기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 통합기술수용이론 기반의 기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 전국에 거주하는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 수집된 324부를 자료분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22와 PROCESS macro v3.4를 사용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 기술수용요인은 노력기대와 실용적 혜택 간의 관계를 제외하고 인지된 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 농업드론서비스 사용의도에는 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인지된 혜택은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제적 혜택은 성과기대를 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하고, 편의적 혜택은 사회적 영향을 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 실용적 혜택은 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조절변수인 혁신저항은 편의적 혜택과 사용의도 간의 영향력만 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 농업드론서비스의 활용성을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 농업이나 드론 관련 교육 이수자 또는 드론자격증 소지자를 대상으로 실증분석이 필요하며 조사대상도 지역별로 균등하게 조사할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 변인들을 추가하는 후속연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Exploratory Study on Acceptance Intention of Mobile Devices and Applications for Healthcare Services (헬스케어 서비스를 위한 모바일 디바이스 및 어플리케이션 수용의도에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study aims to examine the preferred device types, the difference of device properties by service types, and acceptance intention for applications and willingness to pay for healthcare services. To attain this goal, this research conducted a survey targeted to the subjects of those concerned in hospitals and medical institutions, the aged and patients with chronic disease, and consumers having interest in health maintenance. According to the result of the analysis, acceptance intention for mobile devices for healthcare services was high in general. And patients with chronic disease and those concerned in hospitals showed high acceptance intention. Smart phones were preferred the most in the support of healthcare services. And there was the difference of device properties by service types, and in health maintenance, easiness and playfulness were somewhat high. Acceptance intention for mobile applications was rather high in personal use, and regarding the properties, personal information protection was valued highly.

  • This study is based on the results from the previous one. It proved that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived service quality, perceived risk are the independent variables. Research model and hypotheses by using the use intention and recommended intention as the dependent variable. The results were as follows: First, perceived usefulness and perceived service quality have positive effects on use intention and recommended intention. Second, perceived risk has negative effects on use intention and recommended intention. Third, the perceived ease of use has positive effect on use intention in Social Commerce, in contrast, it has no significant effect on use intention in Online Shopping. The results of this study presented the proposal for operators at social commerce area.

The Study on the Influence of Cloud Service Acceptance Intention (클라우드 서비스의 수용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Digital services improve existing ways of purchasing contracts. In this study, we empirically analyzed the effects of individual technology readiness (optimism, innovation, inconvenience, anxiety) on the acceptance intention of cloud computing technology for users with relatively high understanding of cloud service. Also, the effect of technology readiness on acceptance intention was verified by the mediating effect of digital conversion. As a result, optimism and innovation had a positive effect on digital conversion, and discomfort and anxiety had a negative effect on digital conversion. And although the partial mediating effect of digital conversion was verified in the relationship between optimism, anxiety and acceptance intention, it was verified that there was no mediating effect of digital conversion in the relationship between innovation, discomfort and acceptance intention. Through these results, the practical implications and future research directions of cloud services were presented to companies.

  • In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service in China. We include the characteristics of smart-phone, mobile banking service, and users to the research model and also consider user satisfaction as an intervening variable. We try to find and prove the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service by surveying 206 chinese users and using structural equation model. This empirical paper proves that mobility, instance connectivity, use convenience, and intimacy give positive effects to intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service. In addition, this paper indicates some managerial implications that mobility, access speed and the easy user interface can help to increase the degree of user acceptance.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신규 금융보안서비스(OTP, HSM)의 채택에 있어 개인사용자에게 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고자 함에 있다. 연구방법으로는 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기반으로 새롭게 보안에 관한 변수를 추가하여 확장된 기술수용모형을 사용하였다. 현재 등급별 이체한도에 따라 기업의 거래이용수단에 적용되는 제약은 향후 개인사용자에게의 확대될 예정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 개인사용자를 대상으로 하여 실증적인 연구를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 신규 금융보안서비스의 채택에 있어서 개인사용자는 인지된 편의성과 보안성을 직접적으로 수용의도에 반영하지는 않지만 인지된 유용성을 통해 간접적으로 반영하고 있으며 직접적으로 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 인지된 유용성만이 유일한 것을 밝혀내었다. 따라서 본 논문은 금융보안서비스가 개인에게 확장될 경우 가장 중요한 요인이 인지된 유용성이라는 사실과 인지된 유용성은 보안성보다는 사용자의 용이성에 더 많은 영향을 받음을 확인함으로써 향후 실사용자가 될 대상에게 더 유용하고 용이한 금융보안서비스를 제공해야 함을 시사하는 바이다.

