최근에 내의는 디자인 및 소재의 다양화로 기능성과 패션성을 지향하는 등의 새로운 경향이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 계절별로 선호하는 언더웨어용 소재의 태와 감성요인을 추출하고 이의 계절 및 성별에 따른 차이를 비교하며, 태와 감성이미지가 소재의 선호도에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 조사대상은 H대학의 남ㆍ녀 대학생 109명으로 설문조사를 하였으며 여름철 내의용 소재인 13가지의 편성물 중 가장 선호하는 소재의 태와 감성이미지를 7점 척도로 평가하였으며 선행연구에서 사용된 태와 감성 형용사를 수정 보완한 설문지를 이용하였다. The response to noise may differ depending on the respondent's noise sensitivity. In this study, it was investigated that the noise sensitivity, the annoyance and disturbance of floor impact noise and opinions on their neighbors. The questionnaire respondents were divided into two or three groups based on noise sensitivity, and annoyance and disturbance on floor impact sound were compared. The noise sensitivity questionnaire method was presented. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 233 residents of Seoul, Gyeonggi - do area. As a result of the questionnaire survey, when the sensitivity group was divided into three groups, it was found that there was a significant difference between the groups with the noise sensitivity and the disturbance reaction. As a result of the opinions on their neighbors, positive responses to neighbors increased with age. Also, it was found that there was a low perception of inter - floor noise and life disturbance of the group having positive feelings about neighbors.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze various categories such as the recognition, expectation and acceptability of CCTV use in educational facilities by doing a survey on how college students think about the CCTV installed in educational facilities. For this research, diverse existing surveys regarding CCTV were examined, and the appropriate elements of survey questions were extracted and developed. Based on this method, we intend to complete a survey study hereafter on the change in perception regarding CCTV inspection. We made four hypotheses before the survey and the results of the survey are as follows: First, the expectations for CCTV's ability to reduce crime were high. Second, the fears about being a victim of theft or violence crime were decreased. Third, there were a number of respondents who would weigh more on increased safety by installing a CCTV rather than be concerned that CCTV may lead to the violation of students' human rights. Fourth, there showed a difference in recognizing CCTV among three groups. Also, for the questions regarding the places where CCTV is installed, there were many negative opinions on its installation in the student convenient facilities. What we have achieved was not a simple survey which investigates the pros and cons about CCTV use, but a newly suggested way of survey, which enables us to test various hypotheses and figure out the changing perceptions on CCTV effectiveness in educational facilities with more efficiency.

This study surveyed residents and public officials for the projects to make smart-city plans of Geumsan-gun. First, domestic and foreign cases related to smart city projects were reviewed. The local status of Geumsan-gun was investigated regarding various aspects of the natural, social, urban environment, and smart-city facilities. The survey results were as follows. Overall, more than half of the survey respondents said they were satisfied with their housing quality. Several problems in their areas, such as inefficient welfare system, shortage of parking space, and industrial infrastructure, were reported. On the other hand, tourism and leisure facilities, health care support systems, industries to boost the economy, and the job market were also important issues. The problem was that the regional problems mentioned above were not in line with their preferences for smart-city services. The implications of the survey results could be summed up as follows. The groupware surveys of Geumsan-gun should be used as survey tools, whereas IT survey tools (Google, Survey Monkey, etc.) should be used for locals. In particular, a survey targeting residents should ask plain and compact questions taking advantage of local gatherings. It is also important to have a pilot-survey with relevant public officials and select related projects and regional issues. The survey of local residents and public officials is a prerequisite for promoting smart city projects. The smart city project shall reflect the needs of residents while solving community problems by considering the survey results and local conditions.

오늘날 새로운 마케팅 기법으로서 고객중심적인 체험마케팅의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 여성화장품 소비자의 체험마케팅이 브랜드 인식에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구는 설문조사를 통해 수행하였으며 설문조사는 국내 한 화장품회사의 체험행사에 참여한 여성으로 하였다. 설문은 체험마케팅 참여 전과 후로 나누어 두 차례 동일한 상대를 조사하여 그 결과를 비교하였으며, 연구결과 첫째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드인지도의 향상은 유의한 것으로 나타났고. 둘째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드 신뢰도도 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다, 셋째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드충성도도 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났고 넷째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드이미지도 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 소비자의 브랜드 인식을 향상하는데 있어 체험마케팅의 효과가 입증되었다.

