This study investigated the relationship between dental caries and various oral factors in subjects with Down's syndrome. We compared 25 subjects with Down's syndrome with 63 healthy control. The dental caries index and plaque index were examined, and the total salivary immunoglobulin A and S. mutans specific salivary immunoglobulin A concentration were measured using ELISA. The S. mutans counts, Lactobacillus counts and buffer capacity were measured with Dentocult test medium. The decayed and filled surface index of deciduous teeth in subjects with Down's syndrome was lower than in controls(p<0.001). The plaque index and total salivary immunoglobulin A concentration showed no difference, S. mutans specific salivary immunoglobulin A concentration and buffer capacity in subjects with Down's syndrome were lower than in controls(p<0.001). There was no significant difference between two groups in the S. mutans counts and Lactobacillus counts. In 9-11 year age group, S. mutans counts in subjects with Down's syndrome was lower than in controls(p<0.001) and S. mutans specific salivary immunoglobulin A concentration was lower(p<0.05). There was a high correlation among deciduous dental caries index and buffering capacity and S. mutans counts.

Recently, web casting on the internet has been expanding in number and size. Web Casting is different from the conventional television broadcasting since it can transmit various types of information through multimedia and it also can include interaction between users and broadcasting server. User experience by interaction becomes more important. Therefore, it is needed to win over customers by supplying satisfied experience through creative and different services, especially when there are consider competitions among music casting sites. In order to know how to make customers satisfied, we have to try to inspect what real customers in the Web Sites are acting and thinking, namely 'customer experience'. The 'customer experience' means every experience what users are expecting, doing, thinking and feeling when they stay in the Web site and online. In this thesis, the evaluation Guideline for music casting websites is developed by understanding customer experience on the music casting websites. The process of understanding customer experience was implemented through user observation methods, such as web Diary, group interview, and questionnaire. As a result of the study, 67 evaluation Guidelines with weight rate in 6 categories which are searching music, listening music, music video, music broadcasting, music mailing and other contents are developed. It can be used to analyze strengths and weakness of music casting sites and to establish business strategy for the more satisfied customer experience.

1998년 이래 2014년 3월 현재에 이르기까지 북한이탈주민의 누적 수는 26,500여명에 이른다. 이들 중 북한사회에서 고등학교 교육을 이수한 이들은 남한사회에서 대학교육을 경험하고자 하는 이들이 다수이며, 이들 중에는 사회 경제적 여건 상 on-line교육으로 눈을 돌리는 이들의 수가 늘어나고 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에서 on-line대학을 접한 북한이탈주민 학생들의 교육경험을 질적연구를 통해 분석해보고 그들이 교육을 받고 있는 과정에서의 어려움과 필요가 무엇인가를 도출해보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of ankle flexibility, gender, and Q-angle on the ankle joint injury factors during one leg drop landing. For this study, 16 males(age: 20.19±1.78 years, mass: 69.54±10.12 kg, height: 173.22±4.43 cm) and 16 females(age: 21.05±1.53 years, mass: 61.75±6.97 kg, height: 159.34±4.56 cm) in their 20's majoring in physical education using the right foot as their dominant feet were selected as subjects. First, an independent t-test of joint motion and joint moment according to the experience of ankle injury was conducted to determine the effect of physical characteristics on ankle joint injury during one leg drop landing(α = .05). Second, the variable that showed a significant difference through t-test was set as the dependent variable, and the ankle flexibility, gender difference, and Q-angle were designated as independent variables to use Multiple Linear Regression(α =. 05). As a result of this study, it was found that the group that experienced an ankle joint injury was found to use a landing strategy and technique through adduction of the ankle joint and internal rotation of the knee joint, unlike the group without an injury. It was also confirmed that this movement increases the extension moment of the ankle joint and decreases the extension moment of the hip joint. In particular, it was found that the dorsi flexion flexibility of the ankle affects the ankle and knee landing strategy, and the gender difference affects the ankle extension moment. Therefore, it was confirmed that physical characteristics factors affecting ankle joint injuries during one leg drop landing.

쌍안경이나 망원경과 같은 장비를 통해 사물을 관측할 때, 사용자는 손떨림에 의한 상의 흔들림을 쉽게 경험한다. 이러한 상의 흔들림은 관측 장비의 배율이 클수록 두드러지기 때문에 흔들림을 줄이는 장치 없이 높은 배율의 상을 얻는 것은 한계를 가지게 된다. 그러므로 일반적으로 8배 이상의 배율을 가지는 관측 장비가 목적에 맞게 이용되기 위해서는 손떨림과 같은 높은 진동수와 낮은 진폭을 가지는 진동에 대해 상을 안정화시키기 위한 장치를 필요로 한다. (중략)

In order to implement this model, we have introducted heurilistic class to traditional object-orinted database. And we designed querry for search data that basis on the heurilistic classficasion model using stored data in extened object-oriend data model.

대부분의 사람들은 의식하지 못하지만 세상은 오른손잡이 중심으로 이뤄져 있기 때문에 왼손잡이가 일상적으로 겪는 불편은 상상외로 많다. 우리가 일상에서 많이 사용하는 연장, 주방기구, 사무용품, 가전제품, 가구, 의류, 악기, 의료기기, 스포츠용품, 공공시설 등 이들 대부분이 오른손잡이에게 맞춰져 있어 왼손잡이들은 자신들의 왼팔을 비틀어서 사용하거나 주손이 아닌 오른손으로 부자연스런 자세로 사용할 수밖에 없다. 이에 따라 왼손잡이는 일상생활에 있어서의 상당한 불편을 느낄 뿐만 아니라 작업 능률의 저하, 재해나 상해를 입을 가능성이 높아질 수 있다. 본 연구는 무작위로 선정된 피설문자에 대한 설문 조사를 통하여 손잡이(handedness)와 관련된 통계수치를 제공하고 왼손잡이인 경우 왼손잡이로서 일상생활에서의 불편함, 작업능률의 저하여부, 오른손잡이 전용제품을 사용하여 상해를 입은 경험 등에 대해 조사하였다. 또한 왼손잡이도 편리하게 사용할 수 있으면 하는 제품이나 공공시설 등에 대한 이들의 주관적인 견해에 대해서도 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 왼손잡이를 위한 공구, 주방용품, 문구용품, 스포츠용품, 사무용품 등에 대하여 현재 적용되어 있는 상품에 대한 고찰과 향후 적용 가능 상품 및 공공시설에 대해 제안하였다.

Many students accumulate work experience while they attend college. Using data from Korean Youth Panel, I investigate the effects of in-school work experience on school-to-work process. Work during college contributes to take first job quickly after school, but has no significant effect on wage level of first job. These results show that in-school work experience might help job search but not provide skills and knowledge. These findings suggest that it is necessary to link the youth internship programme to in-school learning in collaboration with school.
