A Study on the Effect of the Interaction and Flow of Consumers within the Company SNS on the Consumers' Affection (기업 SNS 내 소비자의 상호작용과 몰입이 소비자의 애착에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study is about the effect of interaction and flow of consumers within the company SNS on the consumers' affection. Verification took place through empirical analysis based on the theoretical background. The following is the summary of the research results generated based on the research results. First, correlation between aspect of the motivation for the use of contents and interactivity is as follows. Mutual sense of solidarity (Hypothesis 1-1), influence (Hypothesis 1-2), connectivity (Hypothesis 1-3) and reactivity (Hypothesis 1-4) exerted positive(+) on the interaction. Second, correlation between aspect of the motivation for the use of contents and flow is as follows. Mutual sense of solidarity (Hypothesis 2-1), influence (Hypothesis 2-2) and connectivity (Hypothesis 2-3) exerted positive(+) effect on immersion. Meanwhile, reactivity (Hypothesis 1-4) was not statistically significant when it comes to flow. Third, interaction between contents characteristics and interaction exerted positive(+) positive on the interactivity of entertainingness (Hypothesis 3-1) and informativity (Hypothesis 3-2). Fourth, correlation between contents characteristics and flow was examined, which demonstrated that only informativity (Hypothesis 4-2) exerted positive(+) effect on the immersion. Meanwhile, entertainingness was not statistically significant when it comes to the immersion. Lastly, correlation between interaction, flow and affection is as follows. Correlation between interactivity and flow(Hypothesis 5) was not statistically significant while interactivity(Hypothesis 6) and Flow(Hypothesis 7) exerted positive(+) effect on the affection. This study presents diverse implications and significances to the working level people who use the company SNS based on these results.

  • 이 연구는 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 정보기술수용모형(technology acceptance model) 관련 선행연구를 토대로, 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 잠재모형을 개발하였다. 잠재모형의 예비타당성 검증절차를 거친 후, 이를 통해 수정된 모형을 검증하기 위해 경기도 A 연구소의 스마트교육 체험학습프로그램을 이수한 초 중 고등학생 132명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구결과, 다음과 같은 가설들이 채택되었다. 상호작용성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 I). 상호작용성은 지각된 사용용이성에 영향을 미친다(가설 II). 상호작용성은 지각된 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 III). 사회적 영향은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 IV). 사회적 영향과 상호작용성은 서로 영향을 미친다(가설 V). 지각된 유용성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VI). 지각된 사용용이성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VII). 또한 연구모형의 적합도 검증 결과, $x^2$값은 6.600, 유의확률은 .086으로서 유의수준 .05에서 모형과 자료가 일치한다는 영가설이 채택되었으며, GFI, CFI, TLI 값은 각각 .98, .99, .99로 높은 적합도 수준을 보였다. 다만, RMSEA 값은 .09로서 다소 높은 값을 보이지만, 수정된 연구모형의 적합성을 해하는 수준은 아닌 것으로 판단되었다.

The Effect of Perceived Social Support on the SNS Interactions and Expected Level of Perceived Information Authenticity (SNS상에서 지각한 사회적 지지가 SNS 상호작용과 자기정보의 진정성 평가 기대에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived social supports(PSS) in SNS on SNS interactions. In addition the present study aims to look for the effect of SNS interactions on the expected level of information authenticity perceived by information users. The results show that the effect of PSS on the desire for self-identity presentation is significant(Hypothesis 1 accepted). It also reveal that the desire for self-identity presentation positively affect SNS interactions (Hypothesis 2 accepted). And the effect of PSS on the SNS interactions is positively significant(Hypothesis 3 accepted). Finally, the degree of SNS interactions positively affect the expected level of information authenticity perceived by information users(Hypothesis 4 accepted). The significance of this study is to extend scope of research which is related with PSS. Especially, present study emphasize the difference between offline PSS and online PSS. And this study make clear the cause-and-effect relationship is at work between online PSS and SNS interactions, unlike preceding researches.

A New Tectonic Model of Cretaceous East Asia: Role of Mantle Plume (백악기 동아시아 신지구조 모델: 맨틀 플룸의 역할)

  • The hypothesis of ridge subduction which explains the Cretaceous igneous activities in East Asia including China, Korea and Japan, has been widely accepted in the society. Especially, the hypothesis explains the southwest-to-northeast migration of the Cretaceous adakite emergence in Southwest Japan. However, the hypothesis has several issues because the geochemical analyses and plate reconstruction model are not consistent with the consequences of the ridge subduction. To resolve the issues, a new hypothesis of the plume-continent and plume-slab interaction is suggested, which explains the igneous activities during the Cretaceous. In this review, I briefly introduce the two hypotheses and suggest an additional future study to prove the new hypothesis.

