A Study on Effects of Experiential Value of Hotel users for 5 Star Hotels on Usage Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention (특급호텔 이용객의 경험가치가 이용만족과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계 연구)

  • To continue the growth of use of 5-star hotels by Koreans, who have recently shown the consumption trends pursuing the empirical value of a consumption process, and have turned into core customers of 5-star hotels in Seoul, it is necessary to study factors of experience value pursued by Koreans. As a result, fantasy is identified as a major leading factor in usage satisfaction among experiencial values. So it is important to reflect special concepts and atmospheres for emotional values, such as other world experience, new experience, and high-quality experience. And consumer return on investment was identified as a leading factor in positively affecting usage satisfaction. So it is important to develope a proper products that can enough benefits with reasonable prices. In the relationship between usage satisfaction and continuous usage intention, gender characteristics and occupational characteristics were found to play a moderating role. Male customers, and those with professional and self-employed occupations, were found to have higher continuous usage intention than females and other occupational customers. This is a result of the fact that customers with an economical power are likely to be continuous repeat customers of 5-star hotels, so the necessity of strengthening marketing activities such as research on the development of more differentiated and specialized products, service creation and atmosphere production for excellent consumers group.

  • In modern days, the iconic symbolicity of animal characters functions as a sign by the social promise after being made with voluntary intentions. Representing a public organization or corporation, an animal character is put to active use as a symbol. Today illusionary animal characters serve as important icons, and product developers incessantly put out animal contents. This study set out to examine the applications of animal characters in modern times according to media development by integrating animal characters into animation, which was the beginning of animal characters, based on the theoretical background of "symbolicity" in the aesthetics history. It also analyzed the symbolicity of "Haechi," which is Seoul's animal character and one of the good examples of utilization of a promotional animal character by a corporation or public organization.

The Effect of Interfirms Communication on the Financial Performance due to New Product Development (거래업체간 의사소통이 신제품 개발로 인한 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently many companies build interfirms cooperation based on their trust. These typology of partnerships play important roles for good results especially for joint product development. Therefore the purpose of this article is to investigate the role of interfirms communication in B2B market. We also investigate interfirms communication affecting the result of new product performance through two relationship factors(trust, conflict) in B2B market. Data were gathered from respondents who work in industrial buying center. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows: First, communication has positive effects on trust but negative effects on conflict. Second, trust is shown to have positive effects on cooperation and new product performance. However, conflict is shown to have negative effects on cooperation and new product performance. As a result, interfirms communication derives new product performance. In conclusion, this study means that we tried to investigate the human relationship in B2B market.

  • This study surveyed purchase behavior of users who purchased goods within the last year to analyze the relationship of search intention to purchase behavior according to SNS channel attributes. Based on these findings, it is analyzed that the information provision and interrelationships in SNS channel attributes affect search intent. In order to enhance the purchase behavior through the users of NS Channel, reliability and information availability are also cited as major issues, but more importantly, SNS channel search index is more important. It is also important to increase search indexes by simply increasing the attributes of SNS channels by improving the reliability of information and information availability, and by enhancing information delivery performance and interaction.

  • Today's liquor culture in Korea is basically divided into a general liquor culture and a functional liquor culture. In particular, the market of the latter has been going through a rapid change. In the previous days, it was a crop for a special purpose or a fruit which was mostly used to make liquor but now, many other regular crops are being used in the liquor market. At present, while the demand for Makgeolli has risen sharply, the designs of Makgeolli bottles have never satisfied needs from consumers nor the trends in the consumer market. As a result, Makgeolli industry should come up with new designs for the bottles immediately if it dose not want to lose in a competition with other liquor products. The study has looked into existing designs of Makgeolli bottles, investigating how the designs have changed over the past years and how competitive they are in the market. Based on results from the investigation, the study focuses on finding out designs which would fit the trends in the consumer market to develop Makgolli bottles which would be equipped with both functionality and practicality. In other words, to make Makgeolli survive in these rapid changes in the liquor market, the study works on offering a Makgeolli bottle design which is appropriate for certain characteristics of Makeolli and also competitive over other liquor bottles.

  • Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is one of the technologies which represent the core value of the creative economy. It has served as a vehicle connecting the existing industry and corporate infrastructure, developing existing products and services and creating new products and services. In addition to the ICT, new devices including big data, mobile gadgets and wearable products are gaining a great attention sending an expectation for a new market-pioneering. Further, Internet of Things (IoT) is helping solidify the ICT-based social development connecting human-to-human, human-to-things and things-to-things. This means that the manufacturing-based hardware development needs to be achieved simultaneously with software development through convergence. The essential element the convergence between hardware and software is OS, for which world's leading companies such as Google and Apple have launched an intense development recognizing the importance of software. Against this backdrop, the status-quo of the software market has been examined for the study of the present report (Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology: Professional Design Technology Development Project). As a result, the software platform-based Google's android and Apple's iOS are dominant in the global market and late comers are trying to enter the market through various pathways by releasing web-based OS and similar OS to provide a new paradigm to the market. The present study is aimed at finding the way to utilize a smart content by which anyone can be a developer based on OS responding to such as social change, newly defining a smart content to be universally utilized and analyzing the market to deal with a rapid market change. The study method, scope and details are as follows: Literature investigation, Analysis on the app market according to a smart classification system, Trend analysis on the current content market, Identification of five common trends through comparison among the universal definition of smart content, the status-quo of application represented in the app market and content market situation. In conclusion, the smart content market is independent but is expected to develop in the form of a single organic body being connected each other. Therefore, the further classification system and development focus should be made in a way to see the area from multiple perspectives including a social point of view in terms of the existing technology, culture, business and consumers.

A Study on the Effects of Package Tourism Motives and Tourism Constraints on Attitude and Satisfaction (패키지관광동기와 관광제약이 태도와 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of the research is to propose ways to activate package tours through active promotion by verifying the motives and constraints pursued by customers of package tours, highlighting the advantages of content development and package tours that are revived in their needs. This study verified empirical analysis using SPSS 25.0 for 481 adults aged 19 or older who experienced package tours. The results of the research analysis are as follows. First, the daily escape, external activities, and service appeal of the tourist motivation were all verified with a positive impact on attitude. Second, it was found that the inherent constraints of tourism constraints had a negative effect on the relationship with attitudes, but the structural constraints were not significantly affected. Third, attitudes have shown to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Based on these results, I have described what factors tourists feel important when participating in package tour products, and hope that The factors will be useful in exploring the development of customized products required by tourists. It will need to be expanded to realistic comparative studies needed to revitalize package tours in the future.

  • 본 논문에서는 오프라인의 장점인 고객방문, 실물전시 및 체험 구매를 위한 상품콘텐츠를 가상공간에 디지털화로 제작하고 실시간 제공함으로써 고객들의 구매욕구와 구매패턴의 변화수용과 서비스 만족도를 향상시키는 O2O수주시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 오프라인 패턴에 익숙한 카탈로그 책자중심의 사용자경험을 디지털로 전환하여 온라인의 거부감과 불편함을 해소하였고 편리성을 높이기 위해 다양한 접근 디바이스환경 제공과 오프라인에서 할 수 없는 동영상에 의한 사용법, 제품 도면 등을 e-카탈로그로 제공하여 성공적인 매출확대를 창출하도록 설계, 구현하였다.

  • 글로벌 게임 시장이 지난 몇 년간 두 자릿수 성장하여 지난 해 910억 달러의 매출을 기록하였으며, 모바일 게임과 같은 부문에서 가장 큰 성장이 있었지만 신기술은 게임 시장을 근본적으로 향상시켜 새로운 성장 기회를 제공 할 가능성이 있다. 그러한 기술 중 하나인 블록체인은 틀림없이 가장 큰 장기적인 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 게임 내 상품 거래에 문제가 되는 부분에 대해서 합법적인 거래를 통해 안전하고 지속적인 소유가 가능한 블록체인 기반의 탈중앙화를 지향해 모든 참여자가 권한을 갖는 분산형 개방 시스템 블록체인 기술의 필요성을 제시한다.

  • Korean traditional alcohol's growth gets declined after Makgeolli's boom and it's time to enter the takeoff stage using cup based on the characteristics of each alcohols in order to their globalization and quality improvement. For now, there are 3 features of Korean traditional alcohol's cup design development; subdivision, quality improvement, systematization. However, there's no product design case that reflect the characteristics of the alcohol from the planning phase. Therefore, it needs to establish process technology for storytelling and emotion based cup design. This research aims to extract the specification for cup design and to find out the visualization element of cup's shape and material by studying 5 senses and traditional alcohol's objective informations. Through the study, the elements that can maximize the specific traditional alcohol's marketability: cup's label, pattern, decorative element based on the storytelling like history and tale were found. As a result, those result can give a new export strategy by developing competitive design that has emotional element and storytelling from the traditional alcohol's characteristics in a situation of stagnant export of the small sized home-brewed liquor business.
