Bargaining theory with asymmetric information is widely accepted to explain labor disputes. Even though it secures theoretical consistency, it needs to be supplemented to explain disputes and negotiation more accurately. This paper shows that it may be assisted by bargaining theories based on the economics of psychology as well as theories on bargaining practices which are popular in other academic fields. The former suggests the occurrence of asymmetric information is related with the perception of the players of bargaining. The latter does they do not exchange offers as the typical theory of bargaining with asymmetric information assumes. When the latter is applied to explain the labor disputes of the public sector, it explains clearly their features and the differences from those of the private sector.

There are successful multinationals like McDonald's, and International hotel chain. The reason is efficiency managing diversity workforces. Therefore, purpose of this study suggests practical guidelines to handling global workforce for creative ideas, diversity for network, and pool for superiority workforces. 1. The company or university we provided by training program for cross-culture seminar, and education program for global culture & manner. 2 The employees express their perceptions and feelings in their own language, the discussions were videotaped, and used for decreasing misfactors such as misperceptions, misevaluations, and mistrust. 3. It builds up various program for understanding cultural difference like seminar, world business manner, and costume & food culture for each country. 4. Top manager should keep in mind that cross-culture has diversity and consistency at the same time.

This paper is about interactional characteristics of a middle school student's conceptual ecology in the context of conceptual change. A case study in this paper shows that: (1) there is interacted with three characteristics(conceptions, past experience, and explanatory coherence) within conceptual ecology; (2) the interactional characteristics of conceptual ecology have significant affects on the difficulties of conceptual change. Implications of this case study are that: (1) teaching for conceptual change should start at the certain site related to subject-matter task within students' conceptual ecology; (2) Students' inconsistent explanations could be used as the clue of conceptual change; (3) Past experience is the important area of conceptual ecology research for understanding learners.

전구기후모델은 전 지구 규모에서 일관성 있는 전망 결과를 제공한다. 이를 수자원분야의 활용과 같은 지역 단위의 응용분야에 실질적으로 활용하기 위해서는 상세화 절차가 반드시 필요하며, 상세화 전후의 결과에 대한 평가가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 전구기후모델을 이용한 상세화 전후의 체계적인 평가를 위한 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 평가방법으로는 과거 재현성 평가와 미래 불확실성 평가를 통해 실시하였다. 과거 재현성 평가는 상세화 이전 전구기후모델의 과거 공간재현성평가와 상세화 된 자료와 ETCCDI를 이용한 Technique for Order of Preference b Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)기법으로 평가하였다. 미래 기간의 불확실성 평가는 Katsavounidis approach (KKZ)방법을 통한 미래 불확실성의 설명력을 고려하여 실시하였다. 전구기후모델은 CMIP5에서 제공되는 모형들 중 26를 이용하였고, Representative Concentration Pathways (RCP) 시나리오는 4.5와 8.5를 이용하였고, 기상변수는 강수량, 최대기온, 최저기온을 구축하였다. 상세화는 통계적 상세화방법 중 하나인 Spatial Disaggregation Quantile Delta Mapping (SDQDM)방법을 이용하였다. 과거 재현성평가를 위한 과거기간은 1976년부터 2005년까지의 30년 기간을 사용하였다. 미래 불확실성 평가를 위한 기간은 3개 구간 (2011-2040, 2041-2070, 2071-2099)을 사용하였다. 과거 재현성 평가를 통해 26개 전구기후모델 중 모사력이 부족하다고 판단되는 모델을 제외한 19개 전구기후모델을 선정하였고, 이를 이용하여 미래 불확실성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 각각의 미래기간과 RCP시나리오에서의 미래변동성을 설명하기 위한 전구기후모델의 최소 필요수를 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 효율적인 수자원분야의 전구기후모델의 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

본고(本稿)는 시장진입(市場進入)에 대해 시장기능(市場機能)에 맡기기를 주장하는 자유경제주의(自由經濟主義)(laissaire faire)와 정부개입(政府介入)을 주장하는 산업정책주의(産業政策主義)(industrial policy)간의 논란(論難)에 대해서 일발적인 이론(理論)을 비교설명하고 석유화학산업(石油化學産業)의 예(例)를 듦으로써 공업발전법(工業發展法) 운용방안(運用方案)에 대한 몇가지 기준(基準)을 제시하려 하였다. 1986년에 발효(發效)된 공업발전법(工業發展法)은 합리화지정(合理化指定)을 통한 시장진입(市場進入)을 제한(制限)함에 있어서 구체적인 기준의 제시없이 2개의 협의회(協議會)에 위임하고 있어 일관성(一貫性) 및 공평성(公平性)의 결여로 사회적(社會的) 비용(費用)이 발생될 우려가 있으며, 본고(本稿)의 분석결과(分析結果)를 토대로 합리화산업지정(合理化産業指定)에 대한 몇가지 기준(基準)을 제시하였다.

