This paper is framed for analyzing what the most significant factors are in Turkey, where the Korean investing enterprises should overcome and accomodate to the various barriers of management, especially in terms of network construction. The main purpose of this research is to test empirically some connections of between the managing strategy of network competitiveness by Korean enterprises and the management performances of Korean ones in Turkey while this is composed of two stages. First, the study model is planned by discussing relevant theories, previous studies and the current investment circumstances in local Turkey. Second, the survey of Korean enterprises participated in investment activities in there is practiced by gathering questionnaires. The strategic method of structural equation modeling is implemented to testing some hypotheses. Summing up partially, to maximize profits growth, Korean enterprises have been making application of the internal worker controlling as the means of network competitive advantages.

SDN and NFV are next-generation network technologies, and cloud, such as data centers, campuses, and large companies, has been established, or is actively applied by service-oriented communication companies. In particular, the Defense Integrated Data Center will be a prime example for military applications. In order for the Defense Integrated Data Center (DIDC) to become an intelligent center, it is accelerating the promotion of the "Smart Defense Integrated Data Center", which applied the latest information and communication technology (ICT). At the time of the establishment of DIDC, it plans to start building infrastructure such as cloud services at around 30% level, and expand D-Cloud to 75% through 'Cloud First'. In addition, the introduction of SDN/NFV will reduce the operation cost and manpower of DIDC, strengthen the ability to efficiently use information resources and cyber information protection systems, and increase flexibility and agility in using each system to improve efficiency in defense management in the future. Therefore, we will discuss the justification and expected effects of SDN/NFV introduction, focusing on DIDC.

The purpose of the study is to examine citizens' perception regarding establishing a new public library in Jung-gu, Daegu. The study conducted a survey and the participants(N=300) were recruited using a quota sampling method(174 residents of Jung-gu and 126 others in Daegu who may use public libraries in Jung-gu). The respondents highly recognized both the present and future value of public libraries and the impact to themselves and their families, but they perceived that they currently have very few public libraries in Jung-gu, Deagu. Thus, they damanded that new public libraries be built in Jung-gu, and had high willingness to use the public libraries. The study also found that respondents' basic direction regarding building a new public library in Jung-gu and their preference on library location, collection, services, etc. The study finally earned the validity in establishing a new municipal library in Jung-gu, Daegu from the results. On the basis of the findings, the study suggested planing the detailed guidelines and directions for further library construction and operation.

This study tries to analyze the investment determinants of Chinese firms in local Korea, where the Chinese investing ones have been operating since in the middle of 1990s. The main purpose can be mentioned to test empirically some relations between the investment determinants of Chinese firms and the investment types. In detail speaking, the dependent variables of investment types are classified with sole venture and joint venture, while the independent ones are sorted based on the previous studies with the 2 following factors like the competitive advantages of Chinese firms, and the location advantages of local Korea. This study is conducted as the following: the survey of Chinese firms engaging in investment activities in there is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the path analysis of structural equation modeling is activated with SPSS. 12.0 and AMOS 11.0 for windows.

This main purpose of the research is to test empirically some relations between the managing strategy of Korean enterprises and the circumstance factors of politics in Russia while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Russia. Second, the survey of Korean enterprises engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them with this survey. And the statistic method of structural equation modeling is used to testing some hypotheses. Explaining the analyzing tools, SPSS 12.0 for windows is being used for Correlation, Reliability, Validity and Multi regression and Finally the Path analysis is implemented by AMOS 7.0 for windows.

This study aims to find complex service plans for individual presidential archives. It analyzes previous studies dealing with the justification, cases, and services of individual presidential archives. The characteristics, functions, and service aspects of individual presidential archives are theoretically discussed. As a case study, the services of individual presidential archives in the United States are analyzed, and the study finds the complex nature of the services. Furthermore, interviews with archival experts are conducted on the subject of the current status of the presidential archives, experience in use, and improvement measures to discuss the problems and limitations of the current integrated presidential archives services and diagnose the prospects of individual presidential archives. In conclusion, it proposes the individual presidential archives service strategies in four areas, namely, information service, research support service, exhibition service, and outreach service.

This study is for analyzing the management performances of Korean tourism firms, operating as preparing strategically against FTA which is one of the most importantly external environment in international management since in the middle of 1990s. The main purpose is to test empirically some relations between the management performances and the levels of ownership-specifics advantages of Korean tourism ones. To be exact, the dependent variables of management performances are classified with sales, profits and management satisfaction, while the independent ones of the competitive advantages are sorted with the 5 following factors like marketing, product development, service supply, finance and organization culture. The survey of Korean tourism enterprises engaging in management activities in Korea is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are being used for correlation, reliability, validity, multi regression and the path analysis of structural equation modeling. As a result, Marketing is certified as only common factor to influence three dependent variables of sales, profit and management satisfaction positively.

In this study, we aimed to examine the feasibility of establishing a shared preservation center with a focus on the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education. We conducted surveys to assess the current situation and gather perceptions. The research findings revealed the following: Firstly, the surveyed school libraries were already experiencing extreme levels of book saturation, necessitating the management of book saturation and proper book quantity. Secondly, very few libraries had the facilities required for book preservation. Thirdly, the research showed that in 78% of school libraries, book saturation already exceeded 75%, leading to a rapid increase in discarded books each year. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the systematic expansion of a shared preservation center. Moreover, given the difficulty of individual libraries in establishing facilities for preservation, valuable materials such as rare books and specialized resources should be transferred to a shared preservation center. Additionally, policies and regulations related to material preservation are deemed necessary.

As the global air traffic volume has shown a rapid increase, doubling every 15 years since 1977, domestic and international air traffic control services and air navigation safety facility operation management system and status review It is necessary to present the feasibility of establishing an air traffic control agency with integrated functions and establish an operating system for an independent dedicated agency to provide advanced air traffic control services in preparation for the future air transport environment. In particular, in 2021, the national ATM reformation and enhancement (NARAE) a customized comprehensive plan for operations, facilities, and systems to handle air traffic safely and efficiently by actively reflecting changes in the navigation environment such as international policies and standards as this is established, the role of the air traffic control agency becomes more important, and an improved action plan for the control and navigation operating system must be promoted.

This paper is targeted on proposing ameliorating alternative to performance assessment method of GSEM through evaluating the current one, which is initiated by SMBA to induce fair competition among 5 GSEM across the country and accommodate the quality improvement of entrepreneurship education since 2005 after beginning the SMBA support, from the perspective of BSC(Balanced Scorecard) tool. Ultimately, it complements the policy defects of SMBA over GSEM, in particular, in the process of performance assessment and management. This paper carries out two studies as follow. First, throughout reviewing the previous studies relating to BSC applications to non-profit organization, it set out the direction of introducing BSC in assessing performance of GSEM in order to enhance its effectiveness. Second, it evaluate the rationality of performance assessing tools apllied to GSEM by SMBA on the basis of BSC application over non-profit organization, especially in education institution. Research results shows the following implications. First, the current evaluation system over GSEM is just merely assessment itself and not much contributions for the post performance management. Second, The annual evaluation just remains to check up whether the policy goals are met or not. Third, the current evaluation puts much emphasis just on financial inputs and hardware infra, not considering human resources and utilization of government policy and institution. Fourth, the policy goals are unilaterally focused on entrepreneurs. Fifth, the current evaluation systems do not contain any indexes relating to learning and growth perspectives for concerning sustainable and independent growing up. However, lack of empirical testing require this paper to need the further study in the future.
