Uses and Gratifications of TV Home-shopping Channels (TV홈쇼핑 채널의 이용과 충족연구)

  • This study takes a uses and gratification theory based approach to identifying the relation between TV home-shopping channel use motivation and purchase intention. The results are summarized as follows. First, in respect of TV home-shopping channel use motivation, the analysis results reveal three factors: convenience, information seeking, and entertainment. Among these, the factor of convenience was the first in the order of importance. Secondly, 1)It is found that use motivation also has some limited influence on purchase intention. 2)Selectivity and involvement degree, the sub-categories of audience activity, are found to be the variables with the highest prediction ability, suggesting a need to give a particular attention to them. 3)In addition, viewing amount, a variable of use behavior, is shown to have a significant influence on purchase intention. The followings are the implications of the study results. First, marketing strategies that enable maximization of shopping convenience are required. Second, there is a need to approach the delivery of TV home-shopping contents as a kind of broadcasting contents on their own rather than merely a medium for selling goods.

  • In this study, specific review for the recent trend both in technical parts and the contents of IFE will be revealed. At the same time, how the passenger's satisfaction on IFE will lead to make an intention of repurchase and create the transmission of positive feed backs on the concerned airline has been thoroughly studied. In order to do the above, 250 air traveling passengers has participated the survey and 235 survey forms has been analyzed by Multiple Regression Analysis. According to the analysis, the physical environmental Improvement in aircraft system helps to Increase the satisfaction degree on IFE. The convenience is revealed as the most effective factor in the satisfaction degree on IFE while the atmosphere and design is regarded as the similarly Important factor. The contents of IFE are obviously affecting the satisfaction degree in positive side. Consequently, the customers' satisfaction on IFE positively affects to the repurchase intention especially to the transmission of the feed back.

  • As a competition of the internet shopping mall is getting worse, the manager of the internet shopping mall has to know about the internet shoppers. To know about the internet shoppers is an important and difficult task. Accordingly, this paper is designed to take a look at the direction and the patterns of the development of new products as well as changes in the needs of clients in the concepts of client-satisfaction administration executed in the administration of enterprises. In order to outlive from these economic situation and struggle for existence, we are in need of detailed strategies and service for only a customer, and differential goods from other items. The purpose of this study was to review the gap between the progress of individualization and consumrirs' expectations on the Internet shopping malls centering around the apparel shopping malls - which are most obliged to satisfy the consumers who are extremely individualized - and thereupon, explore the directions for development of on-line shopping mall designs.

  • Craft industry in Iran in the past to preserve the technology and production methods, or a newly developed in modern technology, techniques, and material that are intended to use in the decorative, practical characteristics, and the general public are using living water district, ornaments, symbols, products, and so on are collectively, craft industry-specific regional environmental, air velocity, ruins, etc. based on the characteristics of the region's traditional or artistic nature to produce products with the industry, the craft inherent in cultural element out of the help of stock, production, distribution and consumption of a series of process, namely the commercialization of the craft. This future-oriented State images for a unique sentiment based on the tradition of craft culture prize of Korea national image to create a decisive role in the would do. Therefore, in this study, consumers of the craft cultural products awareness and marketability to domestic craft industry status and enhance the use of the show. In addition, based on craft culture industry's efficiency and the issue is what the research and improvement.

  • Electronic commerce system must provide convenient interface, easy and fast searching function, and production information satisfying customers. To do this, many kinds of studies are being advanced actively about electronic commerce system using intelligent agent electronic This paper suggests 2-tier electronic commerce system using intelligent multi agent. We propose a combined reasoning agent system which provides production information satisfying customer's needs using both case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning. And this system distribute network and sewer system load based on load balancing and 2-tier agent structure. This system can find production information through teaming of rule-based reasoning method and case-based reasoning method. This system can provide the best suitable production information to customers by using combined reasoning agent system. And we can prevent customer's unexpected long waiting causes by network traffic and server load.

