금융기관별 서비스 경쟁우위에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 금융규제완화, 금융기관의 민영화, 금융기관간 M&A, 국내 금융시장의 개방 등 대내외적인 문제에 직면하고 있는 우리나라 금융기관들에 대한 서비스 만족도 실증분석을 통해 서비스 경쟁우위 요소를 제시하기 위한 것이다. 시중은행, 지방은행, 증권회사, 투자신탁의 주거래 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분산분석, 다중비교검정(Multiple Comparison Test) 그리고 Radar Chart 분석을 시도하였다. 상품, 이용 편의성, 유통경로, 판매촉진의 4가지 서비스 항목으로 구분하여 금융기관별 차이를 분석한 결과 각 금융기관간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각 금융기관별로 상대적인 서비스 경쟁우위 관계를 분석한 결과 시중은행은 유통경로 부문에서 상대적 서비스 경쟁우위가 있는 것으로 나타났고 나머지 상품, 이용 편의성, 판매촉진 부문에서는 경쟁열위를 보였다. 지방은행은 이용 편의성, 유통경로, 판매촉진 등 3개 부문에서 다른 금융기관보다 상대적으로 높은 경쟁우위를 보였으며 상품 부문에서는 다른 금융기관과 비슷한 경쟁력을 나타내었다. 증권회사는 전 부문이 경쟁열위의 수준이었고 그 중에서 유통경로부문이 경쟁력이 가장 떨어진 것으로 나타났다. 투자신탁은 상품, 이용 편의성, 판매촉진 등 3개 부문에서 타 금융2기관에 비해 높은 경쟁우위를 보였으나 유통경로에 대해서는 경쟁열위로 나타났다.

Determinants of Patients Satisfaction and Intent to Revisit Oriental Medical Hospitals (한방병원 환자 만족도 및 재이용 의사 결정요인)

  • This study aimed to investigate the determinants of patients satisfaction and intent to revisit oriental medical hospitals. The level of overall patient satisfaction was used as an intervening variable and the level of intent to revisit was used as a dependent variable. The sample used in this study consisted of 578 patients from 3 oriental medical hospitals located in Chungnam Province. Data were collected from October 2014 to December 2014 with a structured and self-administrated questionnaire and analysed using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that oriental medical hospitals should make an effort to improve the overall satisfaction of patients, in the case of outpatient, especially focusing on the doctors' service and medical procedure, and in the case of inpatient, especially focusing on the facilities convenience, medical price and hospital ward life which will lead to high level of intent to revisit of patients.

Basic Study for Selection of Factors Constituents of User Satisfaction for Micro Electric Vehicles (초소형전기차 사용자만족도 구성요인 선정을 위한 기반연구)

  • With the recent increase in the introduction of micro-electric vehicles in Korea, interest in micro-electric vehicle user satisfaction is increasing to revitalize related markets. In this paper, a basic study was conducted on the development of public services using micro-electric vehicle based on the constituent factors of user satisfaction. The survey includes: ① 'Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for selecting the priority factors of user satisfaction of micro-electric vehicles', ② 'A survey of micro-electric vehicles image' to collect data in advance for providing users' preferences and transportation services for micro-electric vehicles, ③ In order to investigate the user satisfaction level of users who actually operated micro-electric vehicles, the order of 'user satisfaction survey of micro-electric vehicle drivers' was conducted. In the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, it was found that users regarded as important in the order of 'user utilization data', 'vehicle movement data', and 'charging service data'. In the micro-electric vehicle image survey, users perceived micro-electric vehicles more positively in terms of "safety", 'durability', 'Ride comfort', 'design', 'MOOE (Maintenance and other operating expense)', and 'environment-friendly' when comparing micro-electric vehicles with electric motorcycles. In the survey on the user satisfaction of micro-electric vehicle drivers, the use of micro-electric vehicle did not directly affect work performance efficiency, and there was an experience of being disadvantaged on the road due to the size of the micro-electric vehicle, and driving in a cluster of micro-electric vehicle for outdoor advertisements. The city's public relations effect was great, but it was concerned about safety. In the future, based on the results of this study, we plan to build a user satisfaction structural equation model, preemptively discover feedback R&D for micro-electric vehicle utilization services in the public field, and actively seek to discover new public mobility support services.