  • 기술발전에 따른 혁신제품 및 서비스에 대한 연구는 유용성과 편의성을 중심으로 그 수용 및 저항을 서로 다른 관점에서 보아왔다. 그러나 소비자 혹은 사용자들이 느끼는 혁신제품 및 서비스에 대한 태도와 평가는 수용하려는 측면과 저항하려는 측면이 동시에 작용하며 그 결과로서 사용의도 혹은 구매의도가 결정된다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신제품 혹은 서비스가 갖는 다양한 속성을 기술수용모형(TAM: Technology Acceptance Model) 에서의 지각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness) 과 지각된 편의성 (Perceived Ease of Use) 개념을 사용자 지각에 기초하여 상대적 이점, 유용성, 편의성, 기술혁신성, 사용법의 변화 인식, 위험지각 등으로 구체화하고 각각의 개념이 수용적 태도와 저항에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아울러 수용적 태도와 저항이 사용의도에 미치는 영향력을 동시에 분석 및 비교하였다. 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 중심으로 혁신제품에 대한 소비자 중심의 관리적 시사점도 제시하였다.

  • This study aims to investigate the causal relationship between variables of UTAUT2 model and the acceptance intention by Netflix and Wavve intention to adopt and acceptance intent by plan package. The results indicate that (1)First, the intention of Netflix adoption was influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit; (2) the intention of wave adoption was influenced by performance expectancy, social influence, price value, and habit. (3)in the acceptance intention of Netflix's acceptance intent by plan package, price value and habit, performance expectancy and habit influenced on the acceptance intent of premium plan, and did not affect the standard plan; (4) in the acceptance intention of the basic plan by the Wavve plan, the price value had a negative effect on the acceptance intention of the basic plan, and the habit had a positive effect.The social impact on the acceptance intention of the standard rate plan, the price value and habit of the acceptance intention of the premium rate plan were affected.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine service acceptance process of Internet-Only Bank centered on perceived usefulness, confirmation, service satisfaction, adoption intention. this study examine relation of perceived usefulness, confirmation, service satisfaction based on previous studies. And we examine the effect of Internet-Only Bank satisfaction on adoption intention. Also, we studied the relationship between perceived usefulness, confirmation, service satisfaction according to Internet-Only Bank services providers. The following are main results of this study. First, perceived usefulness, confirmation have significant effects on service satisfaction. Second, service satisfaction of Internet-Only Bank have a positive effect on adoption intention of Internet-Only Bank. Third, The relationship between perceived usefulness, confirmation and service satisfaction is differ depending on Internet-Only Bank services providers. Based on these findings, in this study examined the significant influence of Internet-Only Bank. Through this study, we propose to marketing practitioners the need for a splitted strategy based on Internet-Only Bank services providers.

  • The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between tourists' intention upon UTAUT and purchase intention on tourism omnichannel considering moderating effect of trust and purchase propensity. As the results, 1) there are partially significant and positive relationship between tourists' intention and purchase intention. There are partially significant and positive moderating effect of 2) trust and 3) purchase propensity upon the relationship between tourists' intention and purchase intention on tourism omnichannel. In order to increase the purchase intention of diversified customers, it is necessary to secure the reliability of OmniChannel which integrates the on-off line, for the future, more in-depth study of purchase propensity of tourism omnichannel should be needed.
