  • 4차 산업혁명에서 핵심은 지능정보기술이다. 데이터를 처리하고 활용하며 새로운 유형의 정보를 생성하여 보유하여야만 급변하는 정보사회를 선도할 수 있다. 이제는 자급자족식의 데이터 수집에서 벗어나, 개방형 혁신환경을 조성하여 외부의 기술, 지식, 아이디어 등을 수용하여야 한다. 내 외부의 유연한 관계형성과 소통창구를 마련하여 유기적인 협의체를 구성하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위하여 인천국제공항공사에서는 개방형 혁신 플랫폼 기반의 연구관리지원시스템을 구축하였다. 스타트업 플랫폼, R&D 협업지원, 연구관리지원 등 세 가지 요소로 구성된 본 시스템을 통해 기업의 사회적 책임 완수와 일자리 창출에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 프로세스 정립을 통한 연구 관리로 표준화된 연구과제관리 플랫폼을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 인천공항은 미래를 준비하는 공항 R&D 추진 체계 구축을 완료함으로써 일류 혁신 기업의 기반을 조성하였다.

  • 사람들의 우주에 대한 관심이 커지면서 전국 각지에 천문 관측 시설을 갖춘 기관의 수가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 천문 교육은 밤하늘의 천체를 육안으로 관측하는 데에 초점을 맞추고 있어 최신 천문우주 분야의 내용을 공유하는 데에 한계가 있다. 과학동아천문대는 서울의 용산전자상가에 위치한 사설 천문대로서 2013년에 개관한 이래로 도심 속에서 밤하늘을 만날 수 있는 공간으로서 역할을 하고 있다. 우리는 그동안 쌓은 커뮤니티와 자사의 네트워크를 기반으로 천문대가 현재와 같이 단순히 별을 보는 장소에 그치지 않고 천문우주문화를 확산하는 플랫폼이 되도록 변화 시키려고 한다. 이를 통하여 천문우주에 관심 있는 사람들은 더 쉽게 최신 소식을 접하고, 연구자들은 자신의 연구를 수시로 알릴 수 있는 소통의 장을 마련하려고 한다. 이번 발표를 통해 동아사이언스 미래세대 C 플랫폼 본부와 함께하는 과학동아천문대의 새로운 비전을 외부에 처음으로 소개하며 관계자들의 관심과 참여를 요청드린다.

Research on the Influence of Interaction, Identification and Recommendation of Entertainment Communication Platform (커뮤니케이션 플랫폼의 상호작용이 동일시와 추천 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Under the long-term influence of COVID-19, offline activities were interrupted and online communication became the main way. With the rapid development of Korean Wave and network information technology, there have been many entertainment communication platforms. Fans can communicate with stars and other fans and share information through entertainment and communication platforms. This can improve users' perception of the value of entertainment communication platforms, arouse emotional resonance and have a positive impact on users' platform recommendation intention. In this study, the influence of user interaction, identity and recommendation intention of entertainment communication platforms was investigated by questionnaire. The results are as follows: First, the interaction between fans and content has a positive effect on psychological and behavioral identity. Second, the interaction between fans does not affect their psychological and behavioral identity. Third, the interaction between fans and stars has a positive impact on psychological identity and behavior identity. Fourth, psychological identity and behavioral identity have a positive impact on community members' willingness to recommend. Behavioral identity plays a partial mediating role between psychological identity and recommendation intention. Based on the above analysis results, the present situation, limitations and future research directions of this study are put forward.

  • 최근 사회구조의 복잡화, 산업구조의 다변화, 기후변화 등에 의해 자연재해 및 산업재해, 도시재난이 급증하고, 그 규모 또한 대형화하고 있다. 이로 인해 에너지, 통신, 교통, 금융 등 공공 인프라의 피해가 급증하면서 작은 재해도 큰 재난으로 변하는 예가 늘어나고 있다. 한편 현대사회에 대한 IT의 관여도가 급속도로 늘어나면서 IT 서비스의 궁극적인 형태이자, 모든 산업을 수용하는 개념의 플랫폼(Platform)이 IT를 넘어서 글로벌 사회의 절대적 지배자로 등장했다. 또한 전 세계 유저들의 관점에서 보면 개개인들이 손에 든 스마트폰이 생활의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 소통, 정보, 쇼핑, 제보, 오락 등 모든 활동의 수단으로 절대적 가치를 창출하고 있다. 이는 스마트폰이 가진 스마트 데이터 생산 및 공유 기능에서 비롯된다. 이처럼 스마트 데이터를 기반으로 한 IT플랫폼이 중요한 위치를 점하지만, 아직 재난관리 분야에서 이를 본격적으로 도입, 활용하지 못하고 있다는 점은 큰 문제이다. 국내의 사정을 보면 다행히 벤처기업들을 중심으로 이 같은 플랫폼 구축 움직임이 시작되었으며, 여기에 활용될 데이터 자원을 창출할 수 있는 솔루션 및 특허기술들 역시 속속 등장하고 있다. 시민들이 재난현장을 스마트폰으로 실시간 공유하면 이 스마트 데이터들이 이미지 및 음향정보, 위치기반(GPS)정보, 시각정보, 3D정보, 빅데이터 정보, 센서정보 등으로 분류되어 플랫폼 안에서 인공지능(AI) 딥러닝 방식에 의해 분석되고, 이를 즉시 재난당국 및 시민들에게 재난긴급문자 등 자동으로 경보로 전해주는 것이 이 플랫폼의 핵심 기능이다. 몇몇 벤처기업이 보유한 특허기술을 기반으로 공공자본이 투입되어 이러한 플랫폼이 구축될 경우 국내 재난관리 수준의 획기적 발전은 물론 전 세계를 시장으로 한 플랫폼 수출 또는 글로벌 재난정보 수집능력에서도 엄청난 힘을 발휘할 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Characteristic of Interaction Model for Implementation of Richmedia Contents (리치미디어 컨텐츠 구현에 있어 상호작용 모델)

