The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure(VDI) adoption. VDI performance was measured by IS manager (system quality, security, and managerial operation) and business user (usability, access, and user satisfaction). The survey questionnaires were developed for measuring VDI performance. 84 data samples were collected from the companies that had adopted cloud-based VDI. This research model was verified by Smart-PLS and SPSS. The research findings were as follows: First, the companies using VDI experienced actual performance, but they did not attain their expectation. Second, as results of comparing between IS managers and business users, IS administrators had considerably higher performance than business users, which indicates that there were big differences in performance perception among users. Compared with prior research such as technical trend, system construction, and performance improvement, this study has the following implications. First, by comparing the expected performance with the actual performance of the companies that have implemented and operating VDI, it was suggested how a company that wants to adopt VDI can manage the expectation level of VDI and achieve higher actual performance. Second, because the perception of VDI performance differs between business users and system managers, it is meaningful that a fair evaluation of VDI performance requires a balanced consideration of business users and system managers.

The Construction Industry become to large. So, construction management is needed. In Korea, an organic law about construction industry was made in 1996. And CM was introduced, too. But CM is not activated with institutional inertia. A reason Is a perpetual friction between CM and Gamri. And it is not thoroughgoing enough about supply of CM's effect with Chf Best Practice checklist and Key Performance Index. This study will develop the CM Best Practice checklist with CM's work and technique in project-dimensional. The CM Best Practice checklist will guide to have a good result.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a measuring scale for the effect of reading programs for children. First, in literature review, the effects and children's reading programs performance scales were analyzed, and then independent variables, dependent variables, and control variables for children's reading achievements were defined. Second, survey questionnaires for children, librarians, program instructors, and heads of child centers were designed to measure dependent variables and control variables on the scale. Third, the questionnaires for children were distributed to 10 public libraries participating in <2013 The Reading with Library> programs for two times in the early and the late time of the programs. Also, the survey questionnaires of 30 librarians, program instructors, and heads of the child centers were carried. Finally, all of the data were collected and analyzed in time series, and the improvements for the scale were proposed.

정보사회의 도래와 인터넷의 확산으로 정보보호의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 기업과 조직에 있어서 정보보호는 경쟁적 우위를 확보하기 위한 도구임과 동시에 비즈니스를 안정적으로 수행하기 위한 필수 경영요구사항으로 등장하고 있다. 또한 기업자산의 일원으로써 보호되어야 하는 유 무형 정보자산의 가치는 더욱 높아지고 있으며, 이를 관리하는 조직과 기업의 효율적이고 효과적인 정보 자산 관리 및 정보보호 투자에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그러나 조직의 정보보호 투자가 증가함에도 불구하고 이에 대한 성과측정을 위한 체계적 방법이 제시되지 않아 정보보호 투자 의사결정 및 개선방향 도출에 어려움이 있다. 기존의 재무적 측면위주의 정보보호 투자효과 분석은 정보보호 투자의 기회비용적인 특징으로 인해 체계적인 효과 분석 및 현황을 파악하기에는 부족하며 향후 정보보호 투자의 전략추진방향을 제시하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 투자효과의 특성을 고려하여 균형성과표(Balanced Scorecard, BSC)관점의 정보 보호 투자 전략과 성과에 대한 인과관계를 분석하고자 한다. 따라서 기존 정보보호 투자효과 분석의 선행연구를 중심으로 핵심성공요인과 측정지표를 도출하고, 관련 기업 및 조직을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model, SEM) 분석기법을 활용하여 실증분석 하고자 한다.

This report has continuously improved in Information Security Level of Information Communication Service Companies which are applicable to Information Security Safety Inspection System. Also, it presents a decided methodology after verified propriety and considered the pre-research or expropriation by being developed the way of Information Security Safety Result Measurement. Management territory weighted value was established and it was given according to the point of view and the strategy target and the and outcome index to consider overall to a measurement item. Accordingly, an outome to the Information Security Check Service is analyzed by this paper and measurement model and oucome analysis methodology are shown with this, and gives help to analyze an outcome. Also it make sure the the substantial information security check service will be accomplished, prevent a maintenance accident beforehand and improve an enterprise outcome independently by institutional system performance securement and enterprise.g corporate performance.

