본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼에서 사용자 간의 커뮤니티 사회성을 형성해 가는 과정에서 성격의 5요인이 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보고 상호 간에 유의미한 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 성격 5요인의 특성으로는 신경성, 외향성, 우호성, 성실성, 개방성의 다섯 가지 요소가 있으며 이는 메타버스 가상공간에서 사용자 간의 통합 및 경쟁, 게임과 같은 시스템을 통하여 사회 형성에 많은 영향을 미칠 것이다. 성격 5요인과 반대적 성격 5요인은 메타버스 사용에서 개인의 성격을 강화하거나 약화시킬 수 있고 사용시간, 참여율, 만족도 면에서도 다른 결과를 보여줄 것이다. 소통을 중요시하는 메타버스에서 사용자의 성격에 따른 섬세한 콘텐츠 제시는 분명 더 나은 콘텐츠로 시장에 경쟁력이 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 메타버스의 사용이 개인의 성격에 미치는 영향을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이며, 메타버스 내에서 사용자 성격 5요인 성향을 정립하고 이를 통해 차세대 플랫폼 구축 및 개발에 도움이 되고자 한다.

This study examined the reliability and validity of the Korean short version of the Big-Five Questionnaire for children, a instrument designed to measure Big-Five personality domains of elementary school students. The short Big-Five Questionnaire for children was composed of 15 items based on exploratory factor analyses on th data from 5th and 6th grade elementary school students(N=278). Confirmatory factor analyses revealed evidence of structural validity of the Korean short version BFQ-C. The correlations of K-BFQC-SF with the criteria of depression, academic achievement, career maturity were assessed to verify criterion-related validity. The correlation coefficients were correspondent to the results of previous studies. This study is meaningful in that it is sufficient to assess five factor personality domains in school settings.

Public officials are volunteers for the people, and the police are in charge of the safety of the people. In particular, the marine safety of Korea, which has three sides of the sea, is very important. The education of maritime police is a very important factor due to the specificity and risk of the sea. In particular, since the new curriculum is linked to the job while in office, factors related to educational performance are more important. In this study, the relationship between personality characteristics and academic burnout was examined for 200 new maritime police officials. Among the five factors of personality characteristics, extroversion factors, neurotic factors, and emotional exhaustion factors were extroversion factors, neurotic factors, and cynicism factors, and extroversion factors, neurotic factors, and integrity factors. In particular, the five factors of personality characteristics that have the greatest influence on academic burnout were neurotic. For the educational satisfaction and effectiveness of the new maritime police officer, it is necessary to minimize the psychological margin and stress of the new maritime police officer.

To extend the potential benefits of error, the current study examined factors that affect students' error perception in the classroom. An experimental design was used to measure relations of classroom goal structure, feedback, and social relationships on students' perception of error. A total of 316 fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade elementary students participated as part of their regular class curriculum. Self-reported questionnaires were administered to measure students' perception of errors and relationships with teacher and peers, and then students were manipulated by classroom goal structure and feedback. Multiple regression analysis results suggested that students' perception of learning from error was affected mostly by relationships with peers, followed by relationships with teacher and the type of feedback. Students' perception of risk taking for error was also affected by relationships with peers and teacher, followed by the classroom goal structure. However, classroom goal structure and feedback did not affect their perception of thinking about error to improve their learning as well as error strain. These results imply how the classroom climate should be structured to improve perception of errors to improve student's learning.

This study examined the developmental changes of adolescent personality regarding personality traits of Big 5 model in 2,260 middle and high school students. We found that there was a difference in the developmental change of personality 5 factor according to sex and grade. In addition, we investigated the timing and characteristics of adolescent problem behavior by analyzing the sub - factors of neurosis. Analysis was used for One-Way ANOVA. if there is significant differences we proceeded post hoc tests. The results of this study are as follows; first, The five personality traits of the adolescents showed differences according to gender. The girls were higher than boys in the Openness, Conscientiousness and Extraversion. In contrast, the boys were higher than girls in the Neuroticism. Second, There was a difference in the characteristics of five personality traits of adolescents according to grade. Third, Gender-specific developmental grade tendency characteristics of adolescent personality trait shows a different pattern in gender. Especially, in the analysis by gender and grade boys showed that personality traits prominent in the middle school Grade 2. likewise, girls showed that personality traits prominent in the high school Grade 3. Then, associated with Neuroticism the Externalizing behavior problems was found to be expressed in the middle school Grade 1 and 2. likewise, the Internalizing behavior problems was found to be expressed in high school Grade 3. Therefore, this study was able to determine the current developmental change in personality traits adolescence of our country. Also it found that mental health problems can be a different expression depending on gender and grade.

This paper proposes a visualization method that expresses users' MBTI personality types based on the categorization method called 'Big Five Personality Traits' and their representative celebrities' facial images. This system has significance for visualizing traits from texts to images effectively. The entire system is composed of making backgrounds to represent traits of each MBTI category using 'Big Five Personality Traits' and showing facial images of celebrities with corresponding MBTI personality types. First, 'Big Five Personality Traits' classifies 16 MBTI types into four categories and each of category traits lays the foundation to make background using visual elements such as colors and lines. Second, celebrities' facial images are substituted for the corresponding literal explanation of each MBTI type. By adjusting the color saturation, users can distinguish relationship between the types intuitively. As a result, this system enables users to take information for their own / opposite / similar MBTI types simultaneously.

