Handicapped Persons and Internet: Comparing Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools (장애인과 인터넷: 웹 접근성 평가 도구 비교)

  • Web accessibility should be guaranteed regardless of disability in current information society. Automatic tools are needed to evaluate a huge number of web sites. Five pre-developed web accessibility evaluation tools are selected and experimenting results are compared and analyzed in this paper. The research results will be very helpful for users who are selecting a web accessibility evaluation tool.

A Systematic Review of the Rehabilitation Motivation Evaluation Tool for Stroke Patients (뇌졸중 환자의 재활동기 평가도구에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • Objective : In this study, the rehabilitation motivation evaluation tool for stroke patients was identified, and the characteristics of the evaluation tool were analyzed to analyze the conceptual framework and characteristics used in the composition of the evaluation contents. Methods : From 2000 to May 2022, documents registered in major domestic and foreign databases (PubMed, NDSL, Medline, and EMbase) were searched and selected according to the selection and exclusion criteria. The evaluation tools used in the selected documents were analyzed, and the characteristics of this evaluation tool were analyzed. Results : A total of 30 documents were selected, and they were classified into a total of five rehabilitation motivation evaluation tools. The most widely used in Korea was the measurement tool for rehabilitation motivation for the disabled, and the most widely used overseas was the intrinsic motivation inventory. Three evaluation tools constructed the evaluation contents based on the self-determination theory, and two constructed the evaluation contents through expert agreement. The number of evaluation items and 8 to 45 items were varied, and the evaluation scale was also used in various ways from 4 to 7 point scale. Conclusion : It was possible to identify the evaluation tools mainly used for the evaluation of rehabilitation motivation, and to identify the main conceptual framework based on the development of the rehabilitation motivation evaluation tool. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for research on the development of rehabilitation motivation evaluation tools for stroke patients in the future.

  • In order to improve the effectiveness of software process improvement, more than two models can be use to compensate the weakness of each other. One of integrated models is the one in which CMMI and software six sigma. However, it is very difficult for a small software development organization to select and apply an appropriate set of six sigma tools since there are a lot of six sigma tools and statistical knowledge is required. In this paper, we suggest a six sigma tool selection process to help small organizations select six sigma tools effectively based on organization business value. Thereby, small organizations can efficiently implement CMMI by adopting an appropriate set of six sigma toolkits.

  • This paper represents the expert system for selecting the superstructure types of bridges in the part of a preliminary bridge design. The system is implemented with the expert system tool called K-CLIPS which uses the production system for knowledge representation and provides the mechanism of forward chaining. This expert system is composed of a knowledge base, data base and a knowledge module built by the tool which consists of the knowledges on design procedures. During symbolic processing the data base supports the sub system in knowledge base.

  • Book review Is a mean that provides Qualitative evaluation and at the same time it plays a role as selection tools for libraries. Therefore, this study Identified various media providing reviews on children's books, evaluated whether the reviews in the media were useful as selection tools of current books, and a desirable model for the book review media that would reform the existing problems was suggested. The efforts to make up for the above suggestions are needed, so that the current children's book review media can properly play a role as selection tools. Above all, at this point in time, it is necessary to publish review media made in the view of libraries and librarians.

  • Many famous institutes or associations select ICT ability by major ability to need in 21C's information-oriented society. Korea Association of Information Education have studied a new curriculum and suggest a new plan that content of information education classify by 'computer system', 'SW production' and 'fusion activity'. Therefore we study on productivity tools of elementary and middle school. In this paper we firstly suggest object to achieve on productivity tools of elementary and middle school. Next we suggest teaching learning method and evaluation method on productivity tools. we expect that the object to achieve on productivity tools we suggest will contribute to develop the curriculum of ICT subject.

  • The review journal is becoming important to select appropriate resources as the increase of publication of children's materials. The study aims to suggest the focal points and basic frameworks of review journals of children's materials to be used as select tools. The study employs case studies. Four foreign review journals and a Korean library journal are analyzed. The study found nine guidelines for basic framework to develop review journals of children's materials.

  • 기하급수적으로 늘어나는 인터넷상의 정보, 이를 이용하는 이용자의 증가와 더불어 웹 탐색도구의 수도 그만큼 증가추세에 있다. 웹 탐색도구가 1994년 처음 개발된 이래 이제까지 웹 탐색도구의 개발자들은 개발자체에 초점을 맞추어왔다. 그러나 성공적인 시스템은 시스템의 자체성능도 중요하지만 이를 이용하는 이용자들이 이해하기 쉽고 이용하기에 편리한 웹 탐색도구로 개발하는 것은 시스템의 효용성 측면에서 더욱 중요한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구는 계명대학교 학생을 대상으로 각 유형별로 가장 잘 그 유형을 대변하는 탐색도구를 선정하여 이를 직접 탐색케 함으로써 이를 토대로 웹 탐색도구를 이용하는 이용자그룹간의 이용능력과 이용행태 및 그들의 평가를 분석하였다.

  • In the entire process of disaster management, it is very significant to construct related information as well as perform quantitative assessment of damage losses with respect to minimizing the effect of disasters. Many countries have paid much attention not only to studying risk assessment methodologies including constructing inventories, hazard mapping, vulnerability assessment and direct/indirect damage loss estimation, but also to developing risk analysis tools investigated in this paper. We conducted comparison studies of representative earthquake damage risk analysis tools, and the result of this study is able to provide useful information to decision makers and researchers who can contribute to development of effective disaster management.

해체 데이터베이스 시스템 및 프로토타입 설계

  • 해체 데이터베이스 구조 설계를 위하여 입력과 출력 항목 및 평가 대상 항목을 선정하였다. 해체 활동으로부터 발생되는 수많은 해체 정보들을 코드화하였다. 데이터베이스 구축에 사용되는 설계 도구들을 검토한 후 20 여가지 설계 도구들 중 범용적으로 사용되고 있는 모델링 도구를 이용하여 사용자 요구사항으로부터 도출된 주요 해체 정보들간의 관계를 ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram)를 사용하여 규명하였으며, DFD(Data Flow Diagram)를 이용하여 해체 DB 시스템의 프로세스 흐름을 파악하였다. 해체 데이터베이스 구현의 원할한 진행을 위해 프로토타입을 설계하였다.
