Design and Implement a Smart Control System of Door Security Guard (도어 안전고리 스마트 제어시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • A large number of people living in modern times prefer remaining unmarried or living alone independently for the reason of their own will or another person's will. This is because they dislike being interfered with by other persons or because there is a financial problem. This behavior has become mainstream in persons working for professional jobs, persons having a strong disposition toward individual activity or college students. In particular, career women pursuing their own comfortable life have the tendency to prefer single life. However, sometimes, they become a target of crime that targets and makes bad use of this point. For these reasons. Consequently, sometimes, they additionally install and use a security system such as door security guard at front door and so on. It is not so difficult to lock the door security guard at the front door. However, it is apt to be forgotten. And when they are on the bedspread before falling asleep, in case they should check whether the door security guard is locked or in case they should lock it, they should get up, go to the entrance, and check and lock the door security guard. They often don't lock the door security guard due to their feeling that it is all right because of annoyance and inconvenience. This paper is intended to work for safety from crime such as illegal housebreaking by more conveniently using the door security guard after designing and implementing a system that can remotely control the door security guard, using a smartphone as a method of resolving this annoyance and keeping life more safe.

An Analysis Study of Landscape View Point on Urban Histo-Cultural Area - Focused on Bukchon Hanok Village - (도시 내 역사문화미관지구 경관조망지점 분석에 관한 연구 - 북촌한옥마을을 대상으로 -)

  • This study is about selecting Landscape Viewpoint on Bukchon Hanok Village, Jongno-Gu, Seoul. The process on selecting photo spots was focused on visualizing elements, and it was hard to find an objective standard for selecting landscape viewpoint. Therefore, by literature review and site study, this study selects more objective and empirical Landscape View Point on Bukchon. Landscape Viewpoint Standards are Traditional Hanok Landscape, Historical Heritage Landscape, Alley Street Landscape, City Architecture Landscape, and Natural Forest Landscape. By Landscape Preference and Character of Place survey, this study finds out another Landscape Viewpoint and correlation of those variables. A coefficient of correlation is 0.846, and its correlation is considerably high. Through this result, it could provide a concrete standard for selecting Landscape View Point and a preliminary information for finding Landscape View Point on Histo-Cultural area.

Differences between Sale Prices and Lotting Prices in New Multi-family Housing Considering Housing Sub-Market (주택하부시장 특성을 고려한 신규 분양가와 입주후 가격 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study tried to find differences between housing lotting prices and sale prices owing to new multi-family housing price regulation. As the results of this study, they are as follows; First, this study shows housing market in Busan has a preferences of new housing which has a new housing form differing from the existing housing form. For example, the mixed-use apartment with higher stories shows steeper incline than the apartments with the existing forms. Second, the new housing prices are affected by the information that affect the price of the old existing housing. They are rates of green area of an apartment complex, the number of household, accessibility to downtown Busan and etc.. They are also confirmed factors that affect a rise of used-housing price in other studies. Third, brand value of apartments affects new housing prices. For example, if the major construction companies build the new apartment, it shows a rising trend than any other housing. Therefore, the local construction companies are expected to be put on a disadvantage places than major construction companies. Fourth, the lotting prices are the most important cause that lead to rise the new housing prices. Accordingly, the present lotting prices are expected that upward tendency the purchasing prices of the new housing will not continue, because the lotting prices have risen since the government removed lotting price regulations and exceeded the level of used-housing prices. And it denote that importance of housing sub-market which indicates rates of old existing housing market rising, frist preference Gu, second preference Gu, rate of multi-family housing.

