This study analyzed difference in national pension receipt on life satisfaction and successful aging in people aged 60 or over, and then analyzed influence factors on them. As a result, The difference of receipt affected life satisfaction and successful aging. This means a large receipt is related to high life satisfaction and successful aging. The regression analysis result also showed the difference of receipt was significant in life satisfaction, but wasn't significant in successful aging. National pension receipt can increase life satisfaction by providing financial security, but for successful aging, social supports like good use of spare time are needed. Also, currently satisfaction with national pension receipt was low and receipt wasn't enough to stabilize their lives. Therefore, a political plan for improving receipt satisfaction and living a stable life through good use of spare time will be required in future.

In the construction industry, there is a growing demand for new programs incorporating IT applications. In construction, initiatives calling for changes ensuring the improvement of productivity, quality and safety, and for the strengthening of global competitiveness, have contributed to the increased need for exploring new markets. Moreover, the government's supportive policies have helped develop profit models. Meanwhile, the industry and the government have supported the efforts for identifying and disseminating successful case studies - as part of the strategy for evaluating and promoting the developed programs. However, the criteria for identifying/evaluating successful cases remain vague, and the viewpoints of participants differ depending on their disciplines. These discrepancies could lead to inconsistent results. Thus, it is imperative that a criterion be provided, upon which to judge the success or failure of implementation cases and to disseminate role models. It is also imperative that a direction of improvement be proposed. This study was conducted to propose the criteria for and process of evaluating the success of construction-IT convergence to help promote the construction industry incorporating IT applications. To that end, success factors for and the significance of IT-incorporated construction were identified.

Gyeonggi-Do launched the 'Achievement Royalty System(ARS)' in 2011 to promote the refund of excess profits from those firms to local system. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the effect of new royalty system in the public R&D program. From the analysis, commercially successful firms appear to have maintained the same level of innovation incentives even after introduction of ARS. It can be explained that they have given a priority in taking part in the next R&D projects as well as a benefit of systematic supports in technology commercialization and marketing. It is, therefore, fully expected that the policy makers can make ARS an additional funding source in the period of decreasing S&T budget, and have a better chance to gather evidences of successful policy practices to the firms. However, the institutional improvements are required to develop the ARS, which include the incentives of ARS payment and the lower total royalty expectation through the reduction of fix-payment ratio and the exemption of ARS.

Recently, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems are widely used. Many organizations exchange the documents by using EDI, and EDI is used in various industries such as physical distribution, export and import business, custom, and medical care. However, there have been little attempt to empirically investigate the success factors of EDI system. In this paper, we identify the influencing factors which determine the success of typical information system and then suggest the additional factors characterized to the EDI system. Our research model, mainly based on the system success model, is tested by analyzing the empirical data acquired from the companies in the medical industry. As a result, the system quality, information quality, service quality, and the perceived sacrifice turned out to be significant to the success of EDI system while data security does not. The result of this research is likely to help providing useful guidelines for the successful EDI implementations.

The construction of the first nuclear power plant (Kori #1) in Korea started in 1971, Korea operates 24 nuclear power plants and is constructing 4 in 2015. During about 45 years of construction experience, insufficient studies have been investigated for the identification of critical success factors(CSFs) for nuclear power plant construction. Based on literature reviews and focus group interviews, this study presented a list of CSFs for construction of nuclear power plants. A survey for validating the results of CSFs was conducted with 164 experts. This study indicates that attentions should be placed upon the lowest price-based contract awarding policy, the need for reasonable pricing standard implementation, database development, and deployment for experienced nuclear power plant construction workers, identification and nurturing of competitive subcontractors, and minimization of lag times in construction activities.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of success factors of foodservice business start-up on management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction and to analyse the mediating effect of management performance on the relationship between success factors of foodservice business start-up and entrepreneurial satisfaction. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, success factors of foodservice business start-up consists of location, service, facilities, and food. Among success factors, location, service, facilities, and food had a significant influence on management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction. Second, management performance had a significant influence on entrepreneurial satisfaction. Third, management performance had a mediating effect between success factors of foodservice business start-up and entrepreneurial satisfaction. The conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce success factors, management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction based on the findings.

To promote the off-site construction (OSC) in Korea, technical innovation applied to each phase, such as design, engineering, factory production, and site assembly, is important and equally necessary is the development of management and operation methods that are different from existing construction production methods. However, the current OSC-related studies in Korea are conducted from the technical development viewpoints, such as construction methods. Additionally, few studies have been conducted to derive a management measure for successful OSC projects. Therefore, studies to derive a management measure based on a clear understanding of the core success factors of OSC projects are required. This study aims to analyze several studies related to the success factors of OSC projects conducted overseas and to show its core implications for the successful management of OSC projects in Korea. We expect this study to improve the viability of OSC projects, which will be expanded in Korea in the future.

This study tried to identify the key success factors of ABC by identifying the influence of ABC's success factors on project performance and analyzing the moderating effect of communication. For this purpose, factors applicable to construction projects were extracted through case studies related to the success factors of ABC, an activity-based financial management technique. The survey method was conducted as an online survey method using the Delphi method. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis and factor analysis were performed with SPSS Statistic 20, and hypothesis testing was performed with SmartPLS 2.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that linkage with quality initiatives affects not only ABC's success factors on project performance, but also communication moderation effects. It was confirmed that linkage and communication with quality initiatives are the most important key success factors for ABC's success. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that if ABC and quality management are well linked, it will be effective in improving project performance.

In this study, we investigated the effects of perceived health and ageism experience of the elderly on successful aging, which were respectively presumed as predictors of biomedical model and psychosocial model of the successful aging. As important research results, firstly, negligence among ageism experience constructs appeared higher than other discriminatory experiences. Secondly, male showed significantly higher discriminatory experience than female in the area of 3 constructs such as property, negligence and employment ageism. Also there were some different discriminative experiences in the area of perceived health and ageism in terms of age, wealth and education. Finally, the results of hierarchical multiple regression hired to find out factors influencing successful aging showed that the factors such as sex, wealth, perceived health and property discrimination of ageism affected successful ageing. Based on the analytic results, we verified that perceived health, i.e., predictor of biomedical model had higher effect on successful aging than ageism experience, i.e., predictor of psychosocial model of successful aging. Thus, it was suggested that health promotion policy should be considered with priority and also combating ageism as well for successful aging.

The objective of the study was to cast a frame for the integrating concept of successful aging together with for understanding both elderly problems and aging, which was one of the major issues in aging society. For this, the author reviewed the meaning of aging and also made a general survey of both affirmative change such as growth and development and negative change with regard to aging. Particularly, it was observed that wisdom is a key factor for successful aging. The existing theory of successful aging and major study results were reviewed. As a result, the author proposed an integrated conceptualization of successful aging under the general discussion of the limits of existing theory and also explained the characteristics and implications of an integrated conceptualization of successful aging in line with the discussion on the definition of the integrated concept of successful aging.