본 연구는 의료서비스기업에 종사하는 종업원의 성격 5요인 모델에 따라 종업원의 직무 만족(job satisfaction) 과 고객지향적 태도(customer orientation) 에 미치는 영향을 연구 하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해서 서울과 대구에 소재한 대학병원과 경기도에 소재한 중 소형 병윈의 간호사들을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 총 207개의 유효 표본을 획득하였다. 통계분석로는 응답자특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석을 설시하였고, 측정모형의 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 위해 신뢰성도 분석, 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 의료서비스종업원의 성격 5요인 모델이 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델 분석을 통해 실시하였다. 그 결과, 성격 5요인 모델은 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 국내에서는 의료서비스업종을 대상으로 성격 5요인 모델을 적용한 연구가 미비한 현재 시점에서 의미 있는 결과라고 할 수 있다. 직무만족, 역시 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 방향으로 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타나, 직무만족이 높을수록 고객지향적 태도가 높아질 수 있다는 것을 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 다음과 같은 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다. 첫째, 고객과 종업원의 상호작용을 통해 서비스가 전달되는 상황에서 고객 욕구를 인지하고 충족시키며, 요구된 서비스를 전달하고, 고객과 개인적인 관계를 평가할 수 있는 고객지향적 태도 측정모델의 이론적인 토대를 제공한 점이다. 둘째, 최근의 성격이론가들은 성격 5요인 모델이 개인의 성격특성에 있어서 개인차를 설명해주는 포괄적이고 공통적인 구조로 존재한다는 학문적 통합에 동의한다. 마지막으로, 본 연구를 통해서 의료서비스 종업원의 직무만족도는 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 마치는지를 실증적으로 밝혔다는 것이다. 따라서 관리자들은 종업원의 직무만족도를 주기적으로 측정하여 불만족 요인을 찾아 해결하고, 높은 수준의 고객지향적 태도를 유지하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사해준다 하겠다.

As the importance of realistic game character in order to cause the interest of player is increased, it is necessary to develop the character that acts like a man by applying the human characteristics in the step of game character design. Formerly, there is a limit to create the human-like character because there is no set the character's personality in the game developing level. In this paper, therefore, we propose the correlation between Five Factor Model and Ego-state for game character. Five Factor Model and Ego-state are theories about person's characteristic. Five Factor Model is personality description method. Ego-state has an emphasis on internal mental processes directly from observable behaviors. In this regard, these theories could be used to the character defined its personality and designed to act by personality. To do this, it needs to determine the relations between Five Factor Model and Ego-state. Therefore we seek for the relations between two theories using Adjective Check List(ACL) and analysis their results with surveys. In the future, it is expected to construct a personality model using these analysis results, and develop the character based on realistic behavior.

신(新)산업 발굴 및 신(新)고용창출을 위한 대안으로 창업정책이 확대 및 확산되어 지고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황 속에서 창업의 성공을 높이기 위한 교육이나 연구가 계속 되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 직업을 선택하거나 새로이 창업을 하고 조직에서 각자의 역할을 진행하는 과정에 개개인이 타고나고 특성들에 대한 고민이 함께 되어야한다. 경제성장 및 정량적 고용창출의 목적을 넘어 창업가들이 직업적 가치를 위한 자아실현 관점에서 창업가 육성을 고민해야 할 시점이 될 것이다. 이러한 만족스러운 직업을 갖게 하는 것이 진정한 의미에서의 국가의 역할이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 즉, 창업가 육성에 관한 관점을 소유권과 시장보호 및 개척의 관점을 넘어 국민의 생애 만족도를 높이기 위한 창업교육과 정책에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 창업 시 만족도와 성과에 영향을 줄 수 있는 창업가의 개인적 특성 중 성격 5요인(BIG5)을 중심으로 기업가정신과 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로서 개인의 어떠한 특성이 주요하게 작용하는지 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 창업의 다수를 차지하고 있으면서도 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인 중 외식업, 의류업, 커피전문점, 미용업 등의 자영업자를 대상으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 연구를 통해 창업성과를 높이기 위해 성격 5요인이 모두 중요하게 작용함을 확인할 수 있었다. 개방성과 친화성을 바탕으로 만족도를 높은 창업자를 육성하고 외향성과 성실성을 높인다면 실질적인 재무성과로 연결시킨다면 창업의 성공을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 앞으로 창업교육과 정책 방향의 토대를 마련하기 위한 창업자 개인의 특성에 관한 다양한 연구가 시도되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 OTT 개인화 추천 서비스에서 5요인 성격이론을 적용하여 사용자들의 정보 프라이버시 염려에 관한 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 프라이버시 염려와 개인정보 제공의도와의 관계에 관한 가설을 도출하였다. OTT 개인화 추천 서비스의 정보 프라이버시 염려에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 성격이론인 친화성, 정서적 불안정성, 성실성, 외향성, 경험에 대한 개방성 다섯 가지 요인을 도출하였으며, OTT 추천 서비스의 특성인 추천서비스의 정확성, 추천서비스의 다양성, 추천 서비스의 신기성 세 가지 요인을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 5요인 성격이론을 OTT 개인화 추천서비스 연구에 적용하였다는 데 의의가 있을 뿐만 아니라, OTT 기업들이 사용자의 정보 프라이버시 염려 행동을 이해하는 데에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