Energy is an essential element in economic activity and people's lives, an important resource used by various industries, and the financialization of commodity markets has led to the growing importance of crude oil turning into the same asset as other assets. Accordingly, studies analyzing the correlation between energy prices and investor sentiment explain that investor sentiment affects oil prices through economic factors and speculation. In this study, we wanted to analyze whether the impact of the most representative changes in oil prices affects investor decision making, affecting investor sentiment, and applying wavelet consistency analysis to determine how energy prices relate to investor sentiment. Studies show that policies should be focused on policy and market changes because energy prices differ by time scale and investment sentiment should be more influential in the long term than in the short term.

한국어 구문 트리 태깅 코퍼스는 한국어 문장의 구문 구조가 구문 트리 형태로 태깅된 코퍼스이다. 코퍼스 구축은 사람(annotator)에 의하여 수작업으로 이루어지므로, 많은 시간과 인력을 소모하는 작업이다. 그렇기 때문에 코퍼스 구축을 도와주는 구문 트리 태깅 워크벤치는 코퍼스 구축에 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 구문 트리 태깅 코퍼스를 일관되고 빠르게 구축하기 위한 워크벤치 설계시의 고려 사항을 제시한다. 이러한 고려 사항을 기반으로, 다소 정확한 부분에 대한 태깅만을 수행하는 부분 구문 분석, 태깅한 결과에 대한 검증 과정인 일관성 검사, 편한 구문 트리 태깅을 고려한 사용자 인터페이스, 플랫폼 독립적인 구현 등과 같은 워크벤치의 실제 구현에 대하여 설명한다. 또한, 구문 트리 태깅 워크벤치의 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시한다.

주식투자에 따른 체계적 위험인 베타는 실증분석에 따르면 장기적으로는 안정적이지만 단기적으로는 불안정하다. 본 연구에서는 3개월과 1년의 기간별로 추정된 규모별 및 업종별 포트폴리오 베타의 불안정성을 검토하고, 베타의 불안정성을 설명할 수 있는 거시경제변수를 찾아보고자 하였다. 베타추정시 시장수익률의 선택이 실증분석결과에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 시장수익률로서 종합주가지수 수익률과 산술평균 수익률을 이용하여 베타를 추정하고, 이를 이요한 회귀분석 결과에 따르면 시장수익률로서 종합주가지수 수익률보다는 산술평균 수익률을 사용한 경우에 분석결과에 논리적 일관성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 규모별 포트폴리오 베타와 거시경제변수간의 관계를 분석한 결과 금리차이와 수출비율은 소기업 포트폴리오 베타와는 음의 관계를, 대기업 포트폴리오 베타와는 양의 관계를 보이고 있다. 그리고 회사채금리는 소기업 포트폴리오 베타와 양의 관계를, 대기업 포트폴리오 베타와는 음의 관계를 보이고 있다. 거시경제변수와 업종별 포트폴리오 베타와의 회귀분석에서는 대부분의 거시경제변수가 일부 포트폴리오 베타와는 양의 관계를, 다른 포트폴리오 베타와는 음의 관계를 보이고 있다.

현대의 전기 통신망은 통신서비스의 단순한 제공 수단에서 국가적인 사회간접자본으로 그 역할이 변화되고 있다. 이와 같은 통신망의 역할 변화와 함께 초고속화, 집중화 되는 통신망의 안정성에 대한 체계적인 연구의 중요성은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 통신망의 안정성은 시스템 설계의 신뢰성 확보, 재난에 대한 예방 대책, 재난 관리 시스템 운용, 재해 복구 대책, 사업자간 제휴 등으로 예방 및 대처가 부분적으로 가능하지만 망 사업자의 입장에서는 가능한 자원을 최적으로 활용하여 외부 재해나 내부 장애에도 강건한 구조의 통신망으로 계획하고 설계함이 가장 기초적인 안정성 대책이 된다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 통신망의 안정성을 체계적으로 계획하고 이에 맞게 통신망을 설계하는 일관된 과정(Integrated Network Design Process)을 위한 통신망 안정성에 대한 계층적 모형을 설명하고, 유사동기식 전송 기술에서 최근의 동기식 전송 기술로 대체되고, 향후 ATM 전달 모드로의 진화되는 추세를 감안할 때 필수적인 새로운 통신망 안정성 모형을 제시한다. 특히 기존에는 Logical Layer와 Transmission System Layer로 나누어 계획되고 설계되는 일련의 과정들이 동기식 장비들의 개선된 interworking과 ATM의 유연한 망구조의 장점 때문에 통합되어 계획/설계되어야 하는 필요성과 장단점을 설명하고 최근의 최적화 기술은 이와 같은 통합된 설계 모형에도 효율적이 해결 방안을 제공함을 보여준다. 이와 같은 제시된 통합 방법론/모형과 함께 한국통신의 기간 전송망의 계획과 설계에 사용된 사례를 제시하고, 향후 국가적으로 중요한 관심 사항인 초고속통신망/BISDN의 구축에 효율적으로 응용되기 위한 추가적인 연구 주제와 기대성과를 논의한다.

The main purpose of this paper is to explain and analyze visual descriptors of MPEG-7 for representing multimedia content. This study describes MPEG-7 visual descriptors that are made of color, shape, texture, and motion using some examples and application areas in detail. As a result, those visual descriptors can represent the rich and deep features in multimedia contents domain. Also, the use of those descriptors will increase the retrieval effectiveness as well as the interoperability among systems through the consistency of the content representation.
