Investigating the Antecedents of Air Passengers' Behavioural Intentions (항공여객의 차후 행동의도에 영향을 주는 변수에 관한 연구)

  • This Paper investigates how perceived Price, airline service aquality, perceived value. passenger satisfaction, and airline image determine passengers' future behavioural intentions. To test the conceptual framework, Path analysis using a maximum likelihood estimator, was applied to data collected from Korean international air passengers. It was found that all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant. Perceived price. Perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image were each found to Have a direct effect on Korean international air passengers future behavioural intentions.

  • 그리드 환경에서 OGSA(Open Grid Service Architecture)는 분산된 서비스의 이용 편의를 위한 시스템 독립적인 인터페이스를 제공한다. 하지만 OGSA 에서 사용자가 작업 수행시 필요로 하는 QoS 와 서비스의 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해, 동일한 그리드 정보 제공자를 이용하는 여러 서비스간의 공유 자원에 대한 경쟁 문제를 해결해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 OCSA 에서 여러 서비스의 효율적인 자원 할당을 보장하는 다이나믹 Data Replication 관리를 위한 의사결정 알고리즘을 제안한다.

The Effect of Discrimination on Reutilization Intention in Dental Care Service (치과서비스에 대한 차별감이 재이용의사에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of discrimination on thereutilization intentionfor dental services among patients who visited the dental clinic. The questionnaire was administered to 432 patients aged 20 years or older who visited Dental Clinic in J city, Chungcheongbuk-do. Day to March 31, 2015, and the following results were obtained. The important variables that affected the reutilization intention were quality of medics, kindness, hospital image, convenience, service value and discrimination of dental care service. These variables explained 78.2% of the aggregate. Thehigher the quality of service value, medics, environment facilities, convenience, kindness, and hospital image, the more significant was the relevance with reutilization intention. As well as high-educated respondents, ones with monthly household income amounted to 4 million won, group of white-collar job, people who visited for implant treatment and ones by introduction of acquaintances. Therefore the dental care service providers are required to take effortsto recognize the discrimination and to reduce it through good quality of dental care service.

The patient satisfaction of medical services and the revisiting intention in a public hospital (일개 공공병원의 의료서비스 만족도와 재이용의사에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to provide the basic data for the betterment of public medical services. A questionnaire survey on the quality of the services and the intention of revisiting the hospital was administered to 330 patients in a public hospital located in Seoul. The mean satisfaction of hospital medical services was 4.11, whereas that of the revisiting intention was 3.94. The relationship between the satisfaction of medical services and the intention of revisiting was significant (t=11.335, p<.001). The intention of revisiting increased with increasing satisfaction of medical services of a hospital. Therefore, to enhance satisfaction, a hospital should identify the needs of people looking for a public hospital, increase rapport with the neighboring communities, and provide public amenities.

The Effects of the Quality of Elderly Day Care Services on Customary Satisfaction, Referral Intention, and Repurchasing Intention (주간보호시설의 서비스품질이 고객만족, 추천의향 및 재이용의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study measured the quality of Elderly Day Care Services by surveying service users; data were analyzed to see the causality between quality of services, customary satisfaction, referral intention, and repurchasing intention, and to find out the mediating effect of customary satisfaction. The quality of Day Care Services has been measured based on the SERVQUAL model, and structural equation model has been used to observe the causal connection between the five factors, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, and customary satisfaction, referral intention, and repurchasing intention. The following is the main result from the causal effect model affecting the customary satisfaction and repurchasing intention by five quality factors of the service quality. First, it was shown that tangibles and responsiveness, as quality factors, directly affected the customary satisfaction, and reliability, credibility, and empathy did not. Second, it was shown that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and empathy, quality factors, did not directly affected the referral intention and the repurchasing intention. But the effect of service quality on referral and repurchasing intention was mediated by customer satisfaction. Third, it is shown that customary satisfaction directly affected the referral intention and the repurchasing intention.