Patient Satisfaction and Perception on Nutritional Counseling Services Quality (영양 상담서비스 품질에 대한 환자의 만족도와 인식조사)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction and perception of nutritional counseling services quality. A patient satisfaction and perception survey was conducted for 1,095 patients from 43 tertiary hospitals and 20 general hospitals. The number of returned questionnaires was 656 (response rate: 60.0%). Data from 633 questionnaires were analyzed after the questionnaires with unanswered items were excluded. Five domains were identified from the result of the factor analysis using the maximum likelihood and oblique rotation. The five domains were named empathy, responsiveness, tangibles, reliability, and skill and specialty. Patient perception mean score of nutritional counseling was 4.54/5.00. Patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher in empathy (P<0.001), responsiveness, and skill and specialty (P<0.01) with a college or graduate school education than in patients with a middle school education. There was no statistically significant difference between satisfaction scores in tertiary hospitals and those in general hospitals, but patients in capital hospitals reported significantly higher scores than their local counterparts in empathy, responsiveness, reliability, skill and specialty (P<0.001), and tangibles (P<0.05). In responsiveness, significantly higher (P<0.01) scores were observed in patients who received nutritional counseling only once compared to patients who received counseling two times. Patients perception of nutritional counseling services was significantly correlated with their satisfaction of five domains, reliability (r=0.721), responsiveness (r=0.697), empathy (r=0.690), skill and specialty (r=0.678), and tangibles (r=0.622).

A Study on the Effect of Personality Types of College Students on Information Use Behavior and Satisfaction for University Libraries: Focusing on Cultural Learning (대학생의 성격유형이 대학도서관 정보이용행태와 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구: 교양학습을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how information use behavior and satisfaction appear by personality type for liberal arts learning among college students, and to propose a customized information service plan that can help college students study in university libraries. To this end, a survey was conducted on 169 university students enrolled in C University. The analysis consisted of demographic characteristics, MBTI personality type, information use behavior, satisfaction, and university library service perception survey. Frequency analysis, cross-analysis, multinomial logistic regression, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the SPSS 29 statistical program. As a result of the study, first, significant results were found in 'preferred information sources', 'information source consideration factors', and 'information collection patterns' according to personality type. Second, there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction according to personality type in 'system utilization ability', 'data selection ability', and 'the degree of recognition of the usefulness of learning activities'. Third, in the relationship between preferred information sources and satisfaction based on personality types and information use behaviors, there appears to be an inverse relationship when the content includes various topics with a lack of academic depth or expertise. However, the preference for 'social media' is positively correlated with 'satisfaction with search results,' as it provides diverse perspectives and viewpoints in liberal education

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the indicators of user satisfaction for Korean public library evaluation. This is an attempt to overcome the inequality of indicators, which mainly consist of inputs and outputs. User satisfaction indicators are constructed through literature reviews and the prepared indicators are tested through a user survey of public libraries. Notably, the test is focused on the applicability of indicators for public libraries with a variety characteristics such as scale and operation organization. Based on the analysis of the results, this study suggests a total of 10 indicators.

  • This study was carried out to analyze and compare job satisfaction, job stress, burnout, and turnover intention of comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and general ward nurses. The participants were 181 nurses from six hospitals providing comprehensive nursing care service in G metropolitan city. The data were collected using structured questionnaires in May 16-June 30, 2017. The data were analyzed with SPSS program, which was used for t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation. As a result, there were no significant differences in the variables between comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and general ward nurses. However, comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses had higher job satisfaction, lower job stress, lower burnout, and lower turnover intention than general ward nurses. There was a significant relationship between job stress (r=.39, p=<.001), burnout (r=.43, p=<.001), job satisfaction (r=-.66, p=<.001), and turnover intention. Comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses were more positive about their nursing work than general ward nurses. The findings of this study can be used as basic data for effective nursing resource management in a comprehensive nursing care service ward.

First, This study on the influence that materiality, consensual, differentiation of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. Second, entrepreneurial Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education have an effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, This study on the influence consensual, differentiation has been verified to have mediating effects of entrepreneurial intention of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. materiality, entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization has no mediating effect. This result, It was found that the practical education related to entrepreneurship contributed to the revitalization of the university, such as the interest for the students and the educational goal for the entrepreneurship rather than the convenience facilities and establishment of good environment for entrepreneurship education. factors for Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education were found that consensual and differentiation on entrepreneurial intention.   • The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of social support on the effect of the use of social services by the elderly with disabilities on life satisfaction.To this end, the 15th data of the Korean Welfare Panel 2020 were used to verify the characteristics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis of variables related to life satisfaction. The SPSS WIN 25.0 program was used. The survey subjects extracted 684 elderly people with disabilities aged 65 or older, and the use of welfare services was divided into income Service, health Service, home welfare Service, and social participation Service, and the analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the experience of using welfare services for the elderly with disabilities had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Second, social support showed a moderating effect on the effect of using welfare services for the elderly with disabilities on life satisfaction. Through these results, the necessity of practical intervention measures and development of various programs in social welfare policies that can improve the quality of welfare services for the elderly with disabilities and increase life satisfaction through various social support was suggested.