To comprehend the present state of performance evaluation and management systems and their problems, we examined performance evaluation and management systems that have been used in the public sector and figured out their limits and problems in practical use and then, we searched, from academic basis, for ways to solve those problems and complement the limits. Especially, we focused on developing practical solutions that can be applied to a budget and human resource effectively. We expect this research will provide to public sector a comprehensive foundation for understanding the core concept of myriad theories of performance management in public sector including "Balanced Scorecard" and for finding out the limits and problems of each theories, then it can prepare the alternatives in advance. But the research is restricted within the general guideline for performance management. It doesn't provide practical and detailed action programs that are needed for actual execution. So, further studies on particular action programs are needed to compliment this limit and for coming to stay of performance management system in the public sector quickly, the enactment of performance management is needed as well.

기업의 경제적 성과측정 또는 경제적 척도로서 토빈의 Q는 가치에 대해 산출된 경제적 가치를 계산함으로써 이론적인 경제적 효율성의 개념에 가장 근접한 개념으로 평가되고 있다. 그러나 정확한 계산이 어려운 토빈의 Q대신 실제로는 회계적 수익률, 주가 수익률 및 장부가격 대비 시장가치 비율(MB)등이 편의상 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 성과 측정 변수들간의 상관관계를 실증적으로 검증함으로써 이들 세 유형의 변수들이 토빈 Q의 대용적(代用的) 변수(變數)로서 신뢰성과 유용성이 있는지를 판정하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 MB를 제외하고는 이들 변수들이나 또는 이들의 조합이 토빈 Q비율을 충분히 설명하기에는 너무 미흡하여 토빈 Q의 대용변수로서 경제적 효율성의 판단기준으로 사용될 경우에 그 신뢰성에 의문이 제기될 여지가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 특히, 회계적 수익률은 토빈 Q비율에 대한 설명력이 현저히 낮을 뿐 아니라, 이러한 결과는 수익률의 이동평균을 사용하거나, 연구개발비나 계열기업집단의 소속여부에 의해 잠재적인 무형자산의 영향을 반영할 수 있도록 수익률을 보완하여 사용하더라도 그 설명력이 크게 개선되지 않는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

This paper related to implementing issue and performance measuring about blended mechanism between networking technology and security technology. We got more effectiveness in overall network security, when applying and composing amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology. The blended method offers $8{\sim}10%$ effective result in network security than the isolated ways of applying relational two technologies. As a result, we suggest amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology, and also, we propose the blended method as a model of more effective way.

Quality system of construction industry in Korea was a means to prevent unqualified construction work. But lately, it has became an essential requirement. So, lots of construction companies acquire ISO quality management system which provides fundamental management criteria. Now, most of the Korean construction companies have got IS0 quality management system. So, getting ISO quality management system doesn't mean advantage in public competition of construction bidding and that causes increase in the maintenance cost. That's why some construction companies abandon the 150 certificate. Therefore, the authors need to check the effect of ISO quality management system. For this, the authors provide the performance measurement index of ISO quality management system.

In Korea, the construction industry has been growing quantitatively because of its aggressive advances into overseas construction market and the Korean government's housing policy. Moreover, visions and goals such as 'construction industry promotion build up plan' have recently been promoted by the government while new strategic growth focused on competitiveness is gaining interests among the industry. However, there are a few problems in the construction performance. First, the specific performance measurement indicator or skills for the construction industry are hardly found in Korea. Currently, the finance or overall management system in the construction business are used as indicators to measure performances in not only the construction industry but all industries including the manufacturing industry. The government, the industry and universities recognized the need for the performance measurement indicator and skill and have developed and actively studied on them.
