The change in environment of construction industry and the advancement of information technology require the improvement of construction project efficiency. However, construction industry still lacks performance-measuring tools that are the requirements of efficient project management system. In case of the schedule management system, schedule is usually being managed by result-oriented measurements such as completion time, spent cost, and progress rate, which are not good enough to control the overall continuity of work-flow. This research aimed to systemize the overall construction process and to develop the indicators for measuring performance of TACT activities during finishing work period that can contribute to the systemization of TACT management.

In these day, design process has not only visual and industrial departments but also there is an important part which is marketing. Elements of design process are not in accordance with the product and the circumstance of a company but a fundamental role of process is conformed. Moreover, design process is applied in accordance with the character of product and company. In this study, it is based on the concept of home appliances and also can be used in practical work so that there is four stages which are suggested to use for design process. These are planning & visual expression, idea development & expression, presentation & decision and check & control. As a way of development for the management in the design process, firstly, it has to be expressed the identity and the originality of a product, goods and a design strategy. Secondly, product directors should participate in the whole activities of a company, the planning of sales and the process of a design. Thirdly, designers should develop a new communication way so that the manager can be understand easily for a presentation. Finally. it should be systematized to improve the efficiency of design process by introducing various technical management.

벤처기업 CEO의 본질적 역량과 역할은 조직의 자원을 얼마나 효율적으로 운영하는가에 따라 관리자로서 조직성과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 CEO 역량 수준이 조직이 내재하는 자원에 미치는 영향에 대한 이론적 고찰과 CEO의 역량 수준과 조직성과 간의 관계가 조직 구성원의 역량에 따라서 어떻게 달라지는가에 관한 실증연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 기존 선행연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 자원기반이론(resource-based view of the firm)을 바탕으로 프로스포츠 산업에서의 조직 구성원의 역량에 따른 관리자의 감독역할에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 본 연구에서는 기존의 스포츠 기업가정신(sport entrepreneurship) 연구 분야의 이론을 경영전략의 자원기반관점과 융합하여 벤처기업 CEO와 프로스포츠 감독의 역할이 조직구조와 성과 메커니즘의 측면에서 매우 흡사하며 조직의 자원을 효율적으로 운영하고 성과를 도출하는 측면에서 모두 기업가(entrepreneur)적 특성을 반드시 내재해야 한다고 본다. 이러한 맥락에서 프로스포츠팀에서의 관리자로서의 감독 역량과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 조직의 자원 효율성의 매개효과와 조직 구성원 역량에 대한 조절효과를 설명하고자 한다. 미국프로농구(NBA) 30개 구단과 한국프로농구(KBL) 10개 구단의 9개 시즌(2013~2014시즌 - 2021~2022시즌)의 감독과 팀 데이터를 실증분석에 있어 프로세스 매크로 58 모형을 적용하여 본 연구의 가설을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 미국프로농구과 한국프로농구 데이터 모두에서 (1) 프로농구팀의 자원 효율성은 감독의 역량과 승률 간의 정(+)의 관계를 매개하고, (2) 조직 구성원의 역량은 농구팀의 자원 효율성을 통한 감독 역량이 승률에 미치는 간접효과를 조절(p<.05) 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비교적 객관적으로 조직의 성과측정이 가능한 프로스포츠 데이터를 활용하여 프로스포츠 산업에서 벤처기업의 CEO와 유사한 기업가적 역할을 수반해야 하는 감독 및 조직 구성원의 역량이 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 한편 스포츠 애널리틱스(sport analytics) 분야와 경영학 연구를 융합하였다는 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to develop a standard model for the compilation of production results in molding business to establish the informatization system for the production facility among informatizadon projects which can generate the performance of medium and short term introduction of the project in implementing the system to small and medium industry. The theory on the development method for the standardization of informatization for production facility in molding business applies PSDM (Production System Development Method) for which a number of researches were already done while developing a standardization model by standardizing two processes of raw material demand/supply management and making sum total for production quantity which are main processes for production management process. On the basis of the result of this research, small and medium companies in molding business and relevant specialized IT companies which desire to establish production facility informatization systems will be able to establish more efficient system by applying standardized model, and the result of research will enable to facilitate the establishment of the system for them while providing reliability of the system. Through the application of the result of this research, it will be possible to accomplish the elimination of unreasonable factors in production process, the enhancement of product quality and the saving of production cost.

