This paper describes the web-based collaborative learning system, in which the constructivism is used as a background theory. We designed and developed three modules (Learner Module, Instructor Module, Administrative Module) to promote the interactive communication between learners and instructors and to enable the self-directed collaborative learning. In addition, the assignment and evaluation sessions are closely linked with each other to ensure the high quality of the system. We expect this research helps to construct the efficient collaborative learning environment using the ICT(Information & Communication Technology).

최근 20년간 마케팅을 비롯하여 사회과학 전반에 걸쳐 기업이론에 관하여 새로운 패러다임으로 각광을 받아온 신제도학파 접근방법은 이익극대화를 기업의 중심적 행동으로 가정하고 있는 신고전학파의 맹점을 극복하여 조직문제를 포괄적으로 다룰 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이 이론은 한정된 합리성, 기회주의, 자산 특수성, 지배구조, 신뢰 및 협동 등의 핵심적 개념들이 동태적 환경 하에서 활동하고 있는 기업의 경제적 행동을 분석하고 이해하는데 크게 기여하였음이 입증되고 있다. 이것은 다수의 실증적 문헌들에서 엿볼 수 있다. 그러나 신제도학파의 이론적 틀은 두 가지 면에서 주요 결점을 안고 있다. 그 하나는 이론의 정당성을 입증하기 위한 실증적 연구결과물을 무수하게 찾아볼 수 있으나, 대부분이 연구의 타당성이 결여되어 있다는 점이고, 또 하나의 결정적 결함은 신고전학파와 마찬가지로 비교정태적 접근방법을 택함으로써 역사적 관점이 도외시되고 기업의 전략개발과 구조적 변동을 이해하는데 필수적인 조직과 기술간의 동태적 상호작용의 중요성을 간과하고 있다는 점이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 국제교역 이론가들이 제시한 기업 특유의 경쟁우위에 관한 착상과 그러한 우위가 기업 내외의 네트워크 형성을 포함하여 결집된 조직역량에서 도출된다는 견해를 거래비용이론에 접목시킴으로써 기업의 성격과 그 성장방식을 보다 설득력있게 이해할 수 있으리라는 관점을 제시하려 하였다. 이와 같이 거래비용이론과 진화론을 결합하면 신제도학파 기업이론의 결점이 보완되고 이론의 발전이 한 단계 진일보할 것으로 기대된다. 특히 마케팅 연구자들이 거래비용이론의 경우와 마찬가지로 본고에서 제시한 통합이론에 대해서도 실증적 연구를 행하면 이론개발에 크게 기여할 것으로 생각된다.

본 논문에서는 음향센서를 기반으로 한 지하시설물 화재 위험감지 방법을 제안하였다. 음향센서는 진동이나 광센서처럼 접촉식이 아니기 때문에 결로가 발생하고 있는 취약구간에 설치하여 보다 효율적으로 활용이 가능하고 지하시설물 내부에 설치된 기기나 장비들과 상호작용하거나 간섭하지 않기 때문에 안전하게 관리가 가능하다. 이러한 특징으로 지하 시설물에서 내 통행이 불편하여 관리하기 힘든 구간이나 결로가 많아 화재안전에 주의가 필요한 곳에 설치하여 전기스파크 발생 감지를통해 재난이 발생하기 이전 화재위험을 감지하는 방법론 중 하나가 될 수 있다. 제안하는 방법은 음향 센서를 통해 지하공동구 안에서 발생하는 소리들을 수집하고 일정한 길이의 시간 단위 프레임들로 분할한 후 분석하여 전기스파크의 특징 벡터를 도출한다. 전기스파크 감지 모델로는 전기스파크 신호의 지역적 특성을 포착할 수 있도록 2D-CNN 구조를 사용하며 모델에서 출력된 전기 스파크 발생 예측확률을 분할된 단위 프레임 따라 계산하여 융합한다. 이로 인해 높은 정확도의 전기스파크 감지 정밀도를 얻을 수 있으며, 이는 전기 스파크에 의한 화재 이벤트 감지 있어서 효과적인 센싱 기술임을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of this factor on the macroeconomic variables for the healthcare industry market. First, the government bond interest rates and the exchange rate is the cause variable of drug industry index. Drug industry index is a mutual influence between the Call interest rate. Second, the medical equipment index haver mutual cause variable such as call rate index, government bond interest rates, and exchange rate. A current account balance variable is the cause variable of drug industry index. Third, the drug industry index has a negative relationship with a Call interest rate and an exchange rate. but it has a positive relationship with a government bond interest rates. the medical equipment index has a negative relationship with an exchange rate. but it has a positive relationship with a government bond interest rates.

Cultural contact, which means a current that an influential culture diffuses to another, represents the penetration of the one to the other in a negative respect and'mixture'or 'fusion'of them in an affirmative respect. Fusion of cultures was not easy to take place in the past when nationalism and ultranationalism suppressed it ideologically, inconvenient transportation and communications were obstacles to it, and most of countries were under the influences of folk religions. Today, however, mutually heterogeneous cultures can be shared by a lot of things such as collapse of a view of nation resulted from globalization, breakdown of regional characteristics, abolition of trade barriers, freedom of communications and realtime information network. Those have rendered fusion possible. Fusion in this modern consuming society is extending much faster and more extensively than at any time in the past. In addition, more and more cultural elements seem to collide and compromise with one another in the name of fusion, not relaxing the bridle of fusion, from the present situations that preference in consumption becomes subdivided and a variety of individuality is strongly attempted to seek for, This study is on the subject of the properties of'Fusion', one of new styles in a mass culture, especially focused on sociologic cultural phenomena. Furthermore, it is expected to look for a fusion in interior design which expresses sociologic cultural phenomena most in a field of design, to examine it theoretically, and to prospect a future trend of fusion design based on investigation of the latest prevailing trend.

