이 논문은 TOC(Theoyv of Constraints) 기반의 DBR(Dyum-Buffey-Rope) 스케줄링 기법의 기본 개념을 소개하고. 이 기법이 저음 개발되어 오늘에 이르기까지 실제 생산기업에 적용되고 이론적으로 발전되어온 역사를 문헌을 중심으로 고찰하는 것이다. DBR 스케줄링 기법의 기본 개념 및 구조를 간단한 사례를 중심으로 설명하였으며. 1998년 처음 개발된 이후 발표된 논문을 중심으로 프로세스 산업적용, 반도체 산업 적용, DBR과 ERP 통합, MPS 문제, 버퍼 크기 문제, 공급망 관리와의 연계, VAT 분석, JIT와의 연계, 서비스 산업에의 적용. 일반 산업응용 사례, DBR 시스템 개발 등으로 나누어 문한 분석을 한 결과를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 향후 DBR 기법의 발전 방향 등에 대하여 논의하였다.

HL7은 텍스트 기반의 의료정보교환 표준이다. HL7메시지는 한 환자가 내원하여 퇴원할 때까지 여러종류의 메시지가 계속적으로 다량 발생하게 되는데, 그 메시지들의 일부 특정 세그먼트들은 반복적으로 생성되어 사용된다는 특징이 있다 그러므로 HL7메시지를 데이타베이스에 저장할 때는 불가피하게 특정 세그먼트들에 많은 중복이 발생하게 된다. 또한 HL7메시지는 프로세스 흐름중심으로 발생되므로, 중복을 제거한 환자중심의 데이터베이스 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 XML데이타베이스를 사용하여 HL7메시지를 저장하는 방식을 제안한다. 이는 XML DTD가 병원정보를 다루는 여러 의료정보표준들 상호간의 정보교환 및 공유를 위한 스키마로서의 역할을 할 뿐만 아니라, 인터넷을 통해 여러 가지 서비스 제공할 수 있도록 효과적인 저장 및 검색을 지원하기 때문이다. 이질적인 병원정보시스템을 가지고 있는 병원들 간에 의료정보를 교환하고, 환자들의 의료정보를 통합관리 하기 위한 XML데이터베이스를 설계하고 구현하였다.

고장 감내형 CORBA*Fault Tolerant Common Object Broker Architecture)는 분산 객체 시스템 통합기술의 표준인 CORBA에 고장에 대한 회복수단을 제공하기 위해 제안되었다. CORBA에 고장 감내성을 추가하기 위해서는 객체단위의 중복그룹의 관리, 호출 구조 및 이에 따른 고장인지 및 회복기법이 필요하다. 기존에 제안된 분산 시스템 환경에서의 고장인지 및 회복기법들은 프로세스 단위의 동작, 실행시간에 생성된 객체의 동적 환경구성 기능의 부제 등의 문제로 고장 감내형 CORBA에 적용시키기에는 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사용자에게 고장투명성과 연속적인 서비스 제공을 보장하는 고장 가내형 CORBA에 필요한 핵심기술인 객체 그룹간 고장인지 방법 및 고장으로부터의 회복 메커니즘을 제안한다.

산업제어시스템에 침해사고가 발생하여 서비스 제공이 중단될 경우 사회에 큰 혼란을 야기할 수 있기 때문에 주기적으로 내부 자산의 보안 수준을 관리하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 위 논문은 산업제어시스템 내부 자산의 보안성 확립을 위한 산업제어시스템 자산 유형별 보안성 평가 프로그램을 제안한다. 동일 자산 그룹에 따라 보안조치를 선별적으로 적용하고 신규 취약점을 지속적으로 파악하는 프로세스를 프로그램에 적용하여 제어시스템 보안 수준을 안정적으로 유지하는 사내 프로그램으로 활용될 수 있도록 한다.

