1980년대 아날로그 이동전화서비스로 시작된 이동통신 기술은 매 10년을 주기로 빠르게 발전해 오고 있다. 디지털화를 거쳐 모바일 광대역 서비스에 초점을 맞춘 이전 세대와는 달리, 5G 이동통신서비스는 다양한 미래 정보통신 융합서비스의 플랫폼으로서, 산업구조 혁신을 통해 새로운 스마트 비즈니스 모델 및 산업 생태계를 창출하는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 인프라로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 변화의 흐름속에서 이동통신서비스는 우리 실생활과 더욱 밀접해지고 있으나, 다른 한편으로 이동통신 환경의 취약점을 악용한 사이버 공격 위험에 노출될 가능성도 점차 확대되고 있다. 이런 배경에는 국제전기통신연합(ITU)의 IMT-2020 비전 및 요구사항을 충족시키기 위한 5G 네트워크의 구조적인 변화에 따라 공격접점이 크게 확대 되었기 때문이다. 본 고에서는 5G 시대의 도래와 함께 가장 큰 구조적 변화를 겪으며 5G 융합서비스의 핵심 인프라로서 새롭게 주목받고 있는 5G 엣지의 주요 특징을 살펴보고, 5G 엣지에서 제기되고 있는 보안위협과 이에 대한 대응 기술의 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

The paper explores the relationship among paradigms, ecosystem which need to establish broadcasting, information and communications industry as the core of national competitiveness in the digital convergence era, and proposes the future progressing strategies and policies directions that consider environmental factors which all mass media converged on Internet. This paper makes an attempt to contribute innovative & integrated perspectives in the industry.

This study explores to identify the characteristics of the business model by comparing and analyzing the value creation between two cases, and to be successful in business model innovation. In order for the pursuit of purposes, domestic and international firm' business model cases are analyzed. Regarding the business model innovation, huge differences are found between two cases. First, a clear customer value proposal is important. Netflix is constantly monitoring the customer's needs and satisfactions to improve value proposition, while Joycube, domestic firm does not adjust to meet the change of the customer's behaviors. Second, the business model innovation should be taking into account the customer's behaviors in the constant changing market environments. For the growth, firms should consider strategic monitoring the market environments, and find a novelty of the markets, and to create the jump through business model innovation.

현재 금융권에서는 핀테크 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책 추진과 다양한 비즈니스 모델이 창출되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 핀테크의 본질에 대한 오해가 있는 듯하다. 핀테크의 본질은 중앙집중형 금융서비스를 P2P 분산형 서비스로 혁신하는 것을 의미한다. 이 특성이 기존의 전자금융 또는 e 금융과 핀테크의 차별성을 나타내는 중요한 개념인 것이다. 이런 측면에서 블록체인 기술이 핀테크 활성화의 기본 인프라역할을 담당하게 될 것이다. 블록체인이란 P2P 네트워크에서 상호 신뢰 할 수 없는 사람들 간의 신뢰를 확보해주는 P2P 신뢰네트워크이기 때문이다. 특히, 블록체인 기술과 암호기술을 융합한 암호블록체인을 설명하고 암호블록체인이 제2의 인터넷으로 핀테크 산업 및 보안을 근본적으로 바꾸는 블록체인패러다임을 역설한다. 한편으로는 블록체인의 탄생 배경으로 인해 블록체인에 대한 다양한 오해가 있는 듯하다. 본고에서는 블록체인 기술에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 향후 핀테크 보안에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당할 수밖에 없는 이유와 발전 방향에 대해 논하고자 한다.

IEEE 802.15.7 VLC(Visible Light Communication) 규격 이후에 카메라 기반 ISC(Image Sensor Communication) 관련 개정 필요성이 제기되어서 현재 IEEE 802.15.7m OWC(Optical Wireless Communication) TG가 표준화를 진행 중에 있다. 2016년 5월에 결정된 Baseline Document D0를 기반으로 LiFi(Light Fidelity), OCC(Optical Camera Communication) 및 LED-ID(LED Identification) 기술로 간단하게 분류하고 각 핵심 변조 기법을 소개한다. 5세대 이동통신과 함께 사용될 수 있는 다양한 IoT/ M2M 응용 서비스(LED, 디지털사이니지, 방송, 자동차 안전, 디스플레이 등)들이 포함되어 있다. 국내에서 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델 발굴과 국내 산/학/연/관이 협력하여 가시광, 적외선 및 자외선 분야에서 적극적인 연구개발이 있어야 할 것이다.

