본 논문은 EU의 TEPSIE 연구에서 정의한 사회혁신 생태계를 분석틀로 활용하여 한국 사회혁신 생태계의 현황을 살펴보고 발전방안을 제시하고 있다. TEPSIE가 정의한 사회혁신 생태계는 전사회적인 차원에서 '사회혁신'의 요소들을 담아냄으로써, 사회적 경제와 연관하여 사회적 기업을 논의하는 과정에서 다소 협소할 수 있었던 시각을 확장하여 구조적 환경과, 자원, 파트너쉽 등을 포괄하는 분석틀을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 사회혁신기업을 둘러싼 구조적 조건, 수요와 공급 차원에서의 관련 요소들, 그리고 중간지원조직을 중심으로 핵심적인 내용을 분석적으로 담아내고, 이를 바탕으로 사회혁신 생태계의 발전 방안을 제시하였다.

Ecotourism refers to tourism that senses and observes superior natural resources, cultural resources and history around. Today, as the current leisure patterns of the people change, a healing trip to find nature is being activated. In this paper, we propose a platform design and construction for providing ecotourism information. In the proposed platform, first, the image file of the eco-tourism objects taken every day from the image capture device is collected, converted into a video, uploaded to the server, then, when the tourist arrives at the eco-tourism object, It is designed to be able to watch.

This study was carried out to develop the breeding and/or cultivation materials by investigating characteristics of natural habitats of Allium monanthum in South Korea. Natural habitats of sunny, half-shady, and shady conditions were 13 (10.7%), 66 (54.6%), and 42 (34.7%), respectively. Natural habitats were located around upland (45.4%), around Buddhist temple area (28.1%), on mountain area (18.2%), along roadside (2.5%), and along riverside (5.8%), respectively. Natural habitats ranged widely in all areas of Korea by $33^{\circ}N{\sim}38^{\circ}N$ and $126^{\circ}E{\sim}129^{\circ}E$. In Chungbuk and Gyeongbuk natural habitats were more than in Jeonbuk and Jeonnam. Distribute pattern were formed densely. Sprout stage was from September till March of next year. Grew from March to April, and there was no plant formed flower stalk in natural habitats.

Recently, SID (Sustainable Industrial Development) or green growth is the major concern of industries. EIP (Eco Industrial Park) is one of the important part of SID which aims to improve eco-efficiency of resources such as material, energy and water. In this study, current status of Banwol & Sihwa industrial complex relating EIP was investigated and the plan to design of Banwol & Sihwa EIP was suggested.
