  • 그리드란 지리적으로 분산된 컴퓨터, 데이터베이스, 과학장비 등을 초고속 네트워크를 통하여 연결하여 가상의 슈퍼컴퓨터로 활용하고자 하는 노력으로 탄생하였다. OGSA 는 이러한 그리드를 위해서 새롭게 제시된 진보된 아키텍처로 웹 서비스 기술을 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OGSA 의 핵심인 서비스 데이터를 효과적으로 브라우징할 수 있는 서비스 데이터 브라우저를 설계 및 구현한다.

  • In this paper, we will introduce our approach for composing operation based on user tasks. It is based on Service Component Architecture (SCA). In addition, we developed ontology based on OWL and the MIT process handbook, called u-TO(universal task ontology), which can be used for users describing and specifying semantically their needs. We represent the hierarchy of tasks, and classify tasks according to views in u-TO. It aims at facilitating the modeling of complex demands or systems without regarding details of technical aspects of underlying infrastructure.

  • 본교에서 강의실, 회의실 등 공용공간을 사용하기 위해서는 사용자가 수기로 양식을 작성하여 제출하고 담당자가 처리해야 한다. 이 방식은 사용자가 사용하고자 하는 공간의 예약 현황을 확인할 수 없고, 사용신청 과정에서 직접 담당자를 찾아가야 한다는 불편함이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 불편함을 개선하기 위하여 마이크로 서비스 아키텍처 기반의 공간 예약 웹서비스를 구현한다.

  • 그리드는 분산된 이기종 자원을 활용하는 컴퓨팅 패러다임으로 초기 그리드 자원을 활용하기 위한 표준으로 OGSA(Open Grid Service Architecture)가 제안되었다. 글로버스 툴킷3은 사용자가 OGSA에 표준에 맞게 그리드를 구성할 수 있는 기능을 제공했다. 하지만 그 이후 웹 서비스 표준의 발전에 따라 그에 맞는 새로운 표준인 WSRF(Web Service Resource Framework)가 정의 되었고, 현재 WSRF 표준에 따라서 GT4가 개발되어 발표된 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 OGSA 표준에 맞게 구축된 그리드 정보검색 서비스들을 WSRF 표준에 맞도록 새로운 표준 인터페이스를 정립하고, OGSA-DAI(Data Access & Integration) 컴포넌트를 통한 데이터 관리 기능을 추가함으로써 새로운 그리드 정보검색 서비스 프로토타입을 정의하고자 한다.

  • 최근 마이크로서비스 아키텍처가 널리 활용되면서, 분산 시스템의 규모가 점차 확장되고 시스템의 복잡성 역시 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 그리고, 이는 전체 시스템에 대한 가시성 저하시킬 뿐만 아니라 트러블 슈팅 역시 어렵게 만들었다. 결국, 이러한 시스템의 가시성을 확보하기 위한 관측 가능성의 중요성이 높아지고 있으며, OpenTelemetry와 Jaeger와 같은 도구들이 등장하게 되었다. 하지만, 이러한 도구들의 경우 수집 데이터의 형식이 고정 되어 있으며, 수집 범위 역시 제한적이다. 또한, 모니터링 과정에서 네트워크 트래픽과 디스크 I/O 등에서 추가적인 오버헤드를 발생시키는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 대표적인 서비스 메시 환경인 Istio 환경을 기준으로 사용자가 원하는 형식과 범위로 마이크로서비스들과 관련된 로그 및 매트릭을 수집할 수 있는 경량화된 사이드카 기반 API 관측 가능성 및 원격 측정 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

  • The increased intelligence and speed of vehicle infotainment, whose main purpose was emergency and external communication, is showing the potential for application to various services such as navigation and autonomous driving. In particular, functionality for linking external devices and infrastructure is being strengthened due to advances in communication and networks. Under this trend, it is necessary to consider the direction of linkage with the cooperative intelligent transportation system (C-ITS) for advanced vehicle services and driving. In addition, in the case of automobiles, future vehicle development concepts are being established based on the concept of software-defined vehicles (SDVs) in line with the trend of electrification beyond telematics and infotainment advancements, and such SDV linkage must be considered at the same time. In this paper, we consider the future direction of ITS and SDV linkage based on analysis of vehicle infotainment structure. First, for this purpose, we analyze the existing vehicle infotainment structure and architecture, and also present the structure of the SDV linked to it. Based on this, analysis and implications are drawn on the possibility of applying and linking standard-based C-ITS services with SDV devices.

  • In recent years, outsourcing of information systems, including decision support systems has become a key method for managing the system portfolio of a corporation. Since the outsourced DSSs provide their own models and solvers, which may be created on the basis of different modeling practices and system platforms, the decision maker wishing to solve business problems using the outsourced DSSs frequently faces a difficulty in selecting and/or applying appropriate models and solvers to the problems on hand. This paper proposes a DSS outsourcing architecture that enables a user to discover and execute appropriate models and solvers, even though the user is not knowledgeable enough about all the details of the models and solvers. Specifically, this paper adopts a Web services approach to integrate the heterogeneous models and solvers by encapsulating individual models and solvers as Web services and hiding all system specific implementation details from the users.

  • As technology advances swiftly and the lifespan of products becomes increasingly short, there is a demand to fasten the pace of research outcomes, product development, and market introduction. As a result, the researchers and developers need a computational experiment environment that enables rapid verification of the experiment and application of research findings. Such an environment must efficiently harness all available computational resources, manage simulations across diverse test scenarios, and support the experimental data collection. This research introduces the design and implementation of an experimental frame based on a microservice architecture. The experimental frame leverages scripts to utilize computing resources optimally, making it more straightforward for users to conduct simulations. It features an experimental frame capable of automatically deploying scenarios to the computing components. This setup allows for the automatic configuration of both the computing environment and experiments based on user-provided scenarios and experimental software, facilitating effortless execution of simulations.

  • Currently, the urban railway operating agency is improving the emergency telephone in operation into an IP-based "trackside integrated interface communication facility" that can support a variety of additional services in order to quickly respond to emergency situations within the tunnel. This study is based on this Analyze the needs of various stakeholders regarding the design of a system architecture that establishes an IoT sensor network environment to detect abnormal situations in the tunnel and transmits the collected information to the control center to predict disaster situations in advance, and defines the system requirements. In addition, a scenario model for disaster response was provided through the presentation of a service model. Through this, the perspective of responding to urban railway disasters changes from reactive response to proactive prevention, thereby ensuring safe operation of urban railways and preventing major industrial accidents.

A Study on Analysis and Development of Geo-Spatial Collaboration Platform (공간정보 기반의 협업지원플랫폼 분석 및 구축)

  • The fact that the limits of information recency, diversity, and usability are mainly caused by the supply oriented geospatial data and service development is commonly recognized. It is recently tried to overcome the limits by facilitating user experience and VGI(Volunteered Geographic Information) in several geospatial web services. This study suggests conceptual architecture and service scenario for geospatial collaborative platform prototype through review and examination of previous researches. The prototype, composed of 4 unit modules: 3D POI Creation Module, 3D POI Application Module, 3D POI/Event Management Module, 3D POI/Event Monitoring Module, provides the capability of collaboratively dealing with geospatial work. The suggested service scenario is demonstrated by developing prototype for the service modules.
