공공기술 기반 기술창업모델과 글로벌 성공기술창업플랫폼 구축방안

  • 미래창조과학부는 공공기술 기반 기술창업을 가속화 하기 위해 2016년부터 '연구소기업'의 설립을 촉진하고 이에 대한 지원을 강화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업 활성화의 문제를 진단하고 이에 대한 글로벌 관점의 성공기술창업플랫폼을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업의 성과 창출궤적으로 제시되고 있는 공공기술-제조- -BtoB-글로벌의 라인 중 글로벌 관점에서 공공기술 기술창업기업의 성과창출을 도모할 수 있는 방안에 대해 전문가 인터뷰조사와 사례조사등을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 공공기술기반 기술창업인 연구소기업등은 질적인 성과 즉 성공적 회수사례를 창출하기 위해서는 현재의 양적인 성과에서 벗어나 창업초기 신규창출형 연구소기업에 대한 민간벤처투자가 활성화되고, 혁신적인 사례창출을 다수하기 위해서는 글로벌 성과창출이 요구됨을 도출하였다. 특히 본 연구는 이에 대해 공공기술 기술창업의 문제를 배태한 성공창업 솔루션 플랫폼으로"Inbound" 글로벌플랫폼을 제안하고 있다.

The Impact of Shared Value Creation of Social Enterprise on Organizational Performance (사회적기업의 공유가치창출이 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social enterprise's shared value creation on corporate performance and to develop policy measures to enhance competitiveness of social enterprises. The main results and implications are as follows. First, according to the general characteristics of social enterprises, the difference between shared value creation and organizational performance was not statistically significant. In other words, although the social enterprise has various organizational characteristics, it does not differ from the shared value creation or the organizational performance that it creates. The rapid increase of social enterprises led to a rapid increase in various types of social enterprises, but there is no difference between shared value creation and organizational performance. Second, the results of analyzing the impact of shared value creation on the organizational performance of social enterprises revealed that social performance was statistically significant influenced by re-recognition of product market and regional cluster among sub-factors of shared value creation. Among the sub-factors of social enterprise's economic performance, the re-recognition of the product market had a statistically significant effect on the overall organizational performance of social enterprises. Among the sub-factors of shared value creation. In the future, it will be necessary to make effort to improve corporate performance by introducing the concept of shared value creation for social enterprise and making policy efforts to activate it.

  • 인사부서의 기능이 과거 업무 프로세스를 지원하고 관리하는 부서에서 일선 사업부서의 전략적 파트너로서의 기능으로 변화되면서 인사관리에 대한 방향과 트렌드가 성과창출 및 조직 활성화를 통한 신 기업문화 형성으로 바뀌게 되었다. 개인과 조직, 그리고 국가와 사회를 위한 기업체의 사명을 완수하기 위해 대표들은 얼마나 많은 고민을 하게 되는가? 이러한 고민은 이제 인사부서의 몫이기도 하다. 어떤 전략을 펼칠 것인가, 그 전략을 성공시키기 위해 어떤 지원이 필요할 것인가와 같은 고민은 계속되고 있다. 결국 인사부서의 주요 목표 역시 기업 성과창출의 극대화를 위한 방향으로 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 이에 따른 최근의 인사관리 주요 방향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 최근 10년간 기업은 ERP시스템을 적극적으로 도입하였다. 이에 대한 평가도 많았지만 구체적인 성과 창출에 대해서는 연구가 많지 않았다. 확산된 국내 ERP시스템 사용 기업을 대상으로 ERP시스템의 경영성과 창출시점이 언제 나타나는지를 연구함으로써 ERP도입 업체의 경영성과를 예측하고, 이를 통한 ERP 운영 방법론을 수정할 수 있는 기회를 부여하고자 한다.

The Role of Market Information Quality and Employee's Task Performance Linking Market Orientation to Firm Performance in SMEs (시장지향성이 기업성과를 창출하는 과정에서 시장정보품질과 종업원 업무성과의 역할: 중소기업을 중심으로)

  • Although market orientation as the implementation of the marketing concept has long been a major subject in marketing, firms with market orientation do not necessarily come with high performance, showing mixed results in literature. There have been attempts to link market orientation-firm performance until recently with different mediators, but the appreciation on market orientation has been faded in practice. This study focuses on two possibilities for the causes of these problems. 1) Previous studies have overlooked the qualitative aspects of market orientation, 2) have focused on the performance at corporate level. To provide a generalized performance-generation framework, this study demonstrates the market information quality as a moderating variable and introduces the task performance of employees as a universal mediator between market orientation and the firm performance. As the result of this study, we confirmed the positive role of the market information quality and employees' task performance in market orientation-Firm Performance. The relationship between market orientation and employee's task performance becomes stronger when market information quality is high in value. We highlighted the performance generating mechanism of market orientation, regardless of context. This research provides new insights for marketing scholars and managers with regard to both activities and quality of market information and how market orientation affects individual and firm level performance.

  • Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning have boosted up launching more 'GRI(Government Research Institute) Spin-off High-tech startup' to accelerate the technology commercialization of GRI technologies via the alternative of high-tech startup since 2101. This paper is proposing to found the global platform of accommodating more successful high-tech startup with diagnosing the current policy platform of launching GRI high-tech startup. This paper deliver the outcomes of case study including FGI research over developing the ideas of the experts for the policy line-up of starting from GRI technologies-Hardware Manufacture-BtoB-Global. The research result suggests that the focus of policy should falls not on the quantitative goals, but on more disruptive successful case through utilizing uprising private equity investment in the early stage of business. One of the best policy brought by this research is 'Inbound Globalization Strategy of bringing global early stage investors in Korea for incubation and investment rather than sending out our startup to global without validation by global investor.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among knowledge management(KM) influence factors(leadership, learning culture, member' attitude, reward, knowledge quality, KMS quality), KM activities(knowledge creation, knowledge sharing), KM performance in public enterprise. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that learning culture, knowledge quality and KMS quality significantly influence the knowledge creation and sharing. Member' attitude has significant influences on the knowledge creation. And knowledge creation and sharing have a significant affect on KM performance. Based on the results, the potential implications of the strategy for effective knowledge management are discussed.

A Study on the Factors Influencing Project Performance of Government R&D Program: Focusing on IT and CT Industry (정부연구개발사업의 성과창출요인에 관한 연구: IT와 CT산업을 중심으로)

  • Recently, project performance and management of government R&D program investing huge amount of budget is being focused. In this study, I built a model for estimating the performance creating paths of the government R&D program, then I analyzed the attributes of performances created by industries. I used simultaneous equations with FIML and examined the IT industry and CT industry of industrial technology innovation program using survey on R&D performance conducted by KEIT. On the analysis result, all the companies create the innovation performance through the government grants. However, the one who commercialize patents is SMEs in IT industry, and conglomerates in CT industry. SMEs in IT industry, which has characteristic of complex product, need extra self innovation activities even the government supports them. For improving the commercialization performance and technology development of SMEs in CT industry, it is effective when conducting cooperative research. These findings give us the implication that it is needed to consider different factors by industrial and enterprise characteristic when planning the public policy and government tasks.

  • For the latest 10 years, many companies have introduced the ERP system competitively. There have been many evaluations of the system, but most of them have made general evaluation and few of them studied output creation. The output of the introduction of the ERP system cannot be uniform, and the stages of output creation also vary. Accordingly, the present study purposed to examine when the management output of the ERP system is created in Korean companies that adopted the ERP system in order to predict the management output of such companies and to provide opportunities to change ERP operation methodology. Balanced scorecard was used as an indicator to measure the outcome of ERP. In addition, we conducted correlation analysis for determining the correlation between ERP system activation factors and management output, and performed frequency analysis to examine the stages of management output creation according to the stage of ERP system.

  • 창업학에서 프랜차이즈 비즈니스는 주요 연구분야이다. 또한 국가경제에서 프랜차이즈 산업의 비중과 중요성은 점차 증가하고 있다. 특히, 교육부문에서도 기존 중소형 학원의 점유율은 점점 낮아지고 대형학원 및 프랜차이즈 학원의 비중은 점점 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 프랜차이즈 학원의 경영자와 그 구성원들의 시장지향성 활동 및 경쟁우위의 창출의 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 고객지향성 및 경쟁자지향성이 경쟁우위와 경영성과에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향을 프랜차이즈 학원을 대상으로 분석함으로써 학원 운영의 시사점을 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구결과 조직 내 고객지향성과 경쟁자지향성으로 구성된 시장지향적인 활동과 공유는 경쟁우위가 되는 시장차별화 및 혁신차별화에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이를 통해 창출된 경쟁우위는 시장성과 및 재무성과에 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 시장지향성은 시장차별화와 혁신차별화를 매개로 경영성과에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 학원경영자에게 시장지향적인 활동과 조직 내 공유를 통한 경쟁우위 창출의 중요성을 알려주고 있다.