The purpose of this study is to explore implications for intergenerational Christian education in Korean churches and families that struggle with "generational fragmentations" focusing on the conception of reciprocity and participation. For the faith community in Korea, "generational fragmentations" does not merely mean communication gaps or the disconnection between generations but also the absence of reciprocity and communal participation as a genuine intergenerational community of faith. With this phenomenon in mind, this study explores the concept of "intergenerationality" in education, focusing on reciprocity and participation. Next, this study examines the concepts of reciprocity and participation found in John Dewey's seminal works, Democracy and Education and Experience and Education based on his ideas of democracy and experience in relation to intergenerational Christian education for the Korean church and families. The present paper then attempts to find implications for intergenerational Christian education in the Korean church and family, showing the importance of an intergenerational community of faith with reciprocity and communal participation, and communal spiritual journey with children and adults.

Facial processing of different racial origin has been investigated at various levels including perceptual, emotional, and socio-cultural processing. Particularly, a good deal of studies have been conducted to show "other race effect (ORE)" to indicate that subtle facial information such as identity or emotional expressions are often under-processed in racial out-group members. However, few studies have investigated whether attentional modulation toward racial out-group faces could explain ORE. We investigated whether novelty-driven attentional mechanism is involved in face perception using event-related potential (ERP). Twenty-two Korean (KR) and nine Caucasian-American (AM) participants were presented with emotional faces from the two racial origins while they performed a gender categorization task. KRs showed significantly greater P3 amplitudes to AM than to KR faces indicating that the early attentional processing underlies differential perception of racial out-group faces. Interestingly, P3 was not up-regulated in the AM subjects when they were presented with KR faces, perhaps due to massive habituation to KR faces during everyday social interaction. These results indicate that racial out-group faces are highly salient stimuli which automatically occupy attentional resources, but easily habituated with repeated exposure to the racial-out group.

Continuous provocation of Japanese government to a Dokdo issue and Agreement on Fisheries between the Republic of Korea and Japan evokes a rage and resistance to whole nation in South Korea. In view of mass culture, Japanese Rightists cartoonists, Kobayashi Yoshinori and Yamano Syarin show distorted history in their works. Therefore the consideration of the birth of the Japanese right-wing cartoon is needed in historical, social and cultural viewpoints. First, the actual condition and historical background of Japanese Rightist will be showed. Second, a new Japanese history textbook which was written by right-wing organizations and Yasukuni-jinja will be discussed objectively. Finally, the representative of Japanese right-wing cartoons, and by Kobayashi Yoshinori and Yamano Syarin about historical distortion will be analyzed carefully. In this dissertation, through the factual analysis of cartoons, in opposition to a prejudice and distortion about Korean history of Japanese Rightist, cartoonists' precise and academic posture is proposed.

The study tries to explore the ideas of the 10-20 generations to find improvements in the education policy for future South and North Korea relationship and provide implications on the current unification education and the South and North Korea relationship. Furthermore, through the ideas of the 10th and 20th generations, the goal was to draw in-depth discussions on how to view relations with North Korea for the future development of the South Korea. Afterwards, a total of 14 people(6 teenagers and 8 20s) were selected through a snowballing, and a total of 14 people from each group participated in three focus group interviews. The results were as follows. First, the participants in this study on South and North Korea relation reported three perspectives: the 'nationalist view', the 'pragmatic view' and the 'ideological and systemic view'. Second, There were both negative and positive about North-South relationship. But positive emotions and attitudes were mainly influenced by the media, and negative those were influenced by repetitive and compulsory education. Unlike passive interviews in the first session, during the course of the interview the study participants expressed their opinions and talked about the future of the South and North Korea relations. It is the value of the study, and provides future generations with a sense of what education is necessary in designing the future of Korea, interacting with South and North Korea relation.

There are two strands for considering tile relationships between education and technology. One is the viewpoint of 'learning from computers' and the other is that of 'learning with computers'. In this paper, we call mathematics education with computers as 'computers and mathematics education' and this computer environments as microworlds. In this paper, we first suggest theoretical backgrounds ai constructionism, mathematization, and computer interaction. These theoretical backgrounds are related to students, school mathematics and computers, relatively As specific strategies to design a microworld, we consider a physical construction, fuctiionization, and internet interaction. Next we survey the different microworlds such as Logo and Dynamic Geometry System(DGS), and reform each microworlds for mathematical level-up of representation. First, we introduce the concept of action letters and its manipulation for representing turtle actions and recursive patterns in turtle microworld. Also we introduce another algebraic representation for representing DGS relation and consider educational moaning in dynamic geometry microworld. We design an integrating microworld between Logo and DGS. First, we design a same command system and we get together in a microworld. Second, these microworlds interact each other and collaborate to construct and manipulate new objects such as tiles and folding nets.