ESG management means to thoroughly consider the investor's perspective when evaluating corporate value, and environmental, social, and governance issues are continuous and strategic monitoring issues in identifying risk and opportunity factors related to corporate management activities. In other words, the perspective of value creation is reflected in business relationships. The fundamental purpose of ESG management is continuous business value creation and thorough management of investment risks and business transactions in contractual relationships. It is also a requirement of linked investors. The field that Korean companies are currently experiencing the most is the recognition that 'ESG information collection is necessary and maintenance must be prioritized' in investor IR and global sales and marketing departments, and the primary need for this is emerging. In addition, as the legal affairs office, environmental safety department, and human resources department, which conduct compliance management, carry out related tasks, clarity at the organizational level must precede in order to properly establish an information integration and management system. It covers the scope of securing new market opportunities such as management, disclosure and communication. Therefore, in regard to the newly emerging ESG management and response methods, it is necessary to review and implement it repeatedly so that sustainable exchange profits can be created by simultaneously managing non-financial risks as well as efforts to enhance corporate value for financial returns.

혼합대는 지표수와 지하수의 수리적 교환이 일어나는 경계부로써 1) 수문학적 관점에서는 하도와 하상간의 물교환이 이루어지는 공간으로 다양한 물리적·화학적 작용이 발생, 2) 생지화학적인 관점에서는 하상 간극수 흐름에 의한 전이대(ecotone)를 형성하여 용존산소·영양물질·용존유기탄소의 이동뿐만이 아니라 지하수로부터 열에너지·무기염류의 공급을 유도하면서 높은 생지화학적 활동과 변환을 야기하는 산화·환원 반응구역, 3) 생태적인 관점에서는 저서생물과 지하 유기체종을 특징으로 하는 서식지이나 잠재적인 레퓨지움(refugium) 등의 관점에서 해석될 수 있다. 국내 하천환경의 생태학적 지속가능성을 위한 지표수-지하수 혼합대 관리에 대한 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있지만 우리나라는 여전히 지하수의 이용 및 보전과 지하수의 안정적인 수량·수질 확보를 목표로 관리를 추진하고 있다. 따라서, 실질적인 지표수-지하수 혼합대에서 발생하는 다양한 현상의 이해나 관리방안에 관한 연구는 아직 미비한 상황이다. 지표수-지하수 혼합대에 관한 보고서, 논문 등을 종합하여 혼합대의 영향인자를 살펴보면 1) 수리수문 특성에는 수리전도도·하천 수위·하천 유속·하천수 수온, 2) 수질 특성에는 유기오염물질·영양염류, 3) 수생태 특성에는 대형무척추동물 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 지금까지 단일 연구분야의 접근방법으로 다양한 현장측정기법 및 모델링을 통한 혼합대 연구가 수행되고 있지만, 혼합대가 가지는 환경적 중요성에 대한 이해와 인식이 부족하고, 혼합대 내부에서 발생하는 복합적인 프로세스로 인해 전문가들조차 연구에 어려움을 가질 것이다. 지표수-지하수 혼합대의 효율적인 관리를 위해서는 수리수문·수질·수생태 등 다양한 시각에서 접근하여 학제간 융합연구를 통해 기초 데이터를 상호교환하고, 기존의 혼합대 조사에 부족한 부분을 해결할 필요가 있다. 향후 하천 기저유출 및 혼합대 기초자료 구축, 혼합대 흐름 정량화, 하천복원사업에 의한 혼합대 영향 규명 등의 연구를 수행함으로써 혼합대를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 기술 방안을 제시할 필요가 있다.

During communication between wireless users, disconnection may occur during the handover process. The high handover latency during the process of handover degrades the service quality of the wireless communications. This problem becomes more crucial if the operation network is transmitting real-time multimedia applications. This paper presents our work on the interworking of protocols in IPv6 mobility management which aims to explore the means to reduce the handover latency. We propose Reducing Handover Latency through Protocols over IPv6 mobility management.

This paper is presented to prepare NGN quality assurance management process under the quality system test methodology. The process should be drawn for NGN quality measurement framework of multimedia traffic. NGN test bed management process model are QoS measurement metrics, measurement interval meter above, and measuring tools, measuring equipment, measurement methods and measurement results from a series of processes for the analysis and methodology. This model, NGN quality assurance activities should be utilized in the future. Quality target level only when themselves constantly measured and managed, does not guarantee the communication quality of service. It is sensitive to the importance of NGN network technology paradigm for research on quality management in the NGN.
