Information system audit is the requirement to configure the information system successfully. However, there is a problem with reduction of efficiency in the audit work when the system capacity is growing up. In the subsidiary field of information system audit, there is the same problem. In this paper, we will focus on the database audit, and implement an SQL audit tool in order to improve the performance of a database. During the designing phase of the SQL audit tool which aim to improve the performance of a database, we have analyzed the requirements of SQL audit work. Based on the aforementioned them, the process of the SQL audit tool has been designed with SQL audit features in accordance with information audit process. During the implementation phase, we have implemented 3 main function modules according to the output of the design phase. The main modules we implemented are the audit job definition module, audit job executing module and result reporting module. With the implemented tool, it applied to an Electric Power Corporation project in China and compared with other tools that are able to use SQL audit. In this paper, the implemented SQL audit tool is able to perform the general SQL audit work and to reduce the cost of the audit work for database performance and to raise the accuracy of result and to apply the extended inspection rule which need to use SQL parsing.

The volume of Construction project is increasing now in Korea. The complexity and variety makes the project many problems. But there are few construction contract experts. This results in a lot of managerial conflicts. Specially Engineer/Designer confront gigantic risk related to their job. So, to classify and to identify the risk practical investigation about Engineer/Designer's job. Therefore, to avoid and to prevent the claims for Engineer/Designer, clarification of the scope of service, use of external claim expert, and introduction of professional liability insurance should be accomplished.

Recently, the design and supervision separating system has have been widely adopted in Korea. In this system, the owner should exclude the architect who designed the building from supervisor in the same project. The design and supervision separating system has advantage of less fraudulent construction and weakness of design intention reflection difficulty in construction stage. In this study, the status, problems and solutions of this system are identified from expert survey and interview. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the work scope of designer and supervisor should be clear and the guidelines for this system should be clearly defined. Second, the optimal price for the work scope should be guaranteed. Also, the education program for the improvement of supervisor capability should be provided.

정보통신분야의 책임감리를 정착하기 위해서는 관련법 정비가 시급히 이뤄져야 한다. 특히 복합건설공사의 경우 해당사업의 관련법이 혼재돼 있고 이에 대한 해석의 차이로 각종 간섭사항이 나타나고 있으며 이로 인한 감리업무 혼선이 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보 인프라 구축을 위한 정보통신설비 공사의 설계 및 감리를 위한 제도개선 방안을 건설기술관리법, 전력 기술관리법 등의 관련법규와 정보통신공사업법을 비교하고, 선진국의 사례를 조사하여 제도 개선 방향, 즉 정보통신분야의 설계감리의 필요성, 책임감리제의 도입, 및 감리원 관리의 체계화 방안 등을 제안한다.

우리가 사는 건축물에 비유되는 정보시스템이 지금도 공공이나 민간의 전 부문에 걸쳐 매우 다양한 모습으로 만들어지고, 운영되어지고 있다. 방대한 데이터베이스와 인터넷을 통한 실시간 서비스, 웹 환경에 기반한 프로그래밍으로 편리한 인터페이스의 제공, 계속적인 업그레이드에 의한 성능 개선 등 많은 장점을 가지고 있는 동시에 설계 잘못이나 질의 성능 저하로 인한 응답시간의 지연, 데이터의 손실 또는 해킹, 잘못 설계된 구조적 문제로 인한 피해 등의 부작용 또한 매우 크다. 이러한 부작용을 최소화 시키는 노력중의 하나가 정보시스템 감리이다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 감리의 영역 중 데이터베이스 감리 부분의 감리 기준 도출을 위한 연구를 수행하였다.

정보 시스템을 개발하고 관리하는 제반 활동들이 효율적으로 수행되고 있는지 점검하고 확인할 필요가 있다. 지금까지의 감리는 감리인의 정보 시스템 개발 및 감리경험에 의존하고 있으며, 평가방법에 있는 각 항목 기준이 애매하고, 정성적 평가로 인해 객관성이 결여되었다. 또한, 감리 정보 시스템이 개발되지 않아서 감리업무 평가에 활용되지 못하는 한계점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 감리업무의 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 감리 정보 시스템의 모델을 제안하고, 시험 감리를 위한 감리 정보 시스템을 설계한다.

전기설계 및 감리자는 그 건축물의 목적과 사용용도 그리고 계획설계자의 의지를 충분히 파악하지 않으면 좋은 설계와 감리가 될 수 없다. 건축물이란 일단의 대지 위의 지붕과 벽 또는 기둥으로서 거주 작업, 저장, 등의 용도에 쓰이는 것을 말한다. 또 여기서 부속되는 대문, 담장, 굴뚝은 물론 지하실, 지하상가와 같은 지하구축물과 탑비, 기념상, 선전탑, 기타 지붕과 벽 등이 없는 것이라도 여기에 포함된다.

전력기술관리법에서 전력시설물에 대한 설계 및 감리제도를 신설하고 전력기술인 및 감리원의 경력 관리제도를 마련하여 부실공사를 미연에 방지하고 전력기술인의 권익신장 및 편의를 도모할 수 있도록 하였습니다. 전력기술인이란 감리원의 등급 또는 경력의 확인을 받고나 하는 전력기술인 및 감리원을 고용하고 있는 관리주체 또는 사용자는 소속된 전력기술인 및 감리원의 현황을 한국전력기술인협회에 제출하여야 합니다.

현재 건축사사무소는 지난 IMF때보다 더한 불경기 속에서 경영에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그 와중에 감리방안 법개정 문제가 2003년 말부터 진행이 되어 온 바 우리 모두 이에 대하여 초미의 관심을 집중하고 있다. 이번 좌담회는 감리방안 법개정 문제에 대한 우리 협회차원의 의견을 마련하고자 기획되었으며, 무려 5시간여 동안 문제해결을 위한 패널들의 의견이 활발히 오고가며 열띤 토론의 장이 되었다. 이번 좌담회는 국회에 계류중인 법안과 홍익대학교 공청회를 통한 설계감리에 대한 건교부 용역보고서의 내용을 검토하면서 문제 도출 후 의견을 정리하여 해결책을 제시하는 방식으로 진행됐다.