A Study on the impact of customer to customer interaction on customer value creation behavior (고객과 고객 간의 상호작용이 고객가치창출행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • Customers are not merely responders but rather active value creators. As a result most researches related to customer value creation behavior focus on customer participation behavior and interaction between service provider and customer. This study set the research model to examine the correlation between customer to customer interaction, brand attachment and customer value creation behavior. For this study, the relationship among social support, C-to-C social interaction, similarity, brand attachment, and customer value creation behavior were modelled and used to validate our hypotheses. A path model was verified with structural equation modeling using dataset from survey. Results of this study are summarized as follows. First, this study show the C-to-C social interaction, such as social support, C-to-C social interaction, similarity have effects on brand attachment. Thus, this was statistically significant although dismissed from hypothesis verification. Second, the structural correlation shows brand attachment has positive effect on customer value creation behavior The findings suggest that managers need to identify and pay attention to positive customer to customer interaction in the service encounter so that it influence customer brand attachment and customer value creation behavior which is the competitive advantages of service brand.

  • This study investigated the role of organizational communication, culture and trust as a moderator of the organizational performance(the growth of production and quality improvement) and job satisfaction. Using data collected from 248 workers at 128 establishments in Changwon industrial complex, morderated regression analyses explored the proposed model. As a result, communication activity and organizational trust was found negatively to moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and quality improvement/the growth of production. And organizational culture was found positively to moderate the relationship between satisfaction and quality improvement. Implications of these findings were discussed.

Effect of Self Characteristics and Contents Characteristics in Consumers' Empathic Response (콘텐츠 특성과 자아특성이 소비자 공감반응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the role and relationship among cognitive response(attractiveness, familiarity, actual self-congruence, ideal self-congruence and sympathy) factors, emotional response(empathy, flow, affection) factors, identification mediating between cognitive and emotional response, and interactivity. Hypotheses based on literature reviews were analyzed and according to the results, all of hypotheses except two hypotheses were supported. Firstly, the results revealed that except characteristic attractiveness and actual self-congruence, story attractiveness, characteristic familiarity, story familiarity, and ideal self-congruence influenced on sympathy positively. Secondly, this study examined the role and relationship between identification mediating between cognitive and emotional response and interactivity. As a result, identification and interactivity mediated with sympathy and empathy had positive effects. Finally, in respect of emotional responses empathy, flow, and affection had positive effects.

  • 최근 페이스북 (Facebook), 유투브 (YouTube) 등과 같은 소셜 미디어 서비스가 인기를 얻고 있다. 그러나 기존의 사용자 경험에 대한 이론으로는 사용자간 상호작용에 중점을 둔 소셜 미디어 상의 사용자 경험을 충분히 설명하기에 부족한 면이 있다. 본 연구에서는 경험에 대한 철학적인 고찰을 통해 기존 사용자 경험 개념을 보완하는 개념인 공동경험을 재정의하였다. 촉지적 상호작용을 통해 사용자들간에 향상된 품질의 상호작용이 가능해져, 사용자들의 공동경험 지각이 증가한다는 가설을 검증하기 위해 실험 목적의 소셜 미디어 시스템을 구축하고 그 시스템 상에서 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과에 대한 분석과 연구의 의의가 제시되어 있다.

The Relationships among Factors that Effects on Acceptance Intention in Smart Education (스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 간의 관계 분석)

  • This study aims to analyze the relationships among factors which influence acceptance intention of smart education. Based on literature reviews related with previous technology acceptance models, a potential model and seven hypotheses were suggested. Questionnaire was carried out among 132 students from elementary and secondary schools. They have experiences of utilizing applications of mobile devices for instructional goal. Cronbach alpha of the questionnaire was .78. The collected data were analyzed through path analysis. The results of this research are as follows. Seven hypotheses were adopted: Interaction will affect on perceived usefulness, Interaction will affect on perceived ease of use, Interaction will affect on acceptance intention, Interaction will affect on social influence, Social influence will affect on perceived usefulness, Perceived usefulness will affect on acceptance intention, Perceived ease of use will affect on acceptance intention. The model revised through the results of path analysis had good-fitness. That is, overall fit measures (RMSEA, CFI, NNFI), indexes that show the suitability of the model were quite good.