  • 한국과학기술정보연구원에서는 슈퍼컴퓨터 5호기 시스템인 누리온 시스템을 국내 연구자들에게 서비스를 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 누리온 시스템의 서비스 현황과 관련된 다양한 정보를 표출하는 웹기반 데시보드를 구축함으로써, 이를 활용하여 운영자, 의사 결정자들에게 제공하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 운영자들은 시스템의 현재 서비스 상태를 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있으며, 의사 결정자들은 연구원의 대표 서비스인 슈퍼컴퓨터 서비스의 주요 활용 지표를 쉽게 확인 할수 있도록 하였다. 또한 구축된 데시보드를 홍보관에 표출함으로써 방문객들에게 국가초고성능컴퓨팅센터의 가치 전파 및 인지도 제고를 위해서 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on Infant Caregivers' Library Use Behavior and Factors Affecting Their Revisit and Intention of Recommending Library Visit to Other People: Focusing on Public Library Services in G-City (영유아 보호자의 도서관 이용행태 및 재이용과 추천의사 영향 요인 연구 - G광역시 공공도서관을 중심으로 -)

  • The study examined the behavior of infant's caregivers using public libraries, measured the level of awareness of infant and toddler services in the library to determine the factors affecting their revisit or recommendation of use to others, and examined the impact of such recognition on the use behavior, revisit and willingness to recommend others. The study surveyed 146 caregivers of infants who use four public libraries in Gwangju Metropolitan City on demographic characteristics, library use behavior, level of awareness of library services, library revisit and recommendation to others. Analysis of this survey shows that the factors that influence the caregivers' revisit of the library or their desire to recommend to others through their caregivers' use of the library are the factors that influence the expansion of information data, the stability of space facilities, the accessibility of space facilities, and the ease of participation in programs among the various service factors provided by the library rather than the personal factors of infants and toddlers' caregivers.

  • Health service quality is increasingly emphasized, and primary care service is no exception in this. This study identified patients' perception of quality considering convergence factors associated with increased utilization among patients over the age of 65 using community health centers. A total of 307 respondents were included in the analysis. The results showed that positive perceptions on facility and environment, patient-centered care, technical knowledge and skills of physicians, and emotional support with nurses and non-medical workers were statistically and significantly associated with higher utilization. In order to increase utilization of primary care service at community health centers, they need to manage and improve these factors.

  • 서비스 로봇은 일상생활에서 사람들의 업무를 보조한다. 이때, 효과적인 서비스를 위해서는 사람과 로봇 사이의 상호작용이 매우 중요하다 대화는 사람과 로봇이 보다 유연하고 풍부한 의사전달을 하는데 도움을 준다. 전통적인 로봇 연구에서는 명령과 같은 간단한 질의 둥을 처리하는 것이 의사소통의 전부였으나, 실제 사람들 사이의 대화에서는 배경 지식이나 대화의 문맥 둥에 의해 중요한 정보가 대화에서 생략되기도 한다. 이런 상황은 여러 불확실성을 포함하게 되는데 대화의 문맥이나 불확실성을 다루는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 '상호-주도' 방식을 통해 사람이 쓰는 일상 대화를 계층적 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 처리하는 방법을 제안한다. 실제 로봇의 시뮬레이션 환경은 제안하는 방법의 유용함을 보여주었다.

  • 현재의 만성질환 환자들은 잦은 검진과 치료를 요구로 한다. 하루에도 수차례 해야 하는 검사를 일일이 병원을 찾아가 할 수 없으므로 환자 개인이 측정기를 이용해 측정을 하고 있으나 그 때의 상황만 알 수 있을 뿐, 상태가 호전되고 있는지 또는 악화되고 있는지 포괄적으로 알 수 없는 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개인이 가지고 있는 측정기에서 측정된 데이터를 인터넷 또는 통신모듈이 탑재된 측정기를 통해 실시간으로 전송받아 웹서비스를 통해 산재해 있는 분석엔진 시스템으로 전달하여 환자의 상태를 분석하고 의사와 환자에게 자동으로 알려줌으로써 환자에게는 자신의 현재 상태를 정확히 알고 치료에 임할 수 있게 하는 기회를 만들어 주고 의사에게는 상세한 추가정보를 비롯해 환자가 현재 제대로 치료에 임하고 있는지 확인 할 수 있는 정보를 제공하여 의사가 치료와 관련된 여러 판단을 쉽게 내릴 수 있는 만성질환자 상태 분석 및 제공 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.
