본 논문은 전력기기에서 문제가 되는 온도상승에 대응하여 제품 개발시 선행 해석을 통한 온도 안정성 확보와 제품 신뢰성 향상, 설계 기간 단축을 위한 방안에 대하여 서술하고 있다. 전력기기의 온도 상승을 예측하기 위한 방법으로 전자계 해석과 열유동 해석을 동시에 수행하는 연계 해석법을 제안하며, 이 해석법의 검증을 위해 기중 차단기의 통전시 온도 상승에 대한 해석을 수행하였고, 실험을 통해 이름 검증하였다.

합성 DNA는 분자 생물학의 모든 분야의 연구에 사용될 수 있으며 앞으로도 그 이용도는 더욱 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 합성 기술의 발달로 생리활성을 가진 인조 유전자를 제조하는 것이 가능해졌으며 또한 다른 방법으로는 어려운 유전자의 분리와 cloning, site specific mutagenesis, 질병의 진단, 유전자의 구조 및 기능의 연구등 수많은 분야의 연구에 이용되고 있다. 본 고에서는 현재 여러 군데 분자 생물학 연구실에서 성공적으로 사용되고 있는 자동 합성기에 의한 phosphite합성법의 기초 이론과 합성된 oligonucleotide의 정제법에 대하여 간단히 서술하고 그 응용 방법에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

최근 정보사회에 따른 전파수요가 높아지고 있으며 이에 따른 주파수의 요구가 점차 고주파화되고 있고 미개척분야인 밀리미터파의 개발이 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 고에서는 밀리미터파 대역 수동부품용 세라믹 유전체 소재에 관한 동향을 서술하였으며, 이 대역에서 세라믹 소재의 유전특성을 측정, 평가하는 여러 방법 중에서 자유공간법을 이용한 기술에 관하여 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest necessity of idea expression method suitable for people in our country and deduct Graphic Ideation method by grasping problems of existing idea expression method. The idea expression method (association stimulating method, conceptual shifting method, information combination method) used by many graphic designers is effective in suggesting initial keyword, but has difficulty in the course of deducting the concept. Though deduction of core keyword is important to develop as a concept, the course of separation, combination in keyword connection play an important role, and most of idea expression methods are unavailable for suggesting concrete method for the course. Also as most of idea expression methods were developed and delivered in English-speaking world, it is suitable in English-speaking world culture which has thinking focused on words, but people in our country, which have thinking focusing on narration, cannot consider difference in language thinking due to limitation in idea for each stage. This study deducted idea expression method suitable for emotion of people in our country by proving the value of this idea expression method with style of suggesting and demonstrating 4 hypotheses in order to make the course for easy connection, separation, combination of keyword deducted by existing idea expression method, as well as suggesting idea expression method design based on these hypotheses. This idea expression method used rhetoric so that it is suitable for people our country who are strong for narration expression.

This paper is written in order to research for the contents and expression of HanYongUn's Sijo. HanYongUn is very famous as monk and independent campaigner, modern poet in Korea. He wrote many kinds of literary works, for example, many modern poetry, modern novels, Sijo, Chino-Korean Poetry etc. It's very exceptional that he wrote a lot of Korean traditional Sijo and Chino-Korean Poetry. Because he was a many modern poet as same as modern novelist. So studying on his Sijo can help someone to understand the essence of HanYongUn's all literature. That's why I'm studying on HanYongUn's Sijo. The firstly, in aspect of the the contents of HanYongUn's Sijo, HanYongUn was expressing three kinds of themes, that is ideology, reality, daily life in his Sijo. The ideology consists of Buddhism and Confucianism and the reality is related with social conditions, the daily life is deeply connected with Nim. These features of his Sijo are different from his modern poetry and Chino-Korean Poetry which had a simple theme, for example, love with Nim, daily life. The secondly, in aspect of the expression of HanYongUn's Sijo, I studied the expression of HanYongUn's Sijo in three angles, that is, vocabulary and the developing of poet thinking, rhetorics. HanYongUn used essential words for expressing three kinds of themes effectively in his Sijo. And he was developing of his poet thinking by three steps in his Sijo. He applied several representative rhetorics to his Sijo, those are question and answer, exclamation, irony, distich etc. Even though I studied the characteristics of HanYongUn's Sijo in two aspects But there could be the other things to study about these kinds of theme. I might continue researching the other kinds of theme next time in the near future.