For the education information system, evaluation of the performance have to incorporate the special characteristics od education. This paper is to develop some measures to assess the performance of Korean National Education Information System (NEIS). Performance measures are classified those into three detailed areas as the flow of value chain. which include end-users area, education process area and performance area. Research results show that the users's concern to the information system have an affirmative influence on the satisfaction of users, and attitude change of users have also a positive influence on the administration area of the information system such as task productivity, task innovation, satisfaction of the education users, activity of control process. Also, user's satisfaction for NEIS, that comes from the communication, have an affirmative influence on the better performance of education,

현재의 경영환경은 기업경영에 긍정적 또는 부정적인 영향을 미칠 Event가 다양하고 예측이 어려워지고 있는 상황에 직면하고 있다. 반면에 각종 경영상의 규정과 규제는 주주와 시장의 입장에서 기업의 경영의 투명성과 신뢰성을 요구하고 있다. 대표적으로 금융산업은 Basel II, 미국증시에 상장된 기업은 SOA라 불라는 Sarbanes-Oxley법안, 국내기업은 집단소송제, 외감법, 증권거래법 등에 기업의 경영 성과와 재무제표에 대한 경영진의 서명 및 외부감사인의 검토를 규정하고 있다. 경영진은 전략적인 목적 달성에 영향을 미치는 내외부에서 발생하는 상황과 규정/규제에 대한 대응현황을 종합적으로 판단해야만 하게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 2004년 9윌 Committee of Sponsoring Organization of the Treadway Commission(이하 COSO)에서는 Enterprise Risk Management Framework을 발표하였다. 이는 기존 내부통제(Internal Control) 개념을 확장/보완한 개념으로 전사적 관점에서 기업에 영향을 미치는 Event를 식별하고 통제하는 일련의 과정을 정의 하고 있다. 대부분 기업에서는 법규와 규정중심의 대응을 추진하고 있는 현황이며, 추진 과정시 리스크에 대한 개념이나 관리 수준에 대한 혼란을 격고 있다. 리스크 정의시 일관된 관점을 유지할 수 있는 관리 범주와 관리 목적의 부재를 제기하고 있며, 일회적인 관리가 아닌 정례화된 프로세스로 운영하도록 하는 관리체계 정립을 위한 방법론이나 실행가이드를 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 새로운 관리체계로서 Enterprise Risk Management(이하 ERM) 도입을 위하여 ERM에 대한 명확한 이해와 적용시 주요이슈에 대한 실천적 해결안을 제시하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 삼고자 한다

Recently there has been huge efforts to improve performance in construction process by applying emerging techniques such as the Lean principle and Just-in-time concept. However, little achievement as we expected has come out in reality due to the lack of strategy to set a definite goal of the execution and differences of personal viewpoints on construction productivity. Accordingly, it is the most important to promote the circumstances for the construction process improvement by quantifying the goals of respective unit activity groups. This research explores feasible solutions for the improvement of construction projects performance by combining the six-sigma principle for the generic administrative innovation based on the idea of construction process performance. For this purpose, mutual comparisons of various current approaches are performed in an attempt to establish the advantages in applying six-sigma idea and to provide its fundamental strategy. Furthermore, through a case study with the simulation of applying six-sigma to a unit activity group in construction process, this paper verifies that the overall performance improves as the degree of sigma level gets advanced.

인터넷, 특히 웹의 확산으로 네트워크 기반의 분산 환경은 응용의 표준 아키텍쳐로 인식 되고 있다. 따라서 네트워크의 효율성과 최상의 서비스 제어, 공유를 위해 복잡한 네트워크 구성 자원들을 관리하는 네트워크 관리 시스템은 응용의 표준 하부 지원 시스템으로서 뿐 아니라 독립적인 상업용 응용으로서 수요와 기대가 점차 증가하고 있다. 또한 소프트웨어 개발 방법 측면에서는 패턴과 컴퍼넌트에 의한 조립, 확장을 중심으로 하는 소프트웨어 재사용이 소프트웨어 생산의 기대치를 현실화할 수 있는 최상의 접근 방법으로 인정된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 망관리 시스템 구축을 위한 컴포넌트 개발을 위해 선행 작업으로 해당 도메인에서 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트들을 식별, 분류하는 컴포넌트 아키텍처를 정의하고 범주화한다. 또한 재사용 컴포넌트의 개발과 유통, 사용을 위한 컴포넌트 관리를 적절하게 제공하기 위해 메타 정보를 기반으로 한 컴포넌트 형상관리 요소들을 제시한다. 망관리를 위한 컴포넌트의 식별, 설계와 형상관리 기법들은 이들 컴포넌트들을 CBD 프로세스에 의해 망관리 시스템에 실질적으로 적용함으로써 응용의 개발과 운용에 있어서 생산성 및 품질 향상으로 기대될 것이다.

Many government offices have been proceeding a development of Enterprise Architecture(EA) according to apply Government-wide Enterprise Architecture'. Each office and working-level officials have had a hard time because of no guides related to a EA development method such as the Framework, Standards, Principle, Reference Model, Etc. This paper propose a method for developing e-Government Enterprise Architecture considered a characteristic of public institutes through analyzing existing cases. The method for development e-Government EA includes the EA Performance Management Model to monitor objectively each office's long-term business promotion because the e-Government EA development is a job of long duration and cooperation with many institutes. This method also combines the EA Change Management Activities for the officials to improve general knowledge about EA's idea and EA's value, etc. We show the EA case study of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs to demonstrate feasibility of our approach. As a result, public offices will carry out their BPR(Business Process Re-engineering) and ISP(Information Strategy Planning) more efficiently based on this EA development method.