A Comparative Study on the Transition of Purlin Coupling Method of Korean and Chinese Ancient Wooden Constructions (한중 목조건축 도리 결합방식 변천(變遷)에 관한 비교연구)

  • This study was to understand the basic principles of the East Asian wooden structure system research and analysis. The Korea and China ancient architecture internal structure research that the combination of girders and crossbeams position. The ancient wooden structures of eastern Asian countries, Korea and China are not much different from each other in the principles of the wooden architecture structure, combining pillars, purlins and crossbeams. However, it seems that age-division, local-division, national-division differs in detail techniques. China ancient wooden structures combination of purlin and crossbeam, and So-seul Timber(Chinese name: Chashou叉手, Tuojiao 托脚) seems to show differences according to the age of the fulcrum position, detailed approach is also different according to various historical dynasty. Before in the 15th century, Purlin and Crossbeam are coupled to each other, but since the 15th century, seems to have developed a technique combined with each other Girder and Crossbeam and to prevent buckling of the Crossbeam cross-sectional area increased dramatically. For Tuojiao in China Tang-Wudai dynasty(A.D. 618~979), can see that saw the top position Girder and Tuojiao no direct coupling, can be seen as maintaining the safety of the material than the material of the inner wooden structures prevent buckling of the purlin. Korea ancient wooden structures of Goryeo dynasty(A.D. 918~1391), So-seul Timber(Chinese name Tuojiao) why do not to use the fashion? To use Purlin Lower backing material techniques to prevent buckling is a popular trend to stable can be thought of as a preferred way to maintain. I think that with universality beyond the local-division, national-division and the two countries since the 15th century of Korea and China ancient wooden structures detailed mechanism for the purlin buckling. In middle-late Chosen dynasty, The effect of Deotgeolyi- techniques and fleeting beams reduce the purlin buckling that reduces the load transmitted from purlin and crossbeam of how to reduce the load on the roof portion of the architecture fleeting beams used, which of craftsmanship of the Chosen Dynasty building can be referred to as another technique for preventing buckling purlin. This Korea and China ancient architecture purlin beam structure and material So-seul Timber study. Seems to be able to provide a basic research study to restore and designed the old wooden architectures.

  • This paper presents a new volumetric approach to 3D object recognition by using PBSM (part-based superquadric model). The assembly part object can be constructed with the set of volumetric primitives and the relationships between them. We describe volumetric characteristics of the model object with superquadric parameters. In addition, our model base has the relationships between volumetric primitives as well as the surface information : the surface type, the junction type between neighboring surfaces. These surface properties and relationships between parts are effectively used in recognition process. Our integrated method is robust to recognition of the identity, position, and orientation of randomly oriented assembly parts. Furthermore, we can reduce the effects of self-occlusion and non-linear shape changes according to viewpoint. In this paper, we show that our integrated method is robust to recognition of the identity, position, and orientation of randomly oriented assembly parts through experimental results.

An Adaptive Recommendation Service Scheme Using Context-Aware Information in Ubiquitous Environment (유비쿼터스 환경에서 상황 인지 정보를 이용한 적응형 추천 서비스 기법)

  • With the emergence of ubiquitous computing era, various models for providing personalized service have been proposed, and, especially, several recommendation service schemes have been proposed to give tailored services to users proactively. However, the previous recommendation service schemes utilize a wide range of data without and filtering and consider the limited context-aware information to predict user preferences so that they are not adequate to provide personalized service to users. In this paper, we propose an adaptive recommendation service scheme which proactively provides suitable services based on the current context. We use accumulated interaction contexts (IC) between users and devices for predicting the user's preferences and recommend adaptive service based on the current context by utilizing clustering and collaborative filtering. The clustering algorithm improves efficiency of the recommendation service by focusing and analyzing the data that is collected from the locations nearby the users. Collaborative filtering guarantees an accurate recommendation, even when the data is insufficient. Finally, we evaluate the performance and the reliability of the proposed scheme by simulations.