  • Thousands of studies on predicting information and products that are suitable for customers' preference have been actively proceeding. In massive information, unnecessary information should be removed to satisfy customers' needs. This Information filtering has been proceeding with several methods such as content-based and collaborative filtering etc. These conventional filtering methods have scarcity and scalability problems. Thus, this paper proposes a recommendation system using BPN to solve them. Data obtained by survey questionnaire are used as training data of neural network. The recommendation system using neural network is expected to recommend suitable products because it creates optimal network. Finally, the prototype for recommendation system based on neural network is proposed to collect data and recommend appropriate methods through survey questionnaire. As a result, this research improved the problems of conventional information filtering.

A Catch-up Strategy of the K-Pop Firms in the Latecomer Environment (후발산업국 환경에서의 K-Pop기업 추격전략)

  • The rise of K-Pop in the latecomer environment is unusual. There is little research on K-Pop from the catch-up perspective though it would yield some insight into a strategic direction of creative industries in the latecomer environment. Thus, this study aims to compare the firm capability, market development, and product strategy of K-Pop firms with ones of manufacturing firms during the catch-up period. It reveals first that K-Pop firms developed project execution capability to carry out discrete projects effectively by adopting in-house (vertical) system in music production and increasing the size of firms. Second, they pursued global market and utilized the window of opportunities based on a proven music genre. Third, K-Pop firms pursued the incremental innovation in the product development. Since these characteristics have many similarities with the catch-up strategy in the manufacturing sector, Korean catch-up experience could provide valuable insight into the development of creative industries in Korea.

  • This study offers the possibility of a new integrated product of video technology and public culture content. The Development of 'the Urinal of Emotional Type with Screen' will introduce a new sanitary pottery product and it will be a new attempt to combine hygiene pottery product with high-tech electronic product. It is a product development idea that presents the new marketability of the sanitary pottery product with the improvement of awareness of the restroom and the idea of wit through public information notification and advertisement effect. For the commercialization of the product, the prototype will be made through a separate production process with the design of this project, through 3D rendering, 3D mockup and so on. Various product expansions can be consulted with manufacturers after that. It is a new approach of image making with high quality and differentiated pricing strategy, that targeting small-scale business, such as franchise coffee shops and liquor stores with high quality and differentiated pricing strategy, and it will lead the market trend with various marketing availability through differentiated video contents.

The Effect of Ecotourism Perception on Behavior Intention and Satisfaction of University Students (대학생의 생태관광 인식이 행동의도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the value perception of ecotourism on the behavioral intention and satisfaction of university students. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that all ecotourism value recognition factors, such as cognitive value, emotional value, and functional value, had a positive(+) effect on satisfaction. Second, it was found that all ecotourism recognition factors, such as cognitive value, emotional value, and functional value, had a positive(+) effect on behavioral intention. These results show that the higher the awareness of ecotourism is, the higher the satisfaction and behavioral intentions of ecotourism are, but the functional value made up of services, quality, and programs has relatively less influence than other factors. Therefore, various marketing strategies and educational programs such as the development of accessible weekend products and development of sustainable light-emitting products that can respond to each ecotourism value recognition factor that affects the ecotourism product satisfaction and behavior intention should be developed.

A Study on the Relationship between Usage Characteristics of TV and Web Animation and Purchase Intent of Goods Featuring Animation Characters (아동 애니메이션 이용 특성과 캐릭터상품 구매의사의 관계 : TV와 웹 애니메이션을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to understand the using characteristics of TV animation and web-based animation of children and investigate the effects of change in viewing process on the purchase of character goods. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for parents who have children as animation viewers. The results show that there was no difference by age or gender in using both TV and web animation. When parents get animation information on TV, they had their children watch animation through the same TV channel, but the web has no significant relationship between information acquisition path and main service they use. In addition, it is found that parent' perception of TV animation superiority is influenced by respondents' income and children's watching time of animation has no effect on it. Finally, monthly income of households, payment amount of web animation, watching time of TV animation, and perception of quality of TV animation have a significant effect on parents' active purchase of character goods. On the other hand, the purchase intention of the recommended goods is influenced by children's age, the parent's perception about the web animation quality, and the payments of the web animation.