대부분의 기업에서는 우수한 인적 자원의 유출을 방지하기 위해 직원들이 이직 및 퇴사하는 이유를 연구한다. 이에 기업은 직원이 퇴사하기 전에 면담을 하거나 설문조사를 통해서 연구에 필요한 데이터를 얻는다. 하지만 설문조사에서는 직원들이 직장 생활을 하는 데에 불리할 수도 있는 의견을 드러내려고 하지 않아 정확한 결과를 얻기 힘든 것이 현실이다. 한편, 한국노동연구원에서 발표한 자료에 따르면 기업이 요구하는 최소 학력 수준과 직원의 학력 수준 간의 차이가 클수록 이직 경향이 커진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국노동연구원의 자료에 착안하여, 직원이 가지고 있는 객관적 데이터인 전공, 교육수준, 재직 중인 회사 유형 등의 데이터를 기반으로 직원의 퇴사 여부를 예측하고자 한다. 퇴사 예측 모델을 생성하기 위해 Decision Tree, XGBoost, kNN, SVM을 활용하였으며 각각의 성능을 비교했다. 이 결과, 지금까지 설문조사로 진행되었던 연구에서 파악하지 못한 다양한 요인을 알아낼 수 있었다. 이를 통해 기업이 퇴사 예측 모델을 이용하여 직원이 퇴사하기 전에 미리 이를 인지하고 방지하는 데에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

본 논문은 ATIS의 효과를 평가할 수 있도록 교통정보제공에 따른 운전자의 노선선택 행태자료를 수집할 수 있는 시뮬레이터 개발에 관한 것이다. 현재 이러한 행태자료를 수집하기 위해서 설문지에 의한 SP(Stated Preference) 설문조사가 널리 수행되어지고 있으나 이러한 설문조사방법은 ATIS와 같은 가상의 환경을 응답자에게 이해시킬 수 있는 설문지를 작성하기가 힘들고, 무엇보다 운전중에 느끼게 되는 time pressure를 현실적으로 반영하지 못하기 때문에 신뢰성있는 자료를 수집하는데 어려움이 있다. 시뮬레이터는 보다 현실적인 교통상황을 계산하고 적절한 인터페이스 구성을 통해 교통상황과 분석자의 설문 의도를 응답자에게 효과적으로 인지시킬 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서 세 가지 모듈(교통 시뮬레이션 모듈, 데이터베이스 모듈, 이용자 인터페이스 모듈)로 구성된 프로토타입 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 개발된 프로토타입의 유용성을 알아보기 위해 실제로 실시간 교통정보가 제공되는 작은 네트워크를 대상으로 파일럿 테스트를 수행하였고, 수집된 자료는 discrete choice model을 정산하는데 사용하였으며 그 분석결과는 상당히 합리적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 이러한 시뮬레이터는 교통정보전략에 따른 효과를 사전에 분석해보고, 효과적인 교통정보시스템을 설계 및 운영하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents two cases of organizational studies and deals with the issue of the level of analysis in the study of organizational phenomena. The first study focuses on the individual level of analysis and examines the effect of a merit pay system on employee attitudes, In this study data were collected using questionnaires from 195 employees across 18 companies. Analyses were are performed using 195 questionnaires at the individual level of analysis. On the other hand, the second study focuses on the group level of analysis examines the relationship between transformational leadership and group performance. In this study data were collected using questionnaires from 320 employees embeded in 40 groups in an insurance company. The 320 questionnaires were aggregated by groups and analyses were performed based on the aggregated scores at the group level of analysis. The importance of the level of analysis in the study of organizational phenomena was discussed.

본 연구에서는 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템을 개발하기 위하여 사용자 요구사항을 조사 및 분석하였고 분석 결과, 요구사항정의서와 시스템규격서를 도출하였다. 먼저, 위성영상 상황판 연계·표출시스템의 요구사항 조사를 위해 중앙재난안전상황실 근무자를 대상으로 설문(수요) 조사를 수행하였다. 상황실 실무자별 요구사항을 취합한 설문 결과와 연구 1차년에 수행했던 상황실 근무자 인터뷰 결과, RFP, 연구단 내부협의 결과를 검토하여 정보제공 측면 및 위성영상 활용 측면의 사용자 요구사항을 도출하였다. 도출 결과를 기반으로 시스템 요구사항을 정의한 결과, 시스템 기능은 54개의 기능과 9개의 비기능으로 분류되었다. 또한, 시스템 구성요소별 요구기능을 세부적으로 구분하여 요구사항정의서를 작성하였다. 시스템 요구기능 분류는 사용자기능/관리자기능/사용자서비스/사용자인터페이스/시스템기능/시스템서비스 등으로 상세 구분하였다. 마지막으로, 연구단 협의를 통해 요구사항정의서를 기반의 시스템규격서를 작성하였다. 시스템규격서는 일반규격, 각 시스템별 성능규격, 인터페이스규격, 기능규격으로 구분하여 세부 정의하였다. 본 연구내용은 지속적인 연구 개발을 통해 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 설계 자료로 활용될 계획이며, 향후 위성영상을 활용한 재난안전 상황관리 대비/대응 체계 마련에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.