현재 BPM (Business Process Management)은 급변하는 사업 환경의 변화에 기업이 신속하게 대응하기 위한 해결책으로 많은 기업에서 도입을 추진하고 있다. BPM은 조직 내부, 또는 복수 조직간에 걸쳐서 발생하는 사람과 IT 시스템 간의 상호작용을 비즈니스 프로세스 관점에서 이해하고 분석하여 기업의 전략을 실행하기 위한 새로운 개념으로서 기존의 IT 시스템 개발 개념과는 많은 차이가 존재한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 BPM의 등장과 확산이 최근 몇 년 동안에 급속하게 이루어진 까닭에, 기업 현장에서의 IT 담당자는 물론 BPM의 확산을 추진하는 IT 전문가들조차 BPM에 대한 진정한 이해와 확산에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 과거의 단순한 솔루션 중심 도입 방식으로 BPM 도입을 추진하였다. 결과적으로 급변하는 사업 환경에 실시간으로 대응하기 위해 도입하는 BPM의 핵심 장점을 제대로 살리지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 BPM의 진정한 의미를 재조명하고, A 사(社) BPM 프로젝트의 실제 사례를 통하여 성공적인 BPM 도입을 위해 고려해야 할 사항들에 대해 분석하였다. 이번 사례 연구를 통해 기업 혁신을 위해 BPM을 도입 하고자 하는 기업에게 성공적인 가이드라인을 제시하고, 향후 BPM의 미래 청사진을 제시하고자 한다.

글로벌 비즈니스 환경에 있어서 경쟁력을 유지 혹은 강화시키기 위한 방법으로 많은 기업들이 경영혁신 활동에 주력하고 있다. 식스 시그마는 이러한 활동을 가능케 하는 핵심적인 방법론이자 도구로써 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식스 시그마의 도입에 따른 성과요인을 분석하여 보다 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 그 성공 가능성을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 주요한 목적이라 하겠다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 델파이 조사방법과 이를 분석하기 위한 도구로써 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 총 12개의 요인들이 도출되었으며 중요도에 따라 가중치를 계산하여 이를 실제 식스 시그마 프로젝트에 적용하여 연구에 제시된 프레임워크를 검증토록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 산업 및 기업에서 식스 시그마 방법론의 적용이 급속히 확대되어 가는 추세에서 프로젝트의 성패를 가늠짓게 하는 중요 요인들을 보다 객관적인 프레임워크로 제시되었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for the development of the senior care industry in Korea and how to apply it to the Korean market. For this study, a case analysis study was conducted on the successful business model of 'Driving Miss Daisy^®'. For the development of Korea's senior care industry, understanding of senior, establishing infrastructure for community care, and improving the treatment of professional personnel care should be preceded. In order to apply 'Driving Miss Daisy^®' to the Korean market, it was suggested that it is necessary to reduce regulations, develop differentiated services, establish linkage systems with various service institutions in the community, establish cooperative models between large and small businesses and startups.

The importance of service science is emphasized in the modern economy, and the value and necessity of service research still increasing. Since the service research framework was proposed, it has been studied from various perspectives and incorporated into one framework--service research. The direction of service research has been established and a new baseline of research has been established. However, the modern economic and social environment could be described as a new era, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has changed drastically. More and more systematic research on services has become necessary. Therefore, this study analyzed the field of service research in the existing framework. The study suggested how service research could broaden the horizon of service research by studying the 'what'. To do this, we analyzed recent service research trends by themes. We also identified the shortcomings of previous studies about service, and suggested directions and research themes for future research. Based on this study we developed a general approach to the creation of new models from the viewpoint of service science. The authors were also able to develop a general approach to areas such as service innovation, service inference, service solution, and service design leverage. In addition, it is necessary to extend service research and business model to the utilization of service technology. This approach could contribute to forming the basis of future service development, and to utilize social media to create new value of innovative company. The results of this study could contribute to deepening and expanding service research.

Due to various ICT Technology innovations and Digital Transformation, the Internet of Things(IoT) environment is increasingly requiring intelligence, decentralization, and automated service, especially an advanced and stable smart service environment in the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT) where communication network(5G), data analysis and artificial intelligence(AI), and digital twin technology are combined. In this study, we propose IIoT Edge middleware systems for flexible interface with heterogeneous devices such as facilities and sensors at various industrial sites and for quick and stable data collection and processing.