In 2009 revision and 2015 revision mathematics national curriculum, 'proof' was moved to high school from middle school in consideration of the cognitive development level of students, and 'proof by contradiction' was stated in the "success criteria of learning contents" of the first year high school subject while it had been not officially introduced in $7^{th}$ and 2007 revision national curriculum. Proof by contradiction is known that it induces a cognitive conflict due to the unique nature of rather assuming the opposite of the statement for proving it. In this article, based on the logical, mathematical and historical analysis of Proof by contradiction, we looked about the introductions and the applications of the current textbooks which had been revised recently, and searched for improvement measures from the viewpoint of discovery, explanation, and consilience. We suggested introducing Proof by contradiction after describing the discovery process earlier, separately but organically describing parts necessary to assume the opposite and parts not necessary, disclosing the relationships with proof by contrapositive, and using the viewpoint of consilience.

본 논문은 IEEE std 400에서 규정하고 있는 케이블 시험방법 중 Type 1, 파괴시험법(DC, 상용주파 내전압, 그리고 VLF내전압 시험)은 절연물 손상을 발생시키므로 예방진단에 사용될 수 없고 그렇지 않은 Type 2. 비파괴시험법에 대해 주로 소개하였다. 이와 추가하여 한전에서 사용 중인 IRC(Isothermal Relaxation Current) 측정법에 대해 간략하게 소개하고 더불어 IEEE Std 400에서 제시하고 있는 $Tan{\delta}$측정법의 문제점 및 개정 방향을 소개하고, 마지막으로 IEEE Std 400.3의 PD신호의 분석을 통해 결함위치와 열화정도를 평가 진단하는 기법에 대해 서술하고저 한다.

기술개발 연구제안서는 기술개발 도메인 설정, 제안 주제 선정, 관련 자료 수집 및 분석을 통하여 제안 기술의 중요성, 문제점, 현황, 접근방법 등을 서술하는 것이 일반적이며, 제안에 대한 목적, 대상, 상황, 시기 등을 고려하여 작성한다. 규격화된 제안서 작성법을 제시하기는 현실적으로 무리한 면이 있으나, 표준 혹은 공통 사항 등을 기준으로 작성할 필요성은 제기되고 있다. 본 고는 World Class 기술 확보를 목표로 하여 작성한 M2M용 스마트 객체용 커널 개발 연구제안서를 기반으로, 제안 구상, 자료수집, 동향분석, 연구내용, 제안의 필요성, 기술 제안 이슈 도출 방법 검토 내용 등을 참고 사례로 서술하였다.

대량살상무기의 확산을 근본적으로 차단하기 위한 경제 제재의 활용은 1990년대에 들어서 새로운 차원으로 전개됨. 이전시기까지 제정된 법규들은 특정한 핵확산 활동에 관여한 국가들에 대한 외국원조의 중단을 요구하였으며, 해당 국가들이 관련 조약 및 국제협약상의 목표를 준수하게끔 하나의 가능한 메커니즘으로서 제재 방안들을 규정함. 1990년에 들어서서 미 의회는 미사일 확산에 관련되어 무역제재를 위한 명확한 지침을 입법화함. 1990년에 들어서 무기수출통제법(Arms Export Control Act)과 1979년 수출관리법 (Export Adminstration Act of 1979)에 미사일기술통제레짐의 부속서(MTCR Annex)에 등재된 품목이나 기술을 거래하는데 관여한 미국 시민 또는 외국인에 대해 미 대통령이 규제를 부과한다는 점이 필수사항으로 첨가됨. 이어서 미 의회는 광범위한 형태의 법률을 통해 생ㆍ화학무기 및 핵무기의 확산에 기여하는 국가들에 대해 경제제재를 가할 것을 입법화함. 본 보고서에서는 미국내 비확산 규정을 위반한 국가, 기업 또는 개인들에 대해 일종의 경제제재를 부과하는 것을 요구하거나 승인하는 법규들을 간략히 서술하고 있음. 다음에 열거하는 각각의 규정에는 제재 부과의 이유, 제재 기간에 관련된 정보를 포함하여, 미 대통령이 제재 부과를 연기, 중단 및 포기할 수 있는 권한의 구체적 내용들을 서술함.

The purpose of this study is to analyze eighth grade students' errors in the constructed-response items to improve teaching and learning of mathematics in schools. By analyzing 99 students' responses to nine constructed-response items, we found several types of students' errors in their responses to the assessment items involving with mathematical reasoning and representations, problems within realistic contexts, and mathematical connections. Not only a single error but also multiple errors (a combination of two or more types of errors) were discovered. In particular, high achieving students showed more simple errors than multiple errors while low achieving students had more multiple errors in various kinds.
