다양한 인터넷 응용분야에서 사용자와 서비스 제공자간에 서비스 수준 계약(SLA, Service Level Agreement)을 체결하여 차별화된 서비스를 제공하고자 하는데, 계약 조건의 대표적인 예는 일정시간 내에 서비스를 제공반기 위한 서비스 지연시간과 같은 시스템 성능 척도이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 클러스터 시스템 환경에서 차별화된 서비스 제공을 위한 알고리즘을 제안하고 이에 대한 가용도 분석을 통해 성능 척도와 가용도 사이의 상관관계를 박히며, 성능 향상을 위한 고려사항을 제시한다.

Electronic contract systems are widely used to integrate and manage the contract management process based on the development of ICT technology. Recently, improvement methods using block chain technology are being studied. However, contract management systems have processing performance, security vulnerabilities, data entry, and service accessibility issues. In this paper, we propose a block - chain based contract management platform with block chain, smart contract, and Rest API. The suggested platform includes the RPBFT algorithm which solves the processing performance and security vulnerability of the existing consensus authentication algorithm, and the algorithm to prevent data entry and enhance transparency of participants. The block-chain-based contract management platform proposed in this paper provides a use environment with improved processing performance, security, reliability, and transparency, and can be used through API without burdening construction. Therefore, The effect can be expected.

In the aerospace field, besides special purpose airplanes, contracts for supply of various types of products such as prototypes, unmanned aerial vehicles and space launch vehicles are increasing. In the case of the contractor, it was planned to spend a large amount of money to supply the production, but if the purchase specification that presents the quality and performance standard of the product is poor or lacks the capacity to judge the performance, consuming enormous amounts of time and money. Even if the undertaker does not have the ability to supply the products with the required performance and quality to achieve the purpose of the contract, he/she must pay the cost of burial due to the incompleteness of the work and the compensation for the cancellation of the contract. In this case, the defendant ordered the plaintiff to supply the aircraft by the Happy Box method, which is capable of ILS Offset flight as specified in the Purchase Specification, but the plaintiff attempted to supply the aircraft by the RNAV method. Although the ILS ground signal can be inspected by the RNAV method, the aircraft manufactured in the manner claimed by the plaintiff does not have the ILS Offset flight function required by the purchase specification, so the defendant can not achieve the purpose required by the purchase specification. It was a question of whether a defendant's cancellation of contract was legitimate. The aircraft, which is the object of this contract, is a subordinate substitute, so the case contract is of undertaking. Therefore, in order to complete the work in this contract, the major structural parts of the aircraft must be manufactured as agreed and have the performance generally required in the social sense. However, the aircraft delivered by the plaintiff has serious defects because the defendant can not achieve the purpose required by the purchase specification due to the lack of the ILS Offset flight function required by the purchase specification. This deficiency is impossible for the plaintiff to repair, so the defendant 's cancellation of the contract is legitimate.

This study provides a systematic review of smart trade contracts, examining the research trends and theoretical background of utilizing smart contracts and blockchain technology for the digitalization and automation of trade contracts. Smart trade contracts are a concept that applies the automated contract system based on blockchain to trade-related transactions. The study analyzes the technical and legal challenges and proposes solutions. The technical aspect covers the development of smart contract platforms, scalability and performance improvements of blockchain networks, and security and privacy concerns. The legal aspect addresses the legal enforceability of smart contracts, automatic execution of contract conditions, and the responsibilities and obligations of contract parties. Smart trade contracts have been found to have applications in various industries such as international trade, supply chain management, finance, insurance, and energy, contributing to the ease of trade finance, efficiency of supply chains, and business model innovation. However, challenges remain in terms of legal regulations, interaction with existing legal frameworks, and technological aspects. Further research is needed, including empirical studies, business model innovation, resolution of legal issues, security and privacy considerations, standardization and collaboration, and user experience studies to address these challenges and explore additional aspects of smart trade contracts.

Today's network consists of a large number of routers and servers running a variety of applications. In this paper, we have designed and constructed the general simulation environment of network security model composed of multiple IDSs agent and a firewall agent which coordinate by CNP (Contract Net Protocol). The CNP, the methodology for efficient integration of computer systems on heterogeneous environment such as distributed systems, is essentially a collection of agents, which cooperate to resolve a problem. Command console in the CNP is a manager who controls the execution of agents or a contractee, who performs intrusion detection. In the knowledge-based network security model, each model of simulation environment is hierarchically designed by DEVS (Discrete Event system Specification) formalism. The purpose of this simulation is the application of rete pattern-matching algorithm speeding up the inference cycle phases of the intrusion detection expert system. we evaluate the characteristics and performance of CNP architecture with rete pattern-matching algorithm.

The purpose of this study is to analysis of warranty contract in order to solve the problem such as stated above.
