남북통일은 국가 경제활동의 기반을 질적으로 변화시킴으로써 새로운 성장의 기회를 창출할 것으로 보인다. 특히 국내 경제는 인프라 확충, 산업생산 기반 정비, 생산재 수요 증가, 소비재 및 서비스 수요 증가로 이어지며 다양한 산업에 새로운 성장의 계기를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 여기서는 현대경제연구원의 '통일 한국의 12대 유망 산업' 보고서를 통해 통일 이후 경제활동 기반의 변화, 산업발전 경로, 성장이 기대되는 주요 산업 등에 대해 살펴본다.

The purpose of this research is to provide the indication on policy for the SME that are going through the Growing Pains by analyzing the cause of the Growing Pains and the effect that it causes to the company performance. By measured the extent of the growing pains in entrepreneurial companies, 8 of the 20 companies surveyed companies indicate that some very significant problems exist within the organization and the other 12 companies indicate some organizational problems require attention. As a result of correlation between company performance and Growing Pains that analyzed by using CAGR(Compound Annual Growth Rate), we have arrived at the conclusion that they are oppositely related. We have conducted the regression coefficient in order to analyze the factors that are affecting the Growing Pains and we have discovered that Leadership and work performance capability of CEO, Company's structure capability and Company's cultural strength have a meaningful relation out of 7 Factors that were used for regression coefficient. Only, CEO's work performance is analyzed to worsen the Growing Pains that, for enterprises at the certain growing stage it is needed to establish an administrative system instead of relying on CEO. Also CEO's strong leadership play which relate to administrative capacity, forming reasonable organizational structure, customer oriented mind and Company's culture that are developed with sense of responsibility reduce Growing Pains according to a research.

아역 배우들의 딜레마는 친근하지만, 그만큼 소비도 크다는 점이다. 그런 의미에서 아역 배우가 성인 배우로 우뚝 서기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 그들의 성장기는 모든 사람에게 원치 않게 공개되고, 그만큼 평범함과는 거리가 먼 성장통을 겪을 수 있기 때문이다. 그런 아역 배우들이 본받아야 할 좋은 예가 있다. 연기 생활 25년 차, 중견 배우 못지않은 경력을 지닌 여배우 김민정이다.

Traditional soybean sprouting bucket has some problems which are putrefaction and growing inhibition by the high temperature and carbon dioxide in the bucket during culturing. To solve this problems we developed the new soybean sprouting bucket. The new bucket consisted a square shaped bottom which has 5 draining holes (each 10 mm in dia, 2 mm in height) and four side wall which has two rectangular shaped holes (10 cm long, 0.5 cm wide), and the support vessel which 592 tiny draining holes whose center attached a pipe with 36 small holes (each 2 mm in dia). The new one showed lower temperature and carbon dioxide content during culturing, and the putrefaction was lower, whereas growing degree was higher during culturing at 25$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$ than the traditional bucket.

과거부터 지금까지 극한강수의 증가경향이 지속되어 미래에도 극한강수의 규모는 증가하고 빈도 또한 잦아지리라 전망되고 있으며, 특히 짧은 지속시간을 갖는 극한강수(국지성 호우)의 증가 경향이 확연한 편이다. 4대강 살리기 사업 이후 하천에 대한 접근성이 향상되어 하천의 기본 목적과 함께, 하천변의 친수지구로써의 활용이 증대되고 있다. 이렇듯 자연(기후) 및 사회환경 변화로 본류 보다는 작은 규모의 지류하천에 홍수위험도가 증가하겠고, 본류도 고(高)수위 보다는 하천변의 침수가 잦아지리라 전망된다. 홍수통제소는 변화하는 환경에 대응하기 위하여 '홍수예보지점의 확대', '홍수정보의 다양화'을 추진하고 있다. '홍수예보지점의 확대'를 통하여 현재 본류 중심의 홍수관리를 지류까지 확대하고, '홍수정보의 다양화'로 하천변(친수지구) 사용자가 요구하는 정보 컨텐츠를 발굴, 제공하여 홍수예보 및 홍수정보에 대한 맞춤형 서비스를 도입하고 있다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 수요자 중심의 정보제공을 위하여 이용자가 많은 하천 시설물의 현황을 파악하여 현장조사 및 측량을 실시하였고, 측량결과를 바탕으로 친수지구의 위험이 예상되는 관심수위를 지정하였다. 연구결과, 하천변 용도별 현장조사, 위치, 고도 등이 포함된 DB가 구축되었고, 현장 측량으로 정해진 하천변 침수 관심수위의 재현정도를 조사하여 정보제공이 시급히 요구되는 지점을 결정하였다. 향후 이 결과를 기초로 하여 지형 및 하천특성 등을 추가 수집하고, 취약 구간에 대한 정보 제공 방안을 정형화하여 하천변 홍수피해의 최소화를 하고자 한다.

For the most domestic small and medium sized enterprises, having found no solution of the growth. For most companies do overcome stagnation phenomenon in the growth phase, stratagy of the technical innovation is very important. In this paper, we will study the concept of growing pains and stagnation cause of domestic small and medium sized enterprises. Through this, classifying small and medium sized enterprises growing step and find out the factors that to lead technical innovation for growth. we suggest plan for stratagy to continue the growth of small enterprises to mid-sized enterprises a standpoint of the technical innovation at each growth step.

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a common neurological sleep disorder in adults characterized by the following diagnostic criteria: an urge to move that is usually associated with unpleasant sensations and symptoms that are worse at rest, relieved by movement, and most severe at night. The definite diagnosis of RLS in children is stricter and consists of self-description of leg discomfort or the presence of 2 of 3 supportive criteria combined with 4 essential criteria for diagnosis in adults. RLS in childhood has often been misdiagnosed as growing pains or a part of normal development. As a result, physicians have often missed the chance for proper management. We diagnosed a case of RLS in a 5-year-old boy presenting with growing pains, whose mother was found to have had RLS since childhood. We confirmed RLS by using a polysomnograph, in which the indices of periodic limb movement syndrome (PLMS) and periodic limb movement during wakefulness (PLMW) were recorded to be compatible with RLS criteria. The patient's ferritin level was low normal, and his symptoms improved after taking iron supplements.

GaN 에피층을 성장에 있어서 가장 문제가 되는 통과 전위를 줄이기 위한 방법 이 여러 가지로 진행되고 있다. 그중에서도 PE(Pendeo Epitaxy) 방법으로 많은 연구가 이루어 졌는데 이경우에 열적인 요인으로 인해 발생하는 스트레스와 마스크 물질로 인하여 그러한 물질들이 서로 반응하거나 성장시 악영향을 끼쳐 결국은 성장되는 GaN층의 결정학적 기울기의 원인이 된다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 이러한 마스크를 제거하여 PE GaN에서 마스크와 수평으로 자라나는 GaN층사이의 간섭이 사라져서 결정학적 기울기가 감소시킬 수 있게 되었다. 이 연구에서 우리는 위에서 언급했던 마스크를 사용하지 않은 PE GaN의 미세구조적인 특성과 전위들의 거동을 투과전자현미경, 주사 전자현미경 그리고 HRXRD(High Resolution X-Ray diffraction)결과를 이용하여 살펴보았다.
