지리공간 정보가 사용되는 분야나 환경에 따라 사용되는 표준 데이타 포맷이 다르므로 다른 환경의 지리공간 정보를 활용하기 위해서는 자신의 환경에 맞는 데이타 포맷으로 변환하는 작업이 필요하게 되었다 또한, 다양한 분야의 지리공간 정보를 상호 운용이 가능하도록 지리공간 정보를 엔코딩해 주는 지리공간 정보 엔코딩 서비스 시스템이 요구되게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지리공간 정보를 OGC의 GML 3.0으로 엔코딩해 주는 GML 기반 지리공간 정보 엔코딩 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 특히, 지리공간 정보를 간편하고 효율적으로 엔코딩하기 위해 엔코딩 방법을 정의하는 매핑 규칙을 활용하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 GML 기반 지리공간 정보 엔코딩 서비스 시스템을 활용해 공간 데이타베이스 시스템인 ZEUS에 구축된 지리공간 정보를 GML 3.0으로 엔코딩 하거나, 역으로 GML 3.0을 ZEUS의 지리공간 정보로 엔코딩하여 상호 운용할 수 있다.

Recently, tthe general users' demand on utilizing spatial information and the establishment of national spatial data such as land cover map are increasingly growing. But the lack of spatial information service for the general public is making it difficult for them to use spatial information and services. In this study, spatial information service strategies based on the concept of atlas, which is familiar to us through the student atlas, were proposed to promote the public users' utilization of land cover map. For this purpose, I reviewed current domestic status and overseas cases of land cover map service and proposed the future direction of spatial information service for land cover map in terms of contents, users, and system. Finally, I defined the basic concept, characteristics and functions of the Atlas Information System and recommended strategies for environmental spatial information service. The results of this study can be applied to various national spatial information as well as land cover map and contribute to the increase of general public users' utilization of national spatial data.

본 연구는 보행자 시설 중 계단과 대기공간에 대해 공학적으로 합리적인 분석방법을 제공하고 이를 통해 안전하고 편리한 보행시설의 제공을 도모하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 계단과 대기공간에 대한 외국의 조사방법과 분석방법을 참조, 비교하여 서비스 수준 결정기준을 정하고 용량 값을 산출하여 우리나라 현실에 맞는 적정한 설계기준을 산출하기 위해 노력하였다. 계단의 경우 효과척도로 보행 교통량을 그리고 대기공간에 있어서는 1인당 점유면적을 사용하였다. 현장 조사 결과 계단에서의 보행량은 보행자가 군을 형성했을 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 최대 보행량에 차이가 나는 것을 고려하여 보행자 군의 형성 여부에 따라 서비스 수준의 기준을 다르게 제시하였으며, 대기공간의 경우에는 1인당 점유면적을 한국인의 평균체형을 기준으로 하여 서비스 수준의 기준을 제시하였다. 계단과 대기공간에 있어서 이러한 조사와 분석을 통해 산출된 결과는 외국의 경우와 다른 값을 나타내는데, 계단에 있어서는 실질적으로 이용할 수 있는 유효계단 폭에 따라 최대 보행 교통량의 타이가 크게 나타났으며, 대기공간의 경우에는 한사람이 점유 할 수 있는 용량상태에서의 공간이 0.2$m^2$/인으로 외국의 경우보다 적게 나타난다.

실내 공간 용용기술의 핵심은 3차원 실내공간데이터의 모델링 기법과 이와 연동 가능한 센서기술이다. 하지만 아직은 실내위치기반서비스를 위한 측위기술 및 공간데이터에 대한 표준과 활용방안이 제한된 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 실내 위치기반서비스에서 사용 가능한 간단한 공간 DBMS 기반의 3차원 실내 공간 데이터 모델의 구축방법과 이를 활용할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 모델은 2차원 기반의 multi-layer 구조를 가지며, 2차원 및 3차원으로 가시화가 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 제시한 3차원 실내 공간 모델의 실내 기반 서비스로의 적용을 테스트하기 위하여 CA(Cellular Automata)기반의 대피 시뮬레이터와 대피 경로 안내 시스템 그리고 실내센서(카메라)와의 연동 등 몇 가지 응용분야에 대한 테스트를 수행하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 대한지적공사에서 추진하고 있는 지적정보서비스 유통 방안을 마련하기 위해 공공과 민간부분의 지적정보서비스 현황과 수요를 파악하고 분석하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 심층면접과 개별면접을 병행하여 지적정보의 인지도와 활용도를 포함한 지적공간정보에 대한 활용실태, 지적공간정보의 품질만족도, 향후 지적공간정보 수요 예측, 지적공간정보의 유통서비스체계에 대한 선호도, 공사의 사업 다각화, 공간정보 시장의 수요 등을 정확히 파악한 후 지적정보의 이 활용과 유통을 증진시킬 방안을 도출하였다.

