There were no related papers to study about that training ship's bridge was designed for safety navigation and efficient navigation training. Therefore, at first, on this paper, we grouped domestic training ship's bridge layouts into three classes like as "the front and the rear-type bridge layout", "the twin deck-type bridge layout", and "the single-type bridge layout" by mutually layout type between main bridge and training bridge. Furthermore, we investigated working type of navigation training on each bridge layouts through the questionnaire, and extracted merits and demerits for each bridge layouts to be going on operation and training at the same time. At last, we presented new type training ship's bridge model to improve demerits and to elevate merits above mentioned.

The main purpose of this study is to present a map for setting a new direction for future North Korean ministry by applying Russell's theory on Christian education as a mission. As is well known, Russell was the first Christian educator who interpreted Christian education from a mission's perspective. According to her, Christian education is not a mere instrument for church to maintain and nurture new believers, but it is part of 'Missio Dei' in a broader sense. In other words, it is a way for everyone to accept Christ's invitation, and join in 'Missio Dei' that restores true humanity through reconciling with God and our neighbors. Based on the understanding of Russell's Christian education theory, the study examined up-to-date North Korean mission's situation, analysis, and limitations in the introduction. In chapter 2, the researcher reviewed approaching methods for understanding North Korea as well as prior studies on North Korean mission and unification within the field of Christian education. In chapter 3, Russell's theory on Christian education for humanization was briefly introduced. In chapter 4, the study attempted to apply Russell's theory in North Korean mission in the following areas: what is the true meaning of restoring humanity for North Koreans (including the refugees) and what are some of the specific ministry ideas; what is a realistic and sustainable humanization ministry; what environment can foster North Koreans to reconcile with both God and their neighbors; what are the ways to explain that such ministry is an invitation from Christ; what should the people involved in the ministry prepare; in what areas can Russell's theory be more effective in North Korean mission compared to other methods in terms of Christian education for humanization. Finally, a conclusion was drawn in chapter 5.

Due to COVID-19, the entire world is facing the unprecedented phenomenon. Amid the threat of the virus, the global community is struggling for life. In such circumstances, churches in Korea have been criticised as selfish groups threatening the community by spreading the virus. With such criticism, they are disregarded by Korean society because their immorality and exclusive attitude towards other religions and cultures were also mentioned in public. There are many reasons for Korean churches to lose trust from people. One of the reasons for that is the quantitative growth of church and expansion of the power of church, which is a direction that has been practised so far as a missionary goal. The zeal for spreading gospel has undermined the trust of church and become a deteriorating factor for mission, which is irony. In such problematic situations, the change of paradigm is required for new mission. The passion for evangelisation should not only focus on the quantitative growth of church; it should change its direction for serving the world in lieu with the plan of God for the activity of redemption on this land. A hint of such mission can be found in ecumenical mission. Ecumenical mission is a new paradigm which was discussed in ecumenical movement led mainly by WCC, and its aim is to participate in activities of redemption of God for life in this world. Christian education has been a tool for the expansion of Christian power in the context of traditional mission. Reflecting on the role of Christian education as such, the change of direction as practical movement for the kingdom of God was tried in ecumenical movement: the beginning of the discussion of Christian education based on ecumenical mission. Due to exclusivity, aggressive mission, and the excessive attention to the system of ecclesiastical authority rather than life, Korean churches, which have lost trust in this society, should recover themselves as the model of the kingdom of God, and the establishment of mission education based on ecumenical mission is required for them to become a community towards life. Furthermore, this is an urgent task for Korean churches to implement such mission education in a church community.

According to the development if the ships navigational equipment, a bridge system has been improved but a marine accidents by human error haven't been reduced Recently our interest is concentrated on a suitable ergonomic arrangement and design of the ships bridge equipment to reduce an error due to human factors. The bridge alarm system should be designed to recognize the alarm informations as soon as possible and to deliver it clearly. Internationally, the matter is being discussed on the BAMS(Bridge Alarm Management System) in a view if a ergonomic bridge design, but a practical design method is not getting result.. In this paper I would like to review an application approach of human engineering ergonomics to a bridge alarm system and propose a conceptual design if the Ergonomic Integrated Bridge Alarm Management System(EIBAMS)

New models for prison ministry are crucial during the current era of mass incarceration in America-a time when the potential reach of prison ministries can grow as the population of incarcerated individuals grows. In this article, I lift up one prison ministry in New Jersey as an example of how Christian evangelicals who are engaged in traditional prison ministry can bravely open their minds and hearts to models of religious education that go beyond individual conversion toward communal transformation. In this article I present an example of a neo-evangelical group named Jericho Ministries, Inc., a prison ministry that understood this and consequently tried to develop a prison ministry that was not only a charitable endeavor, but also a just one.

현대 기술의 발전에 따라 다양한 항해 장비들이 개발되고 있으나, 인적 오류에 의한 해양사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 인적 오류에 의한 해양사고는 항해사의 상황 인지오류 또는 현상 착각 등 많은 상황에서 일어나고 있다. 선교에는 각종 항해 장비로부터 나오는 많은 물리적 음향 신호들이 존재하며, 위험을 전파하는 경보음은 항해사에게 위험상황을 정확하게 전달하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경보음을 항해사가 직관적으로 인지할 수 있는 선교경보관리시스템의 경보음 개발을 위한 연구를 실시하였다. 연구를 위해 기존에 선교에서 사용하는 경보음에 대해 음향학적 분석을 수행하였으며, 음성 경보음과 청각아이콘을 활용한 경보음 개발에 대한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 그리고 현재 해양연구원에서 제작한 선교경보관리시스템(BAMS)을 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

The paper describes measurement techniques for an acoustic transfer characteristic of ship's bridge stimulated by a whistle sound. The response sounds, according to the opening-shutting conditions of bridge doors for T／S ‘SAENURI’, are measured by B＆K 2260D equipment, and then extracted the frequency responses by B＆K 7830 software. To evaluate the measured transfer characteristic, the 128th order FIR (Finite Impulse Response) filters, containing the frequency characteristic, are constructed based on the frequency sampling-based design method. Using evaluation indexes with six scales, psychological assessments by five subjects are carried out with test sounds which are convolved source sound and FIR filters. As results of tests, the test sounds gives A／sub s／=3.3∼4.7 which means the psychological sense of 'it is almost similar sound as original ones in a real world', and thus it is cleary seen tint the proposed method can be suit for the measurement of an acoustic transfer characteristic of ship's bridg.

선교에는 항해사에게 정보를 전달하기 위하여 다양한 신호가 존재한다. 항해 및 통신 장비로부터 나오는 음향 신호 등 다양한 청각 신호들이 존재하지만 이러한 청각 신호, 청각 경고음에 대한 인간의 인지능력에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 청각 경고음은 크게 음성(speech), 함축적 소리(abstract sound), 청각 아이콘(auditory icon)으로 구분 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 청각 경고음 중 청각아이콘을 활용하여 5가지의 경보상황(엔진, 화재, 조타, 전기, 충돌)에서 청각아이콘에 대한 감성평가를 통해 각 상황에 적합한 청각아이콘을 선별하였다. 본 연구 결과는 선교 내 청각표시장치와 통합선교알람관리시스템을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
