영광3,4호기 가압기 밀림관의 파단전 누설 설계(LBB) 타당성

  • 본 보고서는 영광 3,4호기 가압기 밀림관(Surge Line)에 대한 파단전누설(Leak Before Break) 개념의 적용방법, 해석절차 및 해석결과에 대하여 기술하고 있다. 영광 3,4호기 가압기 밀림관에 대한 파단전누설해석은 배관계에 대한 정적, 동적 배관해석 결과를 토대로 큰 응력 값이 작용하는 부분에 대하여 수행하였다. 가상균열의 크기는 정상운전상태에서의 하중을 이용하여 결정하였으며 격납용기에 설치된 누설감지장치의 감지능력을 1.0gpm으로 가정하였다. 영광 3,4호기 가압기 밀림관에 대한 파단전 누설해석은 NUREG 1061,Vol.3 및 SRP3.6.3에 근거하여 수행하였으며 해석결과는 동 자료에서 제시하고 있는 적용기준을 만족하고 있는 것으로 평가되었다.

돈육의 사후강직 정도가 수리미 제조시 겔 특성에 미치는 영향

  • 겔 강도와 경도는 사후강직 후 근육이 강직 전 근육에 비해 단단한 것으로 나타났지만, 수분결합력과 관능적인 탄력성을 고려해볼 때 사후강직 전 근육이 더 훌륭한 겔 형성력을 보였다. 따라서 돈육을 이용한 수리미유사물 제조시 사후강직 전 근육을 이용하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 사료되었는데, 사후강직 전 근육은 염용성단백질 추출성과 수분결합력이 다른 상태의 근육에 비해 높게 나타났기 때문이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 무정전 전원공급장치의 제어와 LAN 환경에서의 원격관리를 위한 통신·제어보드의 개발에 대해서 기술하였다. 개발된 통신·제어보드는 범용 마이크로컨트롤러와 이더넷 컨트롤러로 구성되었고 무정전 전원공급 장치를 제어하는 기능과 원격의 관리자와 데이터 통신 기능을 갖는다. 원격관리 방식은 TCP/IP 환경의 표준 네트워크 관리프로토콜인 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol)를 사용하였다. 또한 원격에서 무정전 전원공급장치의 상태를 모니터링하고 관리할 SNMP 관리 프로그램을 제작하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 무정전 전원 공급장치의 원격관리 시스템에 비해 효율적이며 안정한 동작을 한다. 본 시스템의 안정성과 신뢰성을 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 전원선로의 정전시나 입력 전원에 이상 상태가 발생했을 때 정상적인 전원을 컴퓨터에 공급하는 Power Supply 내장용 무정전 전원장치(Uninterruptible Power System : UPS)의 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 내장형 무정전 전원장치는 마이컴(PIC16C74A)을 이용하여 컴퓨터 Power Supply 내부에 장착하였으며, 사용자가 편리하도록 하기 위해서 내장형 무정전 전원장치의 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 구현하였다.

Analysis of Microbiological Hazards to Determine S. aureus Contamination Levels at School Foodservice Operations in Gyeonggi Province (경기지역 학교급식에서의 S. aureus 오염도 파악을 위한 미생물 위해분석)

  • This study performed microbiological hazards analysis in raw food materials, cooking processes, kitchen staff, utensils, and the environment in order to obtain contamination levels of S. aureus in school foodservice operations. S. aureus was not detected in cooked foods offered by the foodservice operations; however, it was found in raw food materials prior to cooking. In the case of vegetables, S. aureus was detected in washed mung bean sprouts, parboiled mung bean sprouts, and bellflower roots both before and after disinfection, at levels of 2.2, 1.0, 1.0, and 1.0 log CFU/g, respectively. For processed foods, S. aureus was detected in one sample of packaged bean curd as well as in mung bean jelly cake at the level of 1.5 log CFU/g. For meat products, S. aureus was detected in beef brisket and chicken at levels of 2.3 and 1.3 log CFU/g, respectively. To determine microbiological hazard data for the hands and gloves of cooking personnel, the staff members were divided into two groups: a group presenting Enterobacteriaceae or coliforms, and another group presenting neither Enterobacteriaceae nor coliforms. The results showed that S. aureus was detected on the hands of staff in each group at levels of 2.0 and 2.1 log CFU/hand, respectively, and at 1.8 and 0.0 log CFU/hand on the gloves of staff in each group, respectively. Among kitchen utensils, as an environmental factor in school foodservice operations, S. aureus was detected on meat knives, mixing bowls, and dish cloths at levels exceeding 1.0 log CFU/hand.

The Associated Factors with Whole Saliva Flow Rate and Xerostomia (전타액분비율과 구강건조증의 관련요인 분석)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze the factors related to whole saliva flow and the xerostomia for the ground use of the materials in developing oral health improvement program and life quality improvement program. So, this study performed a questionnaire survey, targeting at 160 adults, older than 40 years, living in Gyeonggi and Incheon provinces from January to February 2011 and measured unstimulated salivary flow rate and stimulated salivary flow rate. The results are as followings. The group of participants who took gums and candies to relieve oral dryness had low stimulated whole saliva flow. The group of participants who graduated from middle schools, who separated by death, who were not healthy with menopause, and who recognized periodontal disease symptoms and tongue burning sensation recognized more symptoms of dry mouth than others. In addition, the group of participants who were not satisfied with life so much, who couldn't feel the meaning of life, and who recognized negative feelings frequently recognized symptoms of dry mouth more. Women, the group of participants who graduated from middle schools, who suffered from depressive symptoms, and who recognized halitosis had low unstimulated whole saliva flow. The group of participants who graduated from middle schools, who were not satisfied with life so much, who couldn't feel the meaning of life, and who were not satisfied with themselves had low stimulated saliva flow.