According to the changes of the city's paradigm, the demand on u-City increases rapidly. u-City has been built at 54 areas in Korea (as of May 2009). One of the important determinants of success or failure in the increasing of u-City is how to provide u-Services. Most current u-Services are Sensor Network-based monitoring services to manage urban infrastructure. u-GIS is one of fundamental requirements to implement 'any time and any where' u-Service which covers the essential meaningful term "ubiquitous". Hence, in this paper, we 1) describe the definition of the spatial awareness, 2) discuss how to converge (Spatial Embedding) among different spatial data : topographic spatial data, sensor spatial data, and more, 3) bring forth an advanced form of u-Service, 4) analyze the state-of-the-art u-GIS techniques.

Context-aware technologies have become the one of core technologies for intelligent urban geospatial services in ubiquitous computing environment. To provide context-aware intelligent services, various technologies including for context-aware modelling, context-aware sensing and context-aware service middleware are required. Among them, especially, ontologies are very useful for modelling, interpreting and reasoning context informations across various domains. In this research, the recent trends of context-awareness technologies and ontologies are reviewed to build a conceptual architecture for intelligent urban geospatial services. Considering it, the strategies of intelligent urban geospatial services are proposed.

In this study, The criteria for assessing the security-related functions and services using spatial information is deduced, and orders of priority a priority for the applicable alternatives of functions/services of intelligent security service application based on spatial information are suggested by calculating relative importance. Also this study suggested connection plan about service implementation of national security services by government ministry & local government. And, the intelligent security app service model which has possible substantiation and commercialization is proposed. This study performed the AHP as the final assessment criterions by 3 item in 1st class and 12 item in 2nd class. And, tried to implementation methods of the intelligent security service application(ex. control of emergency and the crime opportunity, real-time location tracking of protector, the device for missing child & dementia patient, user participation & provision of information).

최근 공간정보 산업의 변화와 국내외 포털의 지도서비스 및 iPhone의 국내 진출을 계기로 공간정보에 대한 수요와 정책적 요구 사항이 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 현재까지 개발된 모바일 매핑 시스템은 공공분야인 시설물 측량 및 수치지형도 수정갱신에 사용된 시스템으로 현재 민간 서비스 시장의 요구 충족에는 어려움이 따른다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 민간 서비스 시장 요구 충족을 목적으로 모바일 매핑 기술을 기반으로 필수 장치만 사용하여 시스템을 구성하였으며, geoSensor로 취득된 공간정보를 다양한 컨텐츠로 활용하기 위한 필수 요소인 취득 데이터간 동기화용 시각동기화 인터페이스를 구현하였다.

Recently many of earlier GIS services are changing to the form of user-participated dynamic geoweb service like many new impressive web 2.0 services substitute for earlier old-fashioned web 1.0 services. Many relevant technologies are necessary to be developed so as to integrate a number of geospatial data and functions all around into the useful geoweb services. It is also necessary to make the integration easy and to cope with the rapid changes in geoweb environment. In this study, the trend of relevant geoweb technologies were reviewed before, and the development of open geospatial service platform were carried out. As a result, open 2D/3D map service engine, user-participated mashup engine, Open API search engine and so on were im plemented as the core components of that platform. The platform will be able to be used as the common platform among a number of applications in the fields such as public/private GIS integration, u-city projects and GIS/LBS services etc.