  • The web as a sign synthesis text has become a kernel for incorporeal knowledge as well as a communication model through the ubiquitous environment all over the world. The evaluation of the communication model, which is essential for the information structure, acts as an important basis on determining the quality of the web contents. In this study, the development of the progress of the communication of semantic meaning in the construction of the information structure was analyzed in views of the form, the function, and the emotional effect of the rich media contents of the web. The transformation process from the initial access elements through the final selection elements was suggested as the communication model and the effects of the function of the information in the web on the process was assessed by the engineering and linguistic models of Shannon, Weaver, and Roman Jakobson. The results of this study showed that the environments such as the speed, the memory space, data compression technique, and data filtering have influences on the web contents expression and the evaluation of the communication model in connection with the environments is the basis in the information structure.

  • This study aims to conduct the classification of Government as a Platform (GaaP) in a situation where the concept of GaaP can be diversely recognized. This is because inclusiveness and ambiguity in the concept of GaaP can hinder policy enforcement by working-level officials in the public sector. It drew the criteria for classification for GaaP based on literature and cases for GaaP. In the technical aspect, considering data as an overarching factor, the integrated system platform integrating the information system or websites of the public sector and the data platform as a single portal for open data to external stakeholders were sorted. In the governance aspect considering stakeholder as an overarching factor, the communication platform utilized for interaction between public and private sectors and the co-creation platform that encourages public-private partnership to create innovative outcomes were sorted. It suggested an actual implementation case and the policy implication according to each type of GaaP. Additionally, according to the classification of GaaP, it conducted contents analysis as to which type of GaaP the domestic Digital Platform Government belongs to based on its detailed assignment. Based on the classification of GaaP, it drew balanced implementation for various types of GaaP, plan for promoting the participation and collaboration of stakeholders, and necessity of restructuring and reinventing of the public sector as policy implications for the domestic digital platform government.

  • The companies have employed SNS for marketing, promotion, and customer relationship management. The SNS is a good tool to collect customers' opinions and to collaborate with internal and external employees, however, the function of SNS are limited in implementing a co-creation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to suggest a SNS platform for co-creation that creates a corporate's values with customers. For this purpose, the limitations of SNS are defined and the new platform of the SNS is suggested. The proposed platform has 3 modules including integration of applications, cloud services, and integration to applications operated by companies. With a scenario method the suggested platform was validated. This is one of pioneer studies in co-creation.

  • South Korea's advertising market in 2012, growing at a standard 10 trillion, but most advertising is in the form of one-way communication by advertisers. In this paper, at the time they are attracting the interest of consumers, more recent placement by Facebook or Youtube propose an advertising platform using the Kinect motion-sensitive controller that can communicate with consumers. In the proposed platform, by the simple enjoyment of the game accept ads without resistance, and can deliver content more effectively than advertising indirectly passing. Had occurred in the existing Windows forms drawing problem was solved by using the XNA game engine using the Facebook API was designed so that it can be integrated with SNS.The scored elements to attract the interest of the users with the introduction of the ranking system and the user's face image to extract added to the story line, and increased immersive.

  • Along with the development of computer graphics, real-time rendering, motion capture, and artificial intelligence technology, virtual being that enables two-way communication has emerged in the content industry. Although the commercialization of technologies and platforms is creating a two-way communication virtual being, there is a lack of analysis of what characteristics this virtual being has and how it can be used in each field. Therefore, through technical background survey and case study for the production of virtual being, the two-way communication virtual being is analyzed on the characteristics necessary for emotional exchange. The characteristics needed for emotional exchange were divided into interaction, individuality, and autonomy, and this characteristic is classified as the focus and how two-way communication virtual being will be used in the content field. This study is expected to provide significant implications for the research of content production and utilization using virtual being as a basic study of virtual being, which analyzes the technical background and characteristics for two-way communication required for virtual being production.

Effective Mentoring Platform Alternative to lead a Successful Startup: In the Center of Hanbat Innopolis Campus Program (성공창업 실현 지원을 위한 효과적인 멘토링 플랫폼 구축방안: 한밭대 이노폴리스캠퍼스 육성사업을 중심으로)

  • Mentoring program for startup is recognized as one of the most preferred alternative of helping would-be entrepreneur. In recent, this concessions leads the skyrocketed increase of mentoring program. However, lots of doubt falls on the effects of mentoring for startup. This paper is presenting Hanbat Innopolis program, which is evaluated the best practice case of mentoring ending up with seed investment for the last 5 years, including overview, structure, organization, and process. This program suggest the core elements of platform as fully involved mentor group joining with coach, functional experts in contingency, and operation group. It also require more problem solving based system approach as to operation, more qualified coach and problem solving process in mentoring system as to structure, delivering missions of defining problem of startup, setting milestones for its solution, and benchmarks in each phase as to process. This paper deliver the best practice case getting through the full process of Hanbat Innopolis Campus program, recognized ad the prototype of best mentoring program and on step forward, suggest the future direction of the effective mentoring program.