  • Since 1990, identifying the sex of fetus and illegal abortion has brought the sex ratio imbalance at birth in Korea due to a notion of preferring a son to a daughter, socio-economic development, population policy, and so forth. Although there have been many researches such as time series analysis and region difference analysis to monitor this sex ratio imbalance, they have a defect that time and space could not be included in the analysis simultaneously. This study analyzes the sex ratio imbalance at birth, taking into account time and region at the same time. The analysis considered the numbers of male and female babies, who were born as the third or latter in their families, in 2000 and 2001 at 234 Gu / Si / Goon administrative districts. Here, we suggest a mixture model of binomial distributions, assuming heterogeneous populations. The estimation of the location parameters, weights and correlation coefficient of the mixture model is conducted by the EM algorithm, and the heterogeneity of the regions is expressed as a picture using ArcView GIS.

The Distribution and Habitat of Bibari Snake (Sibynophis collaris Gray)in Jeiu Island, Korea (제주산 비바리뱀(Sibynophis collaris Gray)의 분포와 서식지)

  • This study was carried out to examine the distribution and habitat of Bibarl snake (Sibynophis Collaris) from March 1998 to June 2005 in Jeju island, Korea. 5 individuals of Bibari snake were observed on northern part of JeJu, 1 individual on southern area and 2 individuals on western area during research period. As a result, it was revealed that Bibari snake was found on the whole of Jeju island. Its observation was made from May to October, especially frequent from May to July. The body length of adult Bibari snakes were $406{\~}452mm$ and its tail length $29+{\~}202mm. Considering of number and shape of supralabials and number of temporals, the characters of Bibari snake were similar to those of S. chinensis. Therefore it seems need to reconstruct taxonomic position of Bibari snake. From a vertical viewpoint of Mt. Halla, Biabri snake prefers to stay on the grassland 600m below the sea. Consequently, it Is suggested that grassland be well-reserved for the protection of Bibari snakes.

가시광 투과율 향상을 위한 2차원적 벌집구조를 갖는 이산화 바나듐(VO2) 박막 제작

  • 이산화 바나듐 ($VO_2$)은 340 K 임계온도를 기점으로 금속-절연체 상전이를 통해 전기적, 광학적 특성이 가역적으로 변하는 물질로 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나 낮은 가시광 투과율과 비선호적인 색상(황갈색)으로 인해 열변색 스마트 창호응용과 관련하여 해결해야 할 문제로 남아있다. 본 연구에서는 상기 문제를 해결하고자 고분자 나노 구 템플릿을 응용하여 2차원의 벌집구조를 갖는 $VO_2$ 박막을 졸 겔 방법을 통해 제작하였으며 가시광 투과율 향상을 유도하였다. 나노 구의 지름과 코팅조건에 따라 구조변화를 유도하였으며 FE-SEM과 AFM을 통해 박막의 구조적 변화를 측정하였다. 결과로부터 나노 구의 역상모양을 갖는 박막이 형성 되었으며 직경에 따라 패턴 간격이 확연하게 변화되었음을 확인 하였다. 나노 구가 위치하고 있던 자리로부터 빈 공간형성을 유도할 수 있었으며 이는 가시광 투과율향상에 직접적 영향을 주었다. 또한 상기 패턴화된 $VO_2$ 박막은 광학 스위칭 효율을 유지하면서 주기적 패턴으로부터 시각적으로 광결정유도를 통한 미적 시너지를 보였며 본 연구로부터 $VO_2$기반 스마트 창호 응용에 많은 기여가 기대된다.

  • The marketing using coupons policy is using in various business departments. The coupon marketing gives advantages to consumers and stores, too. The coupon policy gives discount to consumers. The stores can reduce cost of advertisement. It activates the motivation of consumers to give his loyalty to the specific store. Although the coupon marketing has these merits, there are too many coupons in the purse of consumers. The consumers should collect their coupons in their purse. The shops have to calculate the points of each consumer's coupons differently. The processing process of coupons is too complex to manage. This paper implements the managing system to control stamps in mobile devices. "Collecting Stamp" resolves those problems and enables to manage various coupons in mobile environment.
