suppliers, and false reviews. As a solution, I have merged the concept of trust service embedded in social network service(SNS) with commercial domain to develop a new type of service called "Reliable SNS Commerce Service". The contents developed in this paper are as follows: first, online community functions for users to provide services; second, commerce functions; and third, functions for linking SNS and commerce. Through the reliability information presented in this paper, the seller provides more reliable and objective purchase information to the buyer about the sales items, thereby contributing to the sales by increasing the probability of the actual purchase. The buyer can purchase the higher-quality products with confidence. The service providers can gain the reputation as a reliable site for purchasing members. In conclusion, this paper provides a positive effect to all the participants, which will contribute to the development of a new commerce market and activation of electronic commerce.