The Implementation of Idle Stop System with the OBD-II Interface in the Automotive Smart Key System (OBD-II 인터페이스를 이용한 차량용 스마트키 시스템에서의 공회전 방지 알고리즘의 구현)

  • Along with the strengthening vehicle environmental regulations and the growing needs for the energy consumption reduction technology, the researches on the engine idle stop system, have been briskly carried out around the automobile manufacturers before the development of alternative energy. Furthermore, there is a movement to disseminate the environment friendly idle stop system by combining the system to the generalized smart key system to not only increase purchasing but also provide the convenience and save the energy as well. In this paper, we designed and implemented the idle stop system algorithm for the aftermarket smart key system with the OBD-II interface. The implemented start stop system is capable of controlling two independent systems, the smart key system and intelligent idle stop system, on a single ECU. In addition, the implemented start stop system standardizes the communication interface with the vehicles to reduce the time required for installing the start stop system to the various vehicles, and satisfies every standard response time limit for the vehicle status request signals.

The Growth Kinetics of S. aureus Inoculated onto Potentially High Risk Foods in School Foodservice Operations (학교급식에서의 잠정적 위험식품에 접종된 Staphylococcus aureus의 증식변화)

  • The objective of this study was to model the kinetics of S. aureus survival on high risk foods in school foodservice operations. After inoculating S. aureus ATCC25923 onto the various high risk foods, the effects of competitive microorganism, storage temperatures($25^{\circ}C$, $35^{\circ}C$), and initial contamination levels ($1.0{\times}10^2\;CFU/g$, $1.0{\times}10^5\;CFU/g$) on the growth of S. aureus were investigated. Lag time decreased and specific growth rate increased with a storage temperature ($25^{\circ}C$<$35^{\circ}C$) and with a higher initial inoculation level ($1.0{\times}10^2\;CFU/g$<$1.0{\times}10^5\;CFU/g$). Previously it was shown that S. aureus is a weaker competitor than other organisms, but it proliferates aggressively in a noncompetitive environment. However, in our study, when S. aureus was used to inoculate japchae (glass noodles with sauteed vegetables) and meat ball, the growth of S. aureus was similar and more active with competitive organisms than that without competitive organisms. Regardless of other factors, the initial level of S. aureus was a more significant factor of the growth. High inoculation levels of S. aureus were reached at 6 log CFU/g within 3 hours. An incubation temperature of $35^{\circ}C$ and the animal protein component of menu items also were identified as significant factors influencing the growth of S. aureus. Therefore, the duration of time meals are stored before serving should be considered a critical control point. Food service providers must control time and temperature to insure the safety of cooked foods.

  • Because the driving time is increased under the low speed by rapidly increasing of vehicles, this paper is presented a new ignition control system for improvement the fuel economy, which only some of cylinders are using under the idle status or low speed and preserving the engine rpm. is applicable to effective in fuel economy. An actual hardware was made to prove this new control system. The developed variable cylinder engine concentrated the heat neat the cylinders in idle status or low speed, so there was a problem in re-ignition. It was the reason of a lot of exhaust gas, high fuel consumption and instability of engine revolution. In this paper, in order to solve above problem to show the improvement fuel economy using the new ignition control system and valve opening period at idle status of low speed.

나노입자가 분산되어 있는 고분자 박막 기반 저항성 기억소자의 전하수송 메커니즘

  • 무기물/유기물 나노복합체로 제작한 유기 쌍안정성 형태의 메모리 소자는 공정이 단순하고 뛰어난 유연성을 갖고 있기 때문에 플렉서블 메모리 소자에서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 다양한 연구에도 불구하고 절연성 고분자 박막 내부에 분산 된 나노입자를 이용하여 제작한 저항성 구조의 비휘발성 메모리 소자의 전하수송 메커니즘에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 CuInS2 (CIS)/ZnS 나노입자가 분산되어 있는 절연성 고분자 박막을 사용한 기억소자의 전하수송 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 본 연구는 indium-tin-oxide (ITO)가 코팅된 플렉서블 polyethylene terephthalate (PET) 기판을 화학물질로 세척한 후 CIS/ZnS 나노입자와 절연성 고분자인 poly(N-vinylcarbazole)가 혼합된 용액을 스핀코팅 방법으로 도포했다. 도포된 용액에 열처리를 하여 용매를 제거한 후, 형성된 박막을 저항 변화 층으로 사용하였다. 제작된 메모리 소자는 Al 상부 전극을 고 진공에서 열 증착 방식을 이용하여 PET/ITO/CIS-ZnS 나노입자가 분산된 절연성 고분자/Al 구조를 갖는 저항성 기억 소자를 제작하였다. 소자의 전류-전압 (I-V) 특성 결과는 같은 전압에서 전도도가 높은 상태 (ON)와 낮은 상태 (OFF)가 존재하는 걸을 관찰하였다. 실험을 통해 두 상태 변화를 일으키는 일정 전압을 가하기 전까지 각각의 ON 또는 OFF 상태를 계속 유지하여 비휘발성 메모리 소자로 활용할 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. ON 또는 OFF 상태의 전기적 스트레스를 측정으로 ON과 OFF 상태가 안정성을 가지는 것을 관찰 하였다. I-V 특성 결과를 기초로 메모리 소자의 전하수송 메커니즘을 규명 하였다.
