Surface passivation study of a-Si:H/c-Si heterojunction solar cells using VHF-CVD (VHF-CVD를 이용한 a-Si:H/c-Si 이종접합태양전지 표면 패시배이션 연구)

  • In amorphous silicon and crystalline silicon(a-Si:H/c-Si) heterojuction solar cells, intrinsic hydrogenated amorphous silicon(a-Si:H) films play an important role to passivate the crystalline silicon wafer surfaces. We have studied the correlation between the surface passivation quality and nature of the Si-H bonding at the a-Si:H/c-Si interface. The samples were obtained by VHF-CVD under different deposition conditions. The passivation quality and analysis of all structures studied was performed by means of quasi steady state photoconductance(QSSPC) methods and fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) measurements respectively.

  • This paper presents the performance evaluation of PV systems installed at Tibet area of China in order to identity the key factors that determines system operation at a severe climate conditions and promote the cooperation of PV technology between Korea and China. The installed systems consist of 100kW on-grid connected PV systems, BOS(balance of systems), data acquisition and transmission equipments. The Korea side supplied the solar cell, BOS like as inverter, control box and monitoring system. And the Chinese side assembled solar module, constructed site and built control house. It has been shown that the average radiation per monthly from Tibet is 1.5 times larger than that from Mokpo. Also, radiation time from Tibet is 2hour higher than that from Korea. The economical analysis has shown that with the current prices, investment in a grid connected PV systems is generally profitable

  • Eczema herpeticum is a widespread Herpes simplex virus(HSV) infection, which usually develops in patients with atopic dermatitis, because prutitis in patients with atopic dermatits leads them to scratch their bodies, it cause the dissemination of Herpes simplex virus. This study carried out to observe the progress of Eczema herpeticum and find effective remedy. The pastient was taken Herb-medicine with acupunture, cupping theraphy, aroma theraphy, and etc. After the treatment the grade of VAS was decressed and clinical symptoms were gradually disappeared. Those results suggest that herbal treatment was effective to Eczema herpeticum.

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to know the satisfaction of Miso Facial Acupuncture on thirty-one case. Method : Thirty-one patients(more than third treatment) answer the question, It include age, sex, purpose, the number of treatment time, degree of satisfaction, so on. And I study satisfaction of ages, treatment time, treatment purpose. Results and conclusion : Among the thirty-one patients, 83.37% satisfacted the treatment result. and They will admonish the other peaple to treat Miso Facial Acupuncture. Miso Facial Acupuncture is includuced of one of as an effective therapy to the for skin disease such as freckles, acness, facial palsy and facial dissymmetry.

  • For the reliability analysis of Sin/Hip silicon nitride, such as Weibull modulus m, scale parameter $\sigma$0, and Batdorf crack density coefficient kB were obtained by 4-point MOR test. And its theoretical failure probabilities under arbitrary stress state were predicted using finite element analysis and KARA II reliability analysis program, which was programmed for both surface adn volume flaws. For the verification of this theoretical results, the experimental failure probabilities were measured using ring-to-ring tests at room temperature as well as 4-point MOR tests at 100$0^{\circ}C$, and were compared with theoretical failure probabilities.

  • Thin films of undoped and Ga-doped zinc oxide have been prepared by rf sputtering. The films deposited on substrates, which have a columnar structure with the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface, consist of very small crystal grains (500-1000 ${\AA}$). Considering doping effects, the electrical resistivity of Ga-doped films decreased by an order of $10^3$ compared to undoped films and the optical transmission was above 80% in the visible range and the optical band gap widened as the Ga content increased.

  • Using pyrosol method, based on the pyrolysis of an aerosol produced by ultrasonic spraying, the deposition of transparent conducting oxides (TCO) such as $In_2O_3$ : Sn, $SnO_2$ : Sb and $SnO_2$ : F on glass substrates was studied. The electrical, optical and structural properties as functions of substrate temperature, dopant concentration, substrate type and carrier gas type were investigated.

  • This review article gives a comprehensive compilation of recent developments in low temperature deposited poly Si flms, also known as microcrystalline silicon. The development of various ion energy suppression techniques for plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition and ionless depositions such as HWCVD and expanding thermal plasma, and their effect on the material and solar cell efficiencies are described. A correlation between ef.ciency and the two most important process parameters, i.e., growth rate and process temperature is carried out. Finally, the application of these poly Si cells in multijunction cell structures and the best efficiencies worldwide by various deposition techniques are discussed.

  • In this paper, a new Maximum Power Point Tractor (MPPT) using Fuzzy Controller is proposed to improve energy convention efficiency. Temperature compensation effect means the photovoltaic voltage is change in condition irradiation, temperature and etc. Fuzzy algorithm is applied to control Boost MPPT converter by Temperature compensation effect. Temperature compensation range is $-40\sim+100^{\circ}C$.
